The only company i could find that would ship smirnoff peppermint twist to the UK, Tyler updated me every step of the way, item arrived within two weeks, well packaged & exactly as described. Well recommended.
I ordered some hard to find beer. It was shipped in a very large box - too large for the 4 cans of beer. The beer was not protected well and rolled around in the large box. I also had to send an email asking about the status of my order. More communication would have helped.
Chartreuse is incredibly hard to find right now. CaskCartel was able to come through for me. It took only a little bit to come into stock and then things went perfectly. Well shipped.
They had it when others didn't.
Chartreuse is one of those liqueurs that you either try and say, "OK, thanks, but no thanks", or you try and say, "Where have you been all my life?"
Searching for a rum that is not available was difficult. When I recieved my on-line order and receiving the correct liquor I was thrilled. Will utilize this company again in the future
After a unhappy experience with another on-line store I decided one more time and tried Cask Cartel. I was pleasantly suprised.

Took forever to receive shipment. Dribbled in a few at a time. On bottle of gin we'll packed but seal sliced open. Not to eager to try that one! Still waiting to hear results of complaint

The cost of goods was Exorbitant - ridiculously over priced for the size of bottles provided
$50 for shipping these tiny bottles that were shipping on a huge box just wrong-

It took almost a month for my items to be delivered. Originally it was supposed to be a 10-14 day delivery. I think more transparency is needed so you know you have a longer expected wait time.
I asked for updates on shipping and why it took so long. They provided a generic answer.
I saw them on a google search.

Great, The alcohol I ordered came from the makers of the alcohol instead of Cask Cartel. i sent an email to customer service, they got right on it and let me know that it was coming from the makers.

I placed an order on March 23,2023 and it is now April 18,2023 but still no delivery! Customer service says they are allowed 30 days from date of purchase! Really?
