“Appalling customer service and very rude!”

After writing a negative review because I thought vital information regarding the product was not included in the product information but only in the FAQs, my account and review have been deleted and I have been told to "get out more" and accused of giving false information!
Cherry picking the best reviews and treating customers so rudely will not do this guys business any good!
