Jet is a completely complicated platform, at least from my point of view, and this app has somewhat made it understandable to me from a sellers standpoint. They have excellent customer service via their chat and email support.
I signed up for a free integration to Etsy. The products never transferred correctly and I ended up not using etsy and never was charged for ANYTHING because I was on the Free plan! https://apps.cedcommerce.com/marketplace-integration/etsy#sm_pricing I never made a sale or got a plan other than the free plan. Then all of a sudden 6 months later with no previous correspondence I find 2 charges adding up to over $300 from them. I wrote them about the illegitimate charge. They sent a form letter. I followed up. They never responded. Steer clear.

I had an order made using this app in my Shopify store and the same order number was linked to 2 separate items. On Ebay it showed labradorite earrings on Shopify cedcommerce it showed iolite earrings both were showing to order placed by same customer. Both items were the same price.I sent both items in same package. Later Ebay says the order # was just. For the labradorite earrings. Cedcommerce got the items mixed up and I only received payment for whay Ebay showed. Do not waste your time with this app. I dont know if cedcommerce got the wrong item attached to the order number or if their app allowed someone to scam me. But beware of this problem or scam.
I would have given 0 stars if possible. The only reason they deserve 1 star is because of their great customer support. We purchased their online auction system extension for Magento 2. The extension is so bad, that it doesn't do basic auction thing, means highest bidders don't become the winners of the auction. It seemed to me that their extension is incomplete. A lot of features are missing. No ways to filter auctions on catalog page. No reserve auction feature. No proxy bidding. No outbid email/sms notification. Bug while listing an item on auction, if we start an auction at a later time auction won't start at all. No closing soon email. Winner gets email after 2-3 hours. Very difficult to manage auction in the admin panel. It seems the developer who developed this extension had no idea how auction system works.
Cedcommerce operates like a scam call center; the goal is to collect payments from clients and they don't complete any work or deliver results. It's an insult this company is associated with Shopify and still existing.

I have opted for the store customisation services of cedcommerce and they revamped my store completely. They also did customisation work like installing language converter and making it responsive on all the devices, which my theme doesn't supports. Customised the theme as per our requirements and liking. Now i'm loving my store very much. We have the best korean products one would love to try. They have set attractive banners as per the products, changed the color theme. Proper testing was done before delivering the project to us. they made multiple amendments too as per the requirement. By far my favourite importing app I have used ever! Saves me so much time and very cheap costs, the support team are beyond amazing and always there to help, without this app I would be so lost! We purchased their Etsy connector for our BigCommerce store. It was difficult to implement and only got worse as we started to use it. Inventory did not sync correctly and we spent every morning on a chat with them while they tried to figure out what was broken. After about a month we decided to cut our losses and go with Sellbrite. Their support department was responsive and did fix a majority of the issues, but we were left with huge inventory issues.

I purchased Walmart extension for magneto and was promised free upgrades. When I asked to send me the new version of the extension, they said I must purchase support from them. I pointed to their policy that upgrades is free but install requires support, they played games. I recommend not to do business with them. I moved to BSS Commerce which I trust,

I guess I was asked a couple of times to write a review on the support during the installation process. It's only just been finalized, so there's really not much to say. I've bought the Bonanza extension and more recently the Facebook one, and I guess they both do what they're supposed to do. Time will tell.

6 months down the line since I purchased their plugin, my products are not listing properly on Jet. They have one of the worst support, they are not even partnered with Jet.com and never able to resolve issues due to that.
I bought in Sep 2017 before holiday season and my products were listing incorrectly, and 6 months down the line I still have the same issue.
Not to mention that I spent multiple hours, my staff spent at least 100 hrs on working with them with no positive outcome.
I will strongly recommend not to purchase this plugin.

Upon discovering their website, they provide what appear to be amazing products that can help your company automate transactions with ease. They sell products what appear to be off the shelf meaning when you buy them, it is immediately available for download and can be installed with ease and no errors. Although I understand that same applications from different owners may be different due to the fact that it has been modified. But my experience with CedCommerce is worse than modifying or fixing their particular module. To my surprise, only when you buy their products, that is the only time they will create the product from scratch. Which can make lead time go to months. And after creating the product from scratch, you will experience a lot of errors and bugs. And support is not 24/7. Do not fall for that. They always reply and work India working time. No weekends. No holidays. Not 24/7. No ready made products. BEWARE!

They sell 500 USD Plugin for onboarding products to Zalando.
Nothing working. We wanted to pay more to get this going finally and fix any occuring errors. Completely unresponsive team which kept ignoring us for months and just wasted our time.

I tried to install the Reverb Marketplace Integration, but it didn't work. That's fine, sometimes things don't work out of the box. So I opened up the chat support, they said the technical team would get back to me. I gave my email address, and waited. And waited. Followups on chat were dismissive, and my emails for an update were unanswered. After 3 weeks, I deleted the app, and left a bad review.
Within 24 hours a representative reached out. No explanations given. Obviously they care more about preserving their reputation than earning it with adequate service.
I had their application to integrate with Google Shopping. During the trial period it worked. Their application failed on me shortly after I paid them. I contact them and requested they fix it. I received no response. Following this I filled a dispute with paypal, one of their managers contacted me almost immediately told me the person who was supposed to be monitoring my account was in the hospital. He expressed his heartfelt apologies and oh so sorry won't happen again. I monitored performance for awhile and it worked. For a little while. It broke and cost me 100's of dollars in products I had already shipped to customers because Google never received the tracking numbers. Their solution was to offer me 2 more free months of their junk software that didn't work. These guys shouldn't legally be allowed to operate in the US in my opinion they have no concept of the term FRAUD! They are liars plain and simple and don't stand behind their product.

Be careful when handing out login details to this service. They are not upfront with payment schemes and things turn bad really quickly when they sense that you won't comply with their bill. I was restricted access to my wordpress website when a $30 payment (which was never agreed upon) was delayed. I ended up paying the $30 but I decided to change all passwords and to apply for a refund for services which I felt were not delivered as promised ($129 for 1 year support) and the developer ended up changing the username and password to my wordpress site once they found out. Thank you to the hosting website for helping me fix the issue. The cheap price can be tempting but be very careful about who you deal with. The developer in my case is named Jacob/Vineet.

If I could rate in negatives I would. They stole $1,000 from me. I was told I would have a fully operable site that I can sell items out of. They did not finish the job they promised to do (I will post a photo of a screenshot of what they left out). What they did to me was an abomination before god and man and I hope one day karma gets them. They have no integrity and are unscrupulous. All they do is rob low income people of their money with impunity. The site is not finished at all, I paid both installments, the first one was to be paid BEFORE work was even started! (Proof of purchase was for the SECOND installment!)

I purchase a woocommerce plugin for $500 that didn't work properly, had to move to different company cause Cedcommerce plugin was unreliable and buggy. After a year I login into my cedcommerce account to download the plugin again, and guess what? This people wants me to pay another $500.

I was requested to give an extensive review, so I would. Overall it is a useful plugin, the support is good, and customization works are reasonable. However the plugin is incomplete and you are requested to pay for customization (despite functionality advertised on website), documentation severely lacking and needs to be extensively tested to ensure it meets your needs.
Pros:
1. Technical support is excellent. They had resolved all their technical issues within reasonable time frame.
2. Customization works are reasonably priced and delivered within reasonable time frame.
3. The plugin does get the job done.
4. They are easily accessible via Whatsapp.
Cons:
1. No dedicated site to test plugin despite requested. Test site is shared and hence settings is constantly reset making extensive testing a challenge. (There is no trial plugin)
2. The plugin is not complete albeit functional. It is missing certain core functionalities such as updating cancelled or completed orders (Which I had to pay extra to get incorporated). So you need to extensively test the plugin to see if it meet your needs.
3. Documentation is severely lacking, so quite a bit of trial and error involved. This includes server and hosting environment (I ended up upgrading to VPS).
4. It appears technical support is provided by one person, so if he is on leave, the you are kind of stuck.
