The only company i could find that would ship smirnoff peppermint twist to the UK, Tyler updated me every step of the way, item arrived within two weeks, well packaged & exactly as described. Well recommended.
I ordered some hard to find beer. It was shipped in a very large box - too large for the 4 cans of beer. The beer was not protected well and rolled around in the large box. I also had to send an email asking about the status of my order. More communication would have helped.
Delivery was not to my office, but left, UNSIGNED for, at another office. By looking at UPS updates, it stated the delivery had been made. I thought perhaps the Concierge of my building signed for it, but he didn't. Returning to my floor, I walked over and looked at the box left at the other office, and it was mine.
So much for requiring a signature.
We actually ordered from the Hangar One website the same night as we ordered from Cask Cartel. We received the other order in 3 days, you guys took a really long time. I've ordered from you before and it never took as long as this last time.
Previously ordered from you and your variety is great.

My order wasn't shipped until the day after I was told it would be delivered. It sat idle for 10 days until I wrote asking about it. Then it was handed off to FedEx and was finally delivered many days after the event for which it was purchased. It was packaged well and arrived in good condition, but I can't turn the clock back and celebrate my Silver Anniversary again. Disappointing.

Ordering was very easy and uncomplicated. I was able to track my order from beginning to end. It was delivered on time. It went so smoothly that I made a second order. The only thing I didnt like was the digital messaging that went with the purchase. I would have rather it been a printed message that came with the package. I say this because the package was delivered and the message was not received for several hours. Also when ordering there was a stipulation stating that it would need to be signed for by someone 21 or older so I made sure someone was home to sign for it. However, with both orders, no signature was required.

Looked all over Florida and New Jersey for this item...then I found Cask Cartel. Although a bit dissapointed with the actual "deadhead shrunken head bottle", the one shown on your website was awesome, the bottle received not so much...but the product itself is outstanding.Will order more in the fuuture. Order received, finally, after complaining to CaskCartel customer service that there had been no email, nothing at all to confirm that I had actually made the purchase. Once Customer Service got involved, package arrived quickly and easily.

Do not buy from this company. They misrepresented the price for a product. Cask Cartel offered a price for a case but when the order came through the sames price was charged for just one bottle. I requested a cancellation within 5 minutes of realizing that Cask Cartel misrepresented the price but even though the product had not shipped they refused to cancel the order. So don't trust them and don't buy from them.
As big baseball fans, ordered the Pudge Rodriguez bundle. The autographs are NOT as advertised. System errors resulted in double order and no way to cancel one and no returns accepted. Do not do business with this company. No response to complaint.

I understand shipping delays, but really there should be some indication on products that aren't in the warehouse. Instead, I'm waiting for the warehouse/distributer to get the product and then waiting for them to ship it which I did not receive any updates until I reached out. It works be nice if there was even a "possible shipping delays" on products that aren't immediately available.

It took 3 weeks for my delivery. And, then I had to call FedEx to determine where it was. This may a FedEx issue. I was told the address did not exist. However, the address was correct. My recipient had to go pick the item up at a local Walgreen's because Fedex said the address did not exist in their database.

The delivery and tracking was fine. One of the sample bottles leaked a little, which is why I didnt give 5 stars. That probably isnt fair to Cask Cartel since they didnt fillnthe bottles, or send them out as sealed. The leakage on such a small item wasnt worth filling a complaint. It was just a sticky annoyance since the other bottles got wet. I would still order again even if the shipping prices were a little salty.

Have no complaints. Was kept informed about my order, when it shipped, was able to track order and received my order without a problem. The only thing that I was concerned about was that you have to sign for the shipment, so you have to be home. FedEx attempted to deliver the package on a day when I was working but did not leave a slip for me to fill out when to redeliver, they only attempt to deliver 3 times before shipment is sent back. Luckily, I was off the next day and was home when it was redelivered. This is more a FedEx issue, but just be aware when you have to sign for your shipment to make arrangements if you are not able to sign yourself.

Because it is damn near impossible to get Buffalo Trace in Ohio. If it is shipped to the liquor stores the bars snag it up before the general public can buy it, so when it became available on caskcartel I bought it!

I placed the order for a Christmas gift on 12.19. The item was delivered on 12.30. I wouldn't have ordered anything if I knew it would take 11 days to be delivered, there was no indication at ordering that it would take so long to be delivered. It missed the holiday, and I am very disappointed.

My experience with my order was great. The product which was ordered was out of stock. Product wasn't in stock when I purchased. No delivery date was available until after I purchased the Von Payne. Seems like a way to get people to buy your product when you don't actually have product available to sell. Not a fan.
Customer service contacted me to tell me that the product was out of stock - and should ship "next week". I received it about a week later.

This is a company I would avoid at all costs. Their advertising is misleading and their customer service shouldn't be called customer service. Michelle is a you know what--stunningly rude and antagonistic.
My cask of a Tequila Liquor came smaller and busted. The liquor was all over the packaging and the seal was broken. It also came very, very late. Literally 4 weeks after ordering.
I received a refund from the courier after submitting a case, but CaskCartel wouldn't refund the shipping fee. They're complete frauds.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site. They're evil, evil people. Especially Michelle.

I placed the order on 12/15, but it did not "ship" until 12/24, and was not received by Fedex until 12/29. Free Stocking Stuffer gift was a single 50ml bottle of Jack Daniels, not worth the extra shipping cost.

I am pleased with the item that I purchased but the shipping cost was exorbitant. I understand some shipping cost related to a specialty item but when I selected "Yes" for the "Free" gift of two mini bottles, the shipping cost jumped. I ended up paying almost $40 for shipping on a $100 gift. The two little plastic mini bottles were not worth that. CaskCartel is a good site but policies/practices like that make me not want to shop with them again.

I was informed that the order I placed, after it was confirmed and I was billed for it, that the order could not be fulfilled at the original price I requested cancellation and a refund. After I didn't take your company up on the offer of the same product but at a higher price, I still declined - I didn't want to pay the price, but moreso because now, the product (a present for a friend) would not arrive on time. It was then I discovered you have a no cancellation/refund policy. I have come up against a policy like that in a long time. I'll take my business elsewhere.
People were fine. Your policies are not.
