“For the past month, this website has not been working”

For the past month, this website has not been working.

Searches requesteded report "no properties found", even whn it's obvious there are properties within the guidelines. For example, if you want to search Santa Ana housing, the site reports no properties available at any price.

This site has been broken a long time and I have notified the "contact us" address twice, but they have never replied to me.
