Evidently if you order anything from this catalog you get enrolled into a membership. Not surprised their rating is so low! A month after I placed an order I got a chg of $18.31 on my bank statement which I promptly blocked. Do yourself a favor & pass this shady company. Clothes are low quality. Not even sure how they got my info to send out catalog...
I found some cute shirts for my 3 nieces. I placed the order on December 14th and paid $17.95 for upgraded shipping. Never did I get notice that one of the shirts was backordered. I found out on my shipping conformation email. Well, 3 nieces, only 2 shirts, does not make for a good Christmas. No help from customer service at all. I went online and found the third shirt (slightly different but close), purchased it paid $5.00 for shipping and it has been here for 3 days. Still waiting for the other 2 shirts. Now they claim it will not get here until Dec 24th end of day. We celebrate on Christmas eve, so we have to wait for a delivery to even open presents. Apparently for $17.95 weekends do not count as delivery days, even though Fedex counts them. The customer service, the bad information on shipping, their lack of even the most minor concern. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I called catalog favorites phone number in the catalog and pushed the appropriate number to get to check order status. I was connected to the order center. The order center could not connect me so I dialed another number. Upon calling this number, I again, connected to the order center. Finally on the third call I got through to the customer service.
I had ordered five items. One was a special order. I stated that this was for my husbands birthday and would I get charged extra for a separate shipment for the special order. I did not receive anything before his birthday.
Upon calling the customer service the day after his birthday, I was told that the people in Oregon that took the order does not know what they are doing. A box should have been checked so the order would have gone out minus the special order, that would have allowed his gift to arrive on time. Why do they have a company doing their job for them-poorly-continue to do it?
I ordered shoes. Nowhere on the site or when placing order did this place indicate that these shoes would be on backorder. It wasnt until the order went through that they said shipment was 4 months after when I wanted them. So I called them and cancelled order. The money was already being drafted from my checking account. They said the charge would not be taken since I cancelled order. WRONG WRONG! They took my money and keep saying the same f*&cking thing when I call. So I had to call my bank to get charges reversed. What a pain to deal with this company. And by the way, SAGEFINDS is also owned same company. Potpourri Group owns both companies.
I placed an order on April 28th and received an email confirmation. A few days later I went to check the status and it said "customer canceled", which surprised me because I had not cancelled it and was expecting it to be shipped as a Mother's Day gift. I sent an inquiry on May 2nd. I did not get a reply until May 10th and it had no useful information, other than the order had been cancelled. I never received any notification that there was any problem with the order prior to the cancellation. I was not charged, but the amount was pending in my back account for about a week.

I ordered an aireal view puzzle and after sending me the wrong image (didn't even have the address I requested) they continued to screw me around for 2 months before telling me the couldn't give me what I ordered. I ended up getting a refund, but still had to pay for shipping and processing of the defective puzzle. And they have a hidden vip club that you automatically have to sign up for so they can charge you $15 a month for absolutely nothing until you call and cancel it. This website is a big joke! I've never had so much trouble for absolutely nothing before, I didn't even get the item I initally wanted. Definetly not worth the price or headache. Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop another site!
Ordered 3 items, which looked GREAT in the catalog, but were NOT GREAT in reality. One item SMELLED SO BADLY, I had to quickly put it back in the plastic bag and SEAL IT! Item #2 was TOTALLY HUGE and Item #3 was made of CHEAP MATERIAL AND POORLY CONSTRUCTED. Returned Everything! Be aware that the Shipping & Handling Charge is SUPER HIGH and will not be refunded, plus they take their time in processing Returns. Customer Service is a Joke. BEWARE of this company. It's a SCAM. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I placed one order but I have 2 charges on my cc and no order confirmation email - other people have said the same thing - I am going to have my cc company deny charges- I have also been on hold for 25 min withhorrible canned music
I will never ever order from this company again, I placed an order and had second thoughts within 5-minutes called back to cancel, that's when the run around started, that's when they could not find my order, my name, nothing. Call back in an hour, I was told called back, here I go again. Call back in an hour, when I gave them my order number for the 4th time, again they said they could not locate my order, only one person acknowledged that she saw I was calling to cancel my order ( finally I said) after that they must of posted my pervious calls for cancellation, suddenly I was told it had already shipped. Really! Within the time the order was placed and the times I called.
Calling back hoping to get some type answer, now the customer service people no longer wanted to speak with me... have a good day, ok? Bye-bye. Do not deal with this company- 6-8 weeks to receive my money back and they will deduct from your purchase and charge close to $15.00 for regular shipping, once this order is received I will take a photo of the item and post.

Yup. ALL of the negative reviews are spot on. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I'm Ordered 7 items over a week ago with expedited shipping, knowing 2 items were on backorder at that time. STILL NOT SHIPPED. The latest phone call to them got the excuse that it can take WEEKS for product to arrive in their warehouse from the manufacturer even though website says "in stock". Still have no clue when order will ship. I've been in the retail/e-commerce industry for over 30 years and have NEVER encountered a business ethic quite this reprehensible. Have no clue how these jerks stay in business. Here's some advice for those who got duped into their "rewards" program for $14.95/monthly: NEVER attach those programs to your checking account. ALWAYS use a credit card. Much easier to cancel a credit card than have to get a new checking account. Also, for any web orders, take a picture or get a screen shot of the order confirmation when you place it online. Then you can compare it to the order conf email you get from the company. There were price discrepancies on my Catalog Favorites order. At least they got THAT straightened out. Fingers crossed that I get my order.

I called CS was directed on how to return a gift. I noted the order number, requested a check, and asked that the biller NOT be notified, and indicate my address. I did all of this and they still put the refund back onto the billers CC. I called to confirm they received the product and they confirmed they had. When I called CS they said to call back and ask for a CS level 2 rep. When I finally reached a level 2 rep after 3 transfers I got Cathy where she said she could not do anything and hung up on me. VERY UPSET AND ANGRY THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR IT'S ASSIDARARIES AGAIN! AND SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER...
I hesitated ordering after reading such unfavorable reviews. All I can say is the customer service rep was pleasantly helpful, the product, Seafoam Floral Dress and Shrug Set, is PERFECT and I am more than pleasantly surprised with both the product AND service. I received my purchase in less than a week and would not hesitate to order again.
I wish I had gone and reviewed this company before I ordered from them. If I had, I would have seen all of the terrible reviews about this company and would have NEVER ordered anything from them.
I ordered a pair a pj's on 12/25/15 and as of 1/12/16, I have yet to receive them. I sent an email to their "help" address and never received a response from them. Then I called them today, 1/12/16, and the lack of customer services is just almost unbelievable. I cannot believe that a business like this still operates.
Any other business would be offering to refund the shipping or give some sort of discount towards the order. But no, Catalog Favorites doesn't do anything.
I worked in retail for over 17 years and so I know how to provide good customer service. The fact that the two people I spoke to, couldn't care what so ever, that I was upset b/c I had yet to receive my package almost 3 weeks after I ordered it and had the audacity to make excuses on why I hadn't received the order, just blows my mind.
Needless to say, this will be returned as soon as I get this package. And will be writing a negative review on every possible website I can find about this company!

I called last night (12/18) to cancel an order I placed earlier in the day. I had to reorder an item and pay extra to get is shipped in time for Christmas. There was a mix up with my first order and thought it was stolen off our front porch. I was told at 8pm last night I could not cancel the order as it had already shipped. I get an email TODAY stating it was just shipped TODAY - that is not last night. I explained to the rep the whole story and she did not care. I now have to return the item, pay for that shipping and I am out the $20 extra shipping in order to get it there in time. All the rep was worried about was me purchasing an additional 4 items with 15% off since I had placed 3 previous orders. GOOD GRIEF, I asked if she was really listening to me... there was no answer so that told me NO. She proceeded to ask me another 4 times if I wanted to take advantage of the 15% off. She HATED for me to miss out but did not seem to care about any GOOD customer service. DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY and after reading all the BAD reviews on their customer service someone needs to step in and get this straightened out!
The pictures in the catalogue were beautiful. The items delivered were cheap ad poorly made. Very disappointed.
