Seems like a scam been waiting for 9 days for gift card and still have not received my it. Customer service at *******977, sucks! Incompetent people that won't help and never sent me a receipt for purchase. LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS!

Shame of Holt Renfrew using this system to process their gift card. My purchase of 3,000$ gift card, was rejected 1 hour after the bank transaction. The customer service with super arrogant attitude says refund takes 7-10 business days EVENTHOUGH the purchase was declined by them.

Having issues receiving nothing more than what you paid for? Are they fulfilling your product in shady deceitful ways? Most of their business practices fall under this wonderful thing called FRAUD and FALSE ADVERTISING... Report them to the FTC and let our government stick a big ole eggplant right up their buttholes. Shortly after I received an email that y order could not be processed>
I called their toll-free SC number that was reported available 24/7
COunt get a person on the phone and it just hung up on me when i pressed the option for unprocessed transaction>|
I called back the next day - the entire menu was changed, but i got a person online who spoke broken English on a bad line with a bad signal>
He told me my transaction couldn't not be processed and he wasnt able to tell me why becasue they are not a bank?
I declined to escalate and resubmit my purchase... I don't trust this company.

I complained to them that I never got my gift cards, not a refund. They basically told me to f*** off in their response and deemed my issue solved.
Then I sent them this:

My issue was deemed solved, yet I was not yet refunded, or explained why my payment was not accepted into your system.

All I got was, "sorry, we took your money and you can't have it back until the issuer feels like it. Our "secure cardholder system" denies us from knowing anything about it. If you want some useless advice, get a plastic card at the store next time. Bye!"

Well then, thanks for nothing I guess?
It's called a DIGITAL CARD for a reason! So we don't have to go to the STORE to buy a PHYSICAL CARD!

Im beginning to see why your ratings and reputation is so low, because you just can't deliver any satisfaction. Your response to my last email was no more than talking to a brick wall. I'll call it for what it is, it's a scam! If only I looked into the reports earlier of people getting pending for weeks before a return if at all.

I regret telling my brother to buy a giftcard from this site and been scammed 2x, they do not do refunds, ive argued with the customers in live chat they keep saying call this number and all these other stuff. I have tried resending it and spent $100 on this stupid site, i wish i could rate this 0 and encourage others not to purchase anything from this site, i also wish i'd seen the reviews before buying anything from the site. On May 24th 2022, I bought 2 5$ Roblox gift cards directly from Roblox, but they are partnered with Cashstar, after successfully buying that, I got emailed, the first one saying that the order was a success, BUT the second one said failed to process the order, I lost my money, they never replied, the customer service is trash, you should never trust cashstar.

Only one out of five purchased ecards were actually successful. That is less than a 20% success rate, this system is absolute garbage.

There has got to be a better way, because this isn't it.

I bought a gift card from Roblox on nov. 30 2020 that never arrived, ask for a refund that they never sent to my credit card... not even try to buy from this company!

Please dont use this site! I purchased a roblox digital card and when i checked out, it said my payment was declined please ensure credit card info is correct and try again. However, everytime a successful transaction has been made with my visa card i get a pop up notification from my bank which i DID at that very moment. It said i was charged 30.00. (Good thing i didnt retry my card a 2nd time cuz i wouldve been charged a 2nd time) I never recieved my digital card, not even a email reciept to confirm the purchase to complain to them.

I ordered $150 worth on Dec 22nd to give as gifts ans as of today Jan 6,2023 I still haven't received them! They refuse to refund and I had to spend another $150 to get other cards at a local store. DON'T ORDER THRU THIS SITE!

Purchased a $50.00 gift card for IKEA it was an E card after not receiving e card I called number for cashstar I was told I had to wait 24 hours from purchase after waitng the 24 hours I called again and they stated they were waiting for approval from IKEA I asked what approval do you need the charge cleared my bank.No giftcard ever came Anyone who falls prey to this scam has to call company whose name they are using I already called IKEA corp. to find out why they let this type of company use their name. I beleive if enough people call merchants HQ they will put a stop to this
