“Fake/low quality hair”

I purchased the new platinum blonde shade. It arrived looking shiny, almost fake like Barbie doll hair, but soft. After depositing a redken toner, the hair showed signs of being synthetic, as natural hair shouldn't change quality after toning with a professional product. Mary with customer service refused to help me with this matter. If high quality hair is advertised, then that's what I should be paying $200+ for. Have to throw it out, will never buy from cashmere hair extensions again.

They felt soft and looked really nice except for the fact that mine kept shedding like crazy. They did look like real hair just don't try to brush your hair to much with them in.
