Cask Cartel

I have placed 3 orders with cask cartel. All 3 orders were received earlier than expected. There was a small issue on my part and Michelle did an awesome job of resolving it for me.

I've ordered from Cask quite a few times and have been satisfied each time. Thank you for taking the time to package our bottles and ship with care. We appreciate it.

We encountered this gin while visiting Thornbury. Fell in love, had to have. Easy buy, great shipping experience, now happy to have at home. A nice reminder of our vacation.

So, I didn't get the special gift of a few little liquor bottles for free, ok. But when I chose to receive them, my shipping went up $5.

Arrived safe and as described. Was a little disappointed in the bonus gift for the extra shipping paid but I realize shipping costs are normally out of your control.

I always get an email about receiving miniature free gifts and have yet to receive anything. I type in the code and still nothing. This is not good business!

I located the spirits that I wanted, ordered them, received a tracking number and took delivery. This could not have been easier. The prices were good as well.

My bottle came in quickly and completely safe. I was very impressed by the quality of the packaging, I'm pretty sure it would have survived anything in transit.

I had placed an order that I never got and they followed up on it and made it right! Already ordered again! My small town doesn't have a huge selection and this is the next best thing!

My sister was pleased and surprised on top of being very happy. Packaging was phenomenal! I'm making another purchase now because of this he great selection.

I have heard horror stories of buying whiskey on the secondary market. This purchase proved to be mine. I ordered three bottles that were overpriced but I wanted them and they would complete a set making my collection overall more valuable.

However, less than 24 hours after purchase I get contacted that one is not in stock and an offer to substitute even though the website clearly showed in stock. Any collector knows substitute ultimately is less valuable. The fine print for them is they have 30 days to find the product you ordered. They do not actually have to have it in stock.

My account was sent to legal because I refused to pay full price even though I did not receive my full order. I got sent a collection letter with a threat of criminal actions even though I had tried to work out the issues.

If you are considering a purchase, I would reconsider weighing the risk of not getting what you want and still having the company send you to collections. The order was eventually resolved with me paying way more for two bottles that are not worth it because I still have to find a third to finish the set. They would not even discount those two for the hassle.

So, proceed with caution and know the fine print.

I bought this thinking the bottle would look the way it does online but it looks different…print is in yellow and there's a big cross on it and the Brother Justus is in much smaller print. So…the reason this matters is because I bought it as a 25th Anniversary gift for my husband which is a silver anniversary…loved that it was silver whiskey and that the JUSTUS was the print that stood out the most on the blue label…get it? So, that's a bit of a disappointment…not even sure if he'll like the whiskey but we'll see.

I had done a review before I received my order, and I was confused about the price or my Woodford ky derby bottle, then I realized NO ONE ELSE HAD IT IN STOCK! So the price was very fair! And I can't thank Cask Cartel enough! My bottle came to my house perfectly wrapped and on time! And I put it in my collection! Thank you very much! -Lonnie

I see a lot of negative reviews, and was discouraged after my order was not fulfilled immediately. However it all worked out well, it was fine.
First let me say this, if you want booze now, go to a liquor store, use Instacart or just go to a bar.
This is my experience:
I ordered 4 bottles of Slingsby Gin, that is generally not available anywhere in the USA. It is not exported widely. I have been to Harrogate, and truly enjoyed these gins, and wanted to have them in my home for my mother's visit, as she is an older British woman, who loves her G&T.
I waited about 3.5 weeks and it showed up. Not cheap, not fast, but I got something that I cannot get anywhere that I know of, in America.
I contacted customer service after reading bad reviews, but they were all very nice and polite. Generally helpful, and gave me the information they could.
I would recommend Cask Cartel based on my experience of getting something that I really cannot get anywhere, and I sincerely thank them for getting this to me. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING THAT you cannot get easily, and can be a little patient, then it will work out.

Cask Cartel came up with my favorite hard-to-come-by bourbon, so I ordered a bottle. It arrived quickly and I also received a small sample bottle of another liquor to boot!

After the first bottle came broken Cask Cartel immediately sent a new one which came in perfect condition. This hard to find bottle was worth the wait. It is delicious

Worst experience I've had buying anything online selling stuff they they're don't have then they don't do refunds pos company takes advantage of people

No one else had what I was looking for, and their prices were more fair than the competitors. Thank you for the speedy and securely delivered items as well!

Always have what I want and need. They even have what my local store can't carry due to state laws. Fast shipping and container wrapping is beyond extra care.
