In Oct. Made an order from Catherine's the wrong size was sent, then I sent them back, the company never received them.
I made second order, they was out of stock. I never received refund or never receive product.
Last time I make order from them.
Everywhere I look the reviews for this mess are horrible but I used to love these clothes. Sigh. I ordered 2 skirts and 8 pairs of pants and I received 2 skirts 6 pairs of pants and a pair of boots? I've been waiting for weeks now for the prepaid return label and according to all the other reviews I'll probably be waiting a long time but hey run out that 60 day clock so you can say you're off the hook. When I do the math with what I was charged and what I got I didn't save any money and the aggravation is not worth it. Since it looks like almost no one ends up a satisfied customer surely these clowns will be out of business eventually. Fingers crossed. There was no paperwork of any description in my package. Hi
Made one online purchase for 42.00 and they claim my payment for the one item was a day late. I explained I sent the balance in full in a timely manner, but they refused to accept that. They said they received it a day later than the due date and charged a fee that totaled almost as much as the purchase. So now, they are charging late fees upon late fees, now totaling almost 150.00! They offer no grace! No explanation is good enough! I will proceed to the BBB and Consumer Protection Commission for this blatant act of robbery. Picking out clothes for your loved one's final day is something that is sacred and families take seriously. We all want our loved ones to look their best! That being said, Catherine's has been the most unhelpful clothing company I've come across. I work at a funeral home and we placed an order on March 17 for a dress for one of our client's loved ones for their service. We received shipment confirmation on March 20, but it being March 26 and still not receiving the dress, I decided to call customer service. I was first told it was shipped, then another person told me it was still in the warehouse, then the supervisor told me it was shipped and there was nothing they could do about the fact that FedEx has not received it. I asked for either another dress to be overnighted to make it in time for our family's service, to which she basically said I had to return the other dress (that I have not received yet) before they could do anything to help resolve the situation. This place is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. We were supposed to receive a phone call from a manager but no one has called us. Do not shop here for anything!

If there is one thing I know for sure it is that when a Brick&Mortar store was popular and it goes "Online only" and there are LOTS of negative reviews, steer clear. I haven't purchased, nor will I be purchasing anything from Catherines Online. They have more ONE STAR reviews than any well-established store should have. From quality of product, to shipping costs, to returns. Just horrible reviews. No thanks, who needs that headache. BTW the shipping costs really are criminal, just obscene.
I have tried to purchase an item that I was sent an email on and they refuse to make good on said item!
I think that would be false advertising and Catherine's should not be able to get away with it!
They would NOT honor this add that I was emailed not once, but several times!
I tried three times to reorder 5 of 6 items that were ill fitting or poor quality products. Since their tech systems are inadequate and often down, they kept trying to get me to reorder everything over the phone. On my second try with an agent who had a children's birthday party going on in the background, the reorder was never processed as promised. During round 3, I finally insisted on getting my money back (what was left after all their shipping costs on my returns.) It ended up I paid more than double the cost for the one item I kept. Rip off artists! Much better outlets out there.
I purchased a pair boots as a Christmas present and they changed a membership fee the next month of 18.23. I called the 1800 number to investigate and a Karen hung up the phone in my face! Do not ever give this company your credit card number they are crooks!
Beware! If you purchase from Catherine's or their affiliates, expect only a portion of your purchase price to be refunded. They kept over $80 from my purchase. Only $10.99 was supposed to be kept. Unless you have money to waste, do not purchase from them!
