I've tried many online furniture websites and not all of my experiences turned well. But with Casopia, I've had a wonderful experience. I've ordered several things from them and quality of their products is wonderful. I did get an armchair that I had to return because it was defective. The cushion kept falling out of the chair when I'd sit in it. But they refunded all my money and didn't charge me to restock it. They took care of it immediately. They sent me an other chair which was very good this time. The other products I've ordered were in perfect condition though. Same looking and same measurements as in the pictures and description. I had ordered a wooden dinning set for my dinning room and it arrived at my door in boxes. We assembled it and the finish result was amazing! Was Totally worth it, great prices and high quality!
Found my bedroom set bed + nightstands and dresser. Asked about the description in the chat box for more info and I quickly received answers from Casopia customer service. My husband and I were searching for new high quality, preferably Samsung brand, appliances for our new house's kitchen. We passed by Waydair, modern furniture, bouclair, and other furniture online stores. We finally got accross Casopia which had the same Samsung appliances as others but in a cheaper price and the shipping was free over 50$ purchase which obviously was the case for us. We ended buying the appliances after taking measurements and they arrived 2 weeks later (which is super amazing!) in perfect condition and as we expected them to be and even better than what we saw in pictures!
