It ran for 30 minutes then the engine seized up.
I would prefer a full refund.
I spoke to your colleague on the phone, he said you would phone back, also emailed twice, so far no responses.
I live 50 kilometres from Poitiers, I returned it now after a month they just leave me hanging on phone until it cuts off.
