The only company i could find that would ship smirnoff peppermint twist to the UK, Tyler updated me every step of the way, item arrived within two weeks, well packaged & exactly as described. Well recommended.
I ordered some hard to find beer. It was shipped in a very large box - too large for the 4 cans of beer. The beer was not protected well and rolled around in the large box. I also had to send an email asking about the status of my order. More communication would have helped.
I wasn't sure if they would deliver to Alabama. But ordered & they did! SO glad that I can now receive products that are not normally sold where I live!
Only the Bourbon is sold by the ABC Stores in Alabama. I prefer Rye Whiskey & used Cask Cartel to order!
If you want liquer delivered, DO NOT BUY FROM CASKCARTEL!. They are liars, and cheaters and they take your hard earned money and never deliver or give you some sob story about a merchant. But they take your order and your money real easy. I've been waiting on a delivery since November 2021. They tell me the merchant didn't have the item I ordered and suckered me to pay more for another product and still they have not delivered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you like to give away money and get nothing in return.

The Cask Cartel site was super easy to navigate, my delivery experience was quick and the items were very securely packed, and I loved the bonus item that we received too!
The site was the only one with Japanese whiskey options.
A good friend of ours prefers Japanese whiskey to any other kind.

Shipping and ordering was easy to use! Was supposed to get small sample bottles. They were not included when order was received. I was kinda bummed that they were never shipped!

My product was delivered faster than the timeline given. The only suggestion I would give is perhaps some communication once the product is on the way. Other than that, service was perfect.

Although the seal of the cap was still sealed, the Meloncello, I ordered, was leaking when I opened the package. Also, the 'free gift' for the order was not included.

I place my order on 6/22/23. Recieved my order on 7/5/23. There was no communication of delays. I was disappointed in the lack of communication of delivery.
Customer service passed the buck and stated it was the third parties supplier issue.
I like using Cast Cartel as you practically can get anything you are looking for. I have never had an issue until this past order.
