A month after I placed an order I got a chg of $18.31 on my bank statement which I promptly blocked. Do yourself a favor & pass this shady company. Clothes are low quality. I placed an order online that I believed did not process as I got NO CONFIRMATION immediately. So I placed an almost Identical order (each order had one different item) I called customer service because my credit card company sent me notices that both orders had gone through. I asked if the two orders could be merged or one order cancelled. I was told neither order could be cancelled because the orders were ready for shipping at the warehouse (Really? In less than 30 minutes?) Second - the billing address of one order was incorrect because I hit a key that added numbers after alpha characters. Could I correct the shipping address? No, customer service could not correct the shipping address because the order was already being processed. Could I return any duplicate items -YES! But I would be paying for the return shipping AND I would be getting back additional money because I was a loyalty member - NO I am Not a loyalty member because that costs $20 a month and I am NOT a frequent buyer from Favorites. I said no I am not a loyalty member and I do NOT want to At this point I was done. She provided no service and I will eat the cost of returning the duplicate items! Not happy and if the quality of what I ordered is crappy I will return everything! I do not expect to every shop from Favorites Catalog again.

There is no customer service that was useful - just a polite, pat address foreign woman's voice telling me all the things they could not do, but making sure I had multiple opportunities to join their loyalty club for $20 a month! NO and are you kidding me??? I would give ZERO stars if possible.

I made an order for two items on 4/17/24. I was given the amount charged and the confirmation number. When I did not receive an email confirmation, I called in to ask why on 4/22/24. They had no knowledge of my order. I think it was because I would not accept all their offers of "special deals" to add on. I did check my credit card and they had not charged it. I was grateful but at the same time, I will not buy another thing from them because of their bad CS.

I ordered an item as a gift and had to exchange it (since their sizing doesn't run true). Not only did I have to pay the return shipping charges myself, but the new item was never shipped and I couldn't get a response from the company. They finally refunded the purchase price, but less a $10.95 return charge! This company is a rip-off!
I purchased a pair of sneakers in January; they didn't arrive till March and were two full sizes too small. I returned them for exchange; I was billed yet again for the full amount on 4/12/2020 and still have no sneakers. I called customer service; the agent didn't speak English well and didn't understand what I was saying. "Nor" kept insisting the charge was actually a refund and it would be reflected on my account within a few days. Um, no. That's not how charges on accounts work. Not surprisingly, a supervisor was not available to help. Shoddy products, very poor customer service. I will never buy from this company again.

On 12/27/2019 my merchandise that said "7 to 10 days" has not arrived. Called and was immediately answered by a lady in the Philippines. Pretty good English. But she was reading from a script and her computer inquiry for my account was slow and cumbersome. Finally we made the connection to my order and she said it would not be shipped until after January 3rd and reach me in "7 to 10 days". Oye... Company has cute things. Unfortunately probably not putting back in computer customer service upgrades. I am waiting to see if the "Chinese" size range will fit and quality. Patience here is required. Happy New Year to All...

First I received the items one week after the estimated arrival date. The order was a partial order without paper work. I needed this paperwork to send to the company to get a rebate of 10% and reimbursement for my shipping. I tried to call but their automated system is MESSED UP! It would not take voice prompts or typed in responses... So after waiting on the phone for a while, I was told 3 of the items I did not receive were discontinued and 4 items would not be shipped until January. I placed the order in early/mid november.

I called in on 2/1/2021 to order 4 tee shirts. I thought I'd give them another try. The person I talked to had an accent ( difficult to understand) and I asked her about their return policy if they didn't fit. She said something about a personal return and there was a return label on the invoice but it would cost me $7.95. I started to ask another question and she hung up on me. So, I would absolutely NOT recommend this company for any purchases. This is the second time this has happened to me.

Waited over 2 weeks for FedEx/Smartpost to deliver. Called customer service. They wanted me to wait a few more days. I did, but the package is stuck/lost in Fedex. Told them to refund money and cancel back order
They made an error with shipping wrong gift, couldn't track my mailing it back even when I sent pics of shipping label and now have not answered any questions about it or refunded my money after six months of emails. Buy at your own risk and aggravation would be my advice!

Would give them less than one star if I could. This group is by far THE WORST catalog group i have ever shopped. Tried to call customer service today and hung up after spending 20 grueling minutes listening to the same scratchy song over and over. Customer service is not awful, it's just flat out lacking. Very bad experience both on their website and on the phone. How they stay in business is beyond me.
I ordered approx $300 worth of presents on 12/7/19 it is now 12/22/19 and I have nothing no shipping updates nothing. When I called on 12/11/19 they told me if I paid to reorder I would get it by Christmas but wouldn't get a refund until the other order was returned! So I'd be into them for $600.00 with nothing to give my kids for Christmas! Never order from them they are a joke!

Bought a pair of socks. They started charging me $14.95 a month after that. Called 7 times to cancel. Received e-mails stating the account has been canceled. Still being charged 14.95 a month. Called several times all I get is oh well it's your fault for signing up. They will not cancel it and will not refund money. Have to get a new bank account to stop them.
I made an order on the 2nd of the month, standard shipping is 3-5 business days, no weekends. They finally shipped it out on the 16th! I didn't spend the extra money for expedited shipping and they still charged me $17.99. Well, that ruins my wardrobe for vacation. They lost a customer forever!

I placed an order on Dec 7 and on Dec 16th I'm still waiting. I PAID $17.99 FOR SHIPPING! The order went from Massachusetts to 3 places in Pennsylvania to South NJ and I live in Northern NJ! What a joke! It shipped FedEx to USPS. Customer service just kept telling me that shipping can take 7-10 Days. Really? Of course with that route! I needed a gift for tomorrow and they could care less. They told me I should have expedited it! And spend $27.99 for shipping! What a joke. Never again.

Not only does the catalog include items actually not in stock, they are listed as in stock online as well. I have ordered from this company in the past and it took forever to receive the items, which were of questionable quality when received. On the latest order, the price listing increased by 33% with "estimated" tax and shipping. After no delivery in 3 wks, the online order status check was a useless generalization. Customer Service phone menu failed to accept verbal or digital input. Once a representative was reached, a "backorder" excuse was given with another 2-week guess on wait time. The representative was pleasant, but unapologetic about overcharging taxes and shipping.
This catalog has lots of t-shirts with funny sayings. I was ready to buy something, until I got to the end of the catalog and saw "Fingerless Fur Gloves". These gloves are faux suede with 100% polyester lining and real fur trim. I applaud the faux suede & poly lining. Why not use faux fur?! It looks and feels like the real thing these days, without causing the suffering animals endure for their fur. Animals are skinned alive, electrocuted, or trapped for their fur. Horrible! Wake up & be humane!
A nightmare to deal with customer service. The hung up on me twice after my package showed delivered but never showed up. I was told by customer service that it was my problem and to deal with it. Dont waste your time with them its truly not worth it.
I ordered a purse on 02/25 and paid a shipping charge of $8.49 (cheapest way) and as of today 03/09 I have not received it with no hope of receiving it anytime soon. Their shipping charges are ridiculous especially considering how slow it is. I should have known better as I had ordered a few items well before Christmas and didn't hear anything from them for two weeks so finally I took a look at my order and saw that EVERYTHING I had ordered was on backorder and they didn't bother to let me know. I sent an email to customer service to cancel my order three times on three separate dates, never heard back from them. Finally I called the number and the person told me that my order was on the dock ready to ship but I told her I didn't want it, too late, and too annoyed with them to want it. Will not order from them again, but I suspect they don't care. Having said all that, I do appreciate the fact that the see the big orange head in a truthful manner :)
I suspect that they offer a big discount but when you take the discount you are signed up for their VIP membership. I guess read carefully, I would never have signed up for a vip membership, I don't order that much from their catalog. I do love some of the items they have.
I ordered a cute dachshund trinket box, and even though I wrote to them several times, I never heard anything and of course never got my trinket box. It's a shame, too. They have some cute things and I would love to have ordered a few more things, but not ever again!
I found some cute shirts for my 3 nieces. I placed the order on December 14th and paid $17.95 for upgraded shipping. Never did I get notice that one of the shirts was backordered. I found out on my shipping conformation email. Well, 3 nieces, only 2 shirts, does not make for a good Christmas. No help from customer service at all. I went online and found the third shirt (slightly different but close), purchased it paid $5.00 for shipping and it has been here for 3 days. Still waiting for the other 2 shirts. Now they claim it will not get here until Dec 24th end of day. We celebrate on Christmas eve, so we have to wait for a delivery to even open presents. Apparently for $17.95 weekends do not count as delivery days, even though Fedex counts them. The customer service, the bad information on shipping, their lack of even the most minor concern. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I called catalog favorites phone number in the catalog and pushed the appropriate number to get to check order status. I was connected to the order center. The order center could not connect me so I dialed another number. Upon calling this number, I again, connected to the order center. Finally on the third call I got through to the customer service.
I had ordered five items. One was a special order. I stated that this was for my husbands birthday and would I get charged extra for a separate shipment for the special order. I did not receive anything before his birthday.
Upon calling the customer service the day after his birthday, I was told that the people in Oregon that took the order does not know what they are doing. A box should have been checked so the order would have gone out minus the special order, that would have allowed his gift to arrive on time. Why do they have a company doing their job for them-poorly-continue to do it?
I ordered shoes. Nowhere on the site or when placing order did this place indicate that these shoes would be on backorder. It wasnt until the order went through that they said shipment was 4 months after when I wanted them. So I called them and cancelled order. The money was already being drafted from my checking account. They said the charge would not be taken since I cancelled order. WRONG WRONG! They took my money and keep saying the same f*&cking thing when I call. So I had to call my bank to get charges reversed. What a pain to deal with this company. And by the way, SAGEFINDS is also owned same company. Potpourri Group owns both companies.
