Queen in the warehouse helped me with I a problem with UPS, they delivered the mosaic to the wrong address but Queen was so helpful she called right away she sort out the problem & helped me resolve the issue for the delivery! Fantastic service

Previously we had purchased STEEL TECH BIANCO MATTE /24X48. However we needed additional to complete the job at our home. Between James, Corey and Queen, we were able to get our additional tile delivered in a timely basis to get the job done. Queen was on top of the delivery, pushing to get the tile to us asap. I appreciate her urgency and seeing this to completion.
