The only company i could find that would ship smirnoff peppermint twist to the UK, Tyler updated me every step of the way, item arrived within two weeks, well packaged & exactly as described. Well recommended.
I ordered some hard to find beer. It was shipped in a very large box - too large for the 4 cans of beer. The beer was not protected well and rolled around in the large box. I also had to send an email asking about the status of my order. More communication would have helped.
The box this expensive bottle was shipped in was so flimsy it fell apart on the porch. Only the bubble wrap saved it from disaster as there was little to zero tape holding the inadequate box together. Tracking the shipping was also lack luster. Love the product, hate the shipping.

I was very pleased when I received my order, it was packaged very well and had no damage. This was a gift for someone else and they loved it. The only thing I was worried about is that I wouldn't receive it before Christmas, but I understand the way things are nowadays with deliveries and supply chain. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a great for any occasion to order. Customer service is outstanding.

I accidentally placed an order because I had two Websites open with similar products. I tried to cancel this order immediately, and they refused because of fine print that no order can be canceled or refunded. The order wasn't even being prepared yet. Forcing customers to spend over $500 on an order placed by mistake and that they try to correct immediately just isn't appropriate. There aren't plenty of other sites with much more customer friendly practices.
I appreciate that I can usually find what I am looking for on your site and the order process is simple. Shipping times are generally reasonable but the costs of shipping are exorbitant given the price of the product is already high.
Convenience but you may be pricing yourself out of the market. Just waiting for Amazon to get into the market so prices can normalize.

My understanding was that I was buying a case of Keel vodka for $134.00. What I got was a single bottle. Your customer service representative was not only unhelpful but completely unfazed that I was robbed. A fifth of Keel vodka is $20. Why would I spend $134.00 for a single bottle? Then, to offer me a $25 discount on a future purchase is not only laughable, but insulting. Who's minding the store?

Wrong product delivered but customer service quickly resolved the issue by issuing a return label to send the incorrect products back and offered to resend the correct item. Although opted to be refunded, my customer service representative was very accommodating and followed up until my refund was processed.

Company refuses to cancel & refund my $433 Christmas order placed 12/4/20 that still has not shipped.
Based on a Christmas promotional email that I received from Cask Cartel I placed an order on Dec 4,2020 for $433.91. After 2 weeks without an email with processing and tracking information I reached out but still was not provided tracking information. On 12/22/2020 I again reached to cancel because it's clear my order will not arrive in time for Christmas since it still has not shipped. The company still has not shipped my order and are refusing to cancel and refund my order.
I wanted this mezcal bottle for a birthday gift. I had been searching for it online and found it on this site. It was fast and really easy to order. I ordered it on a Friday night so I didn't get an order confirmation that it had shipped until 7 business days later. I even called customer service on the 5th day and they handled my order quickly. Very happy with my product and will definitely order from here in the future.

I was uncomfortable with the delay in receiving any information about my order, only received notice that they had received. I asked for an update after 10 days and received another got your order. It was after that inquiry that I was notified it was being prepared for shipping.

Bourbon was packaged nicely, only issue was that I expected more bourbon. Quality was excellent but I'm not sure if $150 was worth the tiny amount of bourbon I got. I could spend $150 or $200 and get 3-4 bottles of bourbon.

Expensive bottle of Scotch was not secured in box. I received it loose moving around in a box about twice the size of the bottle. I'm very surprised that I received the bottle unbroken. I was also with the understanding that there was supposed to be some kind of bonus gift with this purchase and I received nothing more than the bottle and invoice information. I was also with the understanding that I was required to sign for the delivery of the package and that was Not the case. I watched the driver just sit it on my front porch and walk away. I'm not very happy at with my extra money spent and the product received overall.
Asked for a tracking number multiple days after purchasing and was told that I was 5 of the 10 days within the order process fulfillment and when they shipped it I would then get a tracking number. Once I did get the tracking, it only read as “received at carrier, waiting for delivery”. This was the only update on the entire experience till it showed up at my front door.
It was the only place I could find the bottle needed for a birthday gift. But now I’m regretting going through the effort of getting this gift.

Everything was a great experience with Cask Cartel. They made it extremely clear to me that my order would need an adult signature to receive delivery of my order. Cask Cartel also made it clear that I would be contacted by FedEx concerning delivery. To make a long story short, My order was delivered in the rain. FedEx dropped the ball. I was never contacted, the package was left in my driveway. I thought that it was unlawful to just leave the package without a signature! I will think twice before ordering again, not because of Cask Cartel because of FedEx!

I placed my order hoping to have it for the holidays. While I did get half my order before Christmas ( it was supposed to be the entire order but part was missing) I got the other half after the new year. It was just disappointing. Not sure I'll order again next year.

On the website a list of whiskeys were provided - stating what would be included in the advent calendar. Of the 15 we opened (so far), only 2 are on that list. I don't feel like I got what I paid for.
I ordered the "explorer's edition" - expecting to get whiskeys from "all across the world." So far 12 have been from Scotland and 3 from Ireland. Again, I don't feel like I got what I paid for.
And lastly, a lot of them aren't as good as I was expecting considering the price tag. I will not be purchasing this again and won't recommend it to anyone.

Bait & Switch
I ordered a Tamhdu Batch 3. The price and shipping were higher than I expected, but that was my choice. 10 Days later I receive an email that they have this bottle, but that it will cost me $89 MORE for them to send it to me. This is a crime. If you offer a product for a price then you should be required to provide that product for that price. I requested a refund. I was offered a credit, I insisted on a refund, Cask Cartel took a few more days to try to meet the original offer, but were unable to and I did receive a full refund.

Everything was great except that it was delayed several days before it shipped out. I think it was about a 3 to 4 day delay before the bottle shipped out. Had it shipped out more quickly, I would have given it 5 stars.

I'm completely satisfied with the shipping and the product is fresh. The only complaint I have is the cost of Sugarland shine sippin cream, the electric orange and strawberry dream. This company is truly the CARTEL. Not only are their prices highway robbery, but their service is AWFUL. I placed an order days ago with no confirmation, I tried to cancel and disputed charges on my credit card as I believe they are a SCAM as confirmed by other reviews. Save yourself some time and hassle. Find a reputable business. This organization is a SCAM.
