I had client gifts I was sending out. It apparently was shipped in 3 shipments which no one told as I only received tracking for one. That shipment arrived broken. I only got a refund because I paid extra for premium insurance as I found out company doesnt cover if any bottles get broekn in delivery. Then I NEVER received the other two shipments I paid for. I paid almost $200 for shipping and they finally agreed to refund $50 of it even though I never received my other shipments. They refused to refund the rest and said I was lucky I even got $50 after days of going back n forth. I will never order from these guys again. Ever

The order was easy and delivered in good time. I wasn't aware however that this moonshine was only 50 proof. So I didn't see that. Looking for a stronger proof. But otherwise great and the person I sent it liked it well enough. Thnks

I ordered something in August and they don't anwser emails. I had to dispute with my credit card company back and forth. There are bad business people and then there are scum bags. These people are a cut below scum bags

I thought I ordered a jar of apple moonshine with 5 sample jars but I only received 5 sample jars my mistake. Most jars leaked during shipping and one has something floating inside of it. Waste of money I'll NEVER order from Cask Cartel again.

Fed ex left the pkg at the street and not at my door. It could have been taken easily. Had we not received notice it was left, we would not have known about it. However it was in ok condition even in the rain.

Will never deal with this company again. Ordered Whiskey in November as a christmas gift, never got it. Found and purchased cheaper. Got an email last week wanting to know if I would like to buy from a 3rd party $30 more. I replied no cancel my order. Got an email back saying I would get info on a refund in 3/5 days. That was Monday on Saturday the bottle arrived. I contacted them about a shipping label to send it back and was told that couldn't happen because it came from a 3rd party. I am so frustrated with the back and forth response about this whole situation. Now I've been charged $80 for a bottle of liquor I paid $25 for elsewhere. NOT A GOOD COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never agreed to purchase from a 3rd party.
Very unhappy with this online order.

I was looking all over to find Blackened Whiskey. I have been searching since March. All the places that had it wouldn't ship to me. Not only did the Cask Cartel get it to me in a week but the prices were exceptionally good. The whole process was as smooth as the whiskey hahaha

Got a request for a response before the item was even processed for shipping. In the meantime, I have gotten an email from them every day! I just wanted an item I couldn't find locally for a receptor I found online. BTW, it didn't give the daiquiri more of a blast!

I created an account that wasn't recognized by the system even though I was receiving promotional emails and was able to place an order.

Also, I did not know there was a problem with my credit card until I asked 5 days later if there was a problem.

Even then, I couldn't gain access to my account.

While the person was able to help me get my order processed they couldn't do anything for my account access.

The delivery date shifted a couple times. Today (Saturday) I got an email saying it was out for delivery, but that it wouldn't actually be delivered until Monday. So, I was out of town when the package was delivered. Luckily, the delivery driver hid the package, so it wasn't stolen by the time I got home.

It's been over 30 days and I've received nothing! Priya was no help at all! I've asked for my money back and based on their policy, should have been refunded. I have filed a small claims lawsuit and will let the judicial system take place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give a negative score!

Valentines special Purchase internal CaskCartel error in paying FedEx for shipment, it caused to be held for suspicious activity not arriving ontime CaskCartel had a Valentines day special for a whiskey. Purchased in plenty of time. Because of an internal error on their part correctly paying FedEx, the shipment was held for "Suspicious Activity" at a special FedEx location. Currently FedEx has no expected date of shipment. Obviously this will not make it by valentines day. Now they are telling me there is a penalty of 35% of the purchase for return of the shipment

I hadn't seen any movement on my order. I sent an Email to Cask Cartel and told them if they were having trouble with my order to cancel it. They came back and told me I couldn't cancel, but they would look into it. Taylor checked into it and bam it came the next day.

Outrageous prices (30-250% over other places) topped off with ridiculous shipping charges ($38 for 2 750ml bottles).
Unfortunately I got a gift card, I had to use. What a waste of the giver's money!

Wish I could give them zero stars. CASK CARTEL SUCKS! Worst customer service ever. I received two orders, one to my residence and one to my parents residence in another state, and both orders were missing items and leaking liquor all over the inside. Not to mention, the packaging was open on both orders when it arrived. Reached out to them three times, and the only support I received was that the vendor would send me the items when they had them. DO NOT ORDER FROM CASK CARTEL.

Website has listing mistakes and their customer service does not allow you to contact the seller for clarification.
This did not inspire confidence so I won't be shopping here.

Looking for that difficult bottle to obtain, found it and Cast Cartel delivers to my state extra bonus. Shipping not outrageous so we are a loyal fan now.

Buy anywhere else. Their pricing is absolutely ridiculous and what I would deem as a scam. Just check any other store or site before you buy anything on Cask Cartel

Had the Ghost Wood neat at a large horse show and found it somewhat different, intriguing while very pleasant. Will buy it again to go with my favorite cigars.

I appreciated that the shipping packaging ensured there were no breakages but the cost of shipping/handling will limit my buys to just once or twice a year

Simple order for a 3 year old bourbon that hasn't been made for 4 years and is extremely rare--delivered on time, as promised with an additional gift enclosed. Definitely will use the service again.

Cask Cartel has become my site for finding select brands at good prices. They are quick to ship and everything arrives in great packaging so as not to get broken. I'll be back.

Weirdly secretive and intractable on "policy" of no refunds after waiting over two months for delivery, and having asked to cancel the order a month before.
