Jet is a completely complicated platform, at least from my point of view, and this app has somewhat made it understandable to me from a sellers standpoint. They have excellent customer service via their chat and email support.

I signed up for a free integration to Etsy. The products never transferred correctly and I ended up not using etsy and never was charged for ANYTHING because I was on the Free plan! https://apps.cedcommerce.com/marketplace-integration/etsy#sm_pricing I never made a sale or got a plan other than the free plan. Then all of a sudden 6 months later with no previous correspondence I find 2 charges adding up to over $300 from them. I wrote them about the illegitimate charge. They sent a form letter. I followed up. They never responded. Steer clear.

I paid $1050 towards ceniapro theme and some customisation work during July 2021. They installed and showed me on a staging server which was very slow and it took 6 seconds for each page to load which is comparitively slower for todays standards. I initially gave them order only for making website work fast and also for good user experience. They pointed out that the server had issues. The actual installation was kept on hold since I requested to make it work fast. I migrated my entire content to a new server and asked them to implement it and now they are saying that they deleted all the codes and I need to pay everything again. I lost my money and though its my mistake for trusting them that they would do the work for the money paid, I personaly request any work order given to them please make payment only after getting the entire work done.

Stay clear of this company. They do not reply to emails, chat in website and plugins dont work as they should. Bought aliexpress dropshipping plug-in and no responses to my questions. Plugin does not work as advertised.

Worst Company. Worst support. Blackmailers. Just want your money!

Once they sell product, will keep asking money to give support. The plugin for woocommerce ebay never worked and every time have to ask for support. After 3 months, withdraw support & ask for money to continue for support. The plugin never works

I purchased market place extension and market place add on extension for magneto-2, I update my website Magento version 2.4.5-p2, cedcommerce market place extension not support Magento version 2.4.5-p2 and php 8
I contact cedcommerce support team.
He said pay $350 3 months extend support

I don't pay money because cedcommerce market place extension last update 1 year ago,
I switch to webkul market extension free

I wanted to convert my Shopify store into a native mobile app and was suggested to go with MageNative.The whole team is very helpful. They provide 24x7 support on Skype and WhatsApp. I would like to recommend this company to my friends and those who want to convert their store into a mobile app. Just go with MageNative without any doubts and if any team will clear you out.

I need to cancel my subscription, I have been trying to cancel for over a week, and noone is getting back to me. I have literally contacted every method on their site, and they are literally avoiding me for those $20 a month. They are truly desperate for customers, and their product is horrible. Use Alidrop, or the Aliexpress CSV extension. It's easier to use, and people actually respond to inquiries.

I purchased an extension module by Cedcommerce less than 2 weeks, but the system is so buggy, whenever i reported a problem for the system, they just changed the topic and saying other parts are working fine. I have to repeat the questions many times and argued with them before they admitted the problems. In short 2 weeks, the same problems and more bugs keep resurfaced, I even complained to their sales department countless of times, but every time they just diverted me to the technical team and giving me the quick and dirty solution to the problems by patching the wrong figures, wrong quantity in the database. Until today, they still refused to refund to me, and their buggy module just sitting in my system and messed up with all my operation. They are definitely not a professional company and full of scam. I know my post will be deleted in a couple of days or weeks because Cedcommerce keeps tracking such legit negative posts and engaged the website to delete them. I was the victim paying $299 for such crappy module. If you are able to read this post, please make your choice wisely.

I use this app for my Google shopping Feed I'm working on for the last couple years on Google Merchant Center I never find such a simple helpful impressive App like this you can do anything and everything group them filter them and much much more I'm advising all of you to join this app.

CedCommerce really worked with me on the Etsy Intergration App, Couldn't get it working at first but Great customer service got it fixed and running did the trial period very impressed with the automation does exactly what I need it to do! Satisfied!

I was searching for a solution to migrate from Shopify from so I could have more control over my online shop, all the while using that platform for managing my marketplace presences on Ebay, Amazon and Etsy. I had used solutions by CEDCommerce on the Shopify platform without a hitch, so it was a natural transition to look into what they had to fit the WooCommerce platform.

They were very responsive from the start. I had a few issues in the onboarding, but the team was quick to jump in take care of the issues so I didn't miss a beat during my busy holiday season. Once everything was set up, it's just as seamless as it was on the Shopify platform.

I couldn't be more pleased with the end result!

This app is fantastic! The app's user interface is simple, effective, and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. Even if you have limited experience with cross-platform integration, the team at CED has done an excellent job with the Wish app. The product management feature allows you to easily sync all of your products, including fine details such as variants and inventory, with just one click. You can also choose to have the app automatically manage this process, making it essential for anyone looking to automate their store on the Wish Marketplace. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the 24/7 support team is, as they are always available to help with any issues that arise. CED Team, in particular, has been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond by offering to call or message me on Skype when I struggle to sync a new product. I wholeheartedly recommend CED and consider it a must-have tool for any Wish seller looking to automate and scale their business. Overall, this is a highly recommended app!

*UPDATE* Ced wasted MORE of my money and time after this and i found a virus placed on my site by them they are HORRIBLE! YEARS LATER NOTHING WORKS STILL!

Worst company I have ever worked with spent 700+ never got anything working people are rude and horrible to get help from it's shameful

I purchased CED to integrate with Wish. It never worked properly. The App at random times would magically remove my inventory, set my shipping prices to $0.00, and not publish my products to the proper warehouse.

After trying to work with these guys to fix the issue (over a 2 month period) it was never fixed correctly. I received messages likes this from their support staff. "rest assured sir, we will fix the problem", "please know sir, we are working on the problem". All just lies, canned responses with no action behind them.

But here's the best part, after finally cancelling my subscription on June 10th, 2021, I was charged again for July. I've sent repeated messages to their support with no response. And if you think paypal will process your claim, think again. Because the only way to cancel is through the BC dashboard App marketplace, CED is allowed to not provide any sort of cancellation confirmation. A backdoor left open by BigCommerce, and fully taken advantage of by CED.

CED is immoral, unprofessional, and a company I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

If you need this App as an integration solution, quickly find another solution and save yourself the money and most importantly the frustration. The fact the BigCommerce allows this company to continue to operate on this marketplace is disconcerting.

Tip for consumers:
Run away from it as far as you can. I'm saving you frustrating hours of your life.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
TOOK OUR MONEY AND DID NOT PROVIDE SERVICES. WE SPENT 2 MONTHS WORKING CED AND DIDN'T GET 1 PRODUCT LISTED.
SARA WAS RUDE AND CLEARLY DON'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO PAID FOR SERVICES.
MANAGER AGREED TO GIVE PART REFUND AND THEN SARA AND THEIR MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE US ANY REFUNDS.

We've purchased the Mautic-Prestashop integration and after some struggling with Mautic's Oath 2 we got it working as expected.

It syncs all our contacts from Prestahop to Mautic. It created some segments and extra contactfields without problems. It just works:)

And we did had some glitches makeing the connection, but after jumping on Skype for support, it was dealt with very quickly. To be exact, it was the Mautic's cache folder that needed deletion :) Had nothing to do with the module itself:)

Even some random MAutic questions were answered via Skype. Very helpful indeed..

The worst company in the world! No trial, no refund, not working!
The quality of WooCommerce Shopee Intergration from CedCommerce is very very poor. Almost every function cannot work and have to talk to their developer. I tried to upload some new products, add variations to existing products. This quality of this product even cannot pass testing. They just published and sell it directly. I also bought WooCommerce Lazada plugin from same company. I tried to upload some products but cannot. Developer uploaded for me. Then I follow exact same way to upload another product but it cannot upload again. Then involve developer again. They refused to refund even though they said no reason to refund within 30 days. They just said we will solve issues for you.
Waste money waste your time. I just need few minutes to add one variable for existing product in Shopee. But with this plugin I spend 3 hours and finally still cannot update one variation to Shopee.

Tip for consumers:
NEVER USE THIS SCAM SERVICE !

We here at RoofSmart Pads have been working with Ced Commerce and our online platforms for just over a month. We are incredibly pleased and highly impressed with the speed, professionalism, and understandability of their communication with us regarding our online and ecommerce presence/performance.

They are available for you 24 hours a day as they have teams working around the clock so there's always someone to help you. They will set up a call with you and your team as often as you'd like. We usually are able to communicate by email though so we can take screen shots and have everything in writing to refer back to.

All of the members of the team working with us take the time to send screenshots back, as well as the steps they've taken to correct any issues. They really do try to educate you along the way so that you can gain more control over your entire online existence.

They give at least 2 very thorough written reports per month. You can schedule a call as I said earlier to go over the reports with them, if you prefer.

Overall, we'd absolutely refer CedCommerce to any company looking to tighten up their online, ecommerce, and social media presence. We believe that you will be as thoroughly impressed with them as we are here at RoofSmart Pads.

Tip for consumers:
These folks know their way through all of the broken links, 404 error messages, and all of the usual SEO issues a company can potentially experience with their websites, social media accounts, ecommerce stores, online marketing, etc. They are prompt with their responses, and they actually walk you through any confusion you might have with your online presence issues. They are very professional and take the time to make sure you understand what they've done to clean up your online footprint.

I've been given the run around by this company for a week now. I can't believe how poor their customer service has been. I can't believe how poor their product is.

I read all the poor reviews already and saw how CED Commerce replied and thought they handled things well. I can say with 100% confidence that CED Commerce replies are 100% hot air and unfactual. The plugins immediately disabled my site and destroyed all the listings on my synced marketplaces and my site. Files on my web server were messed with that should never have been touched so I removed their access. I don't trust them and want my large amount of money back and they will not refund me.

This plugin looks like it was made by a group of 5-year-olds and their "support team" is never available. I have only ever had the ability to get a hold of them for a small 2-hour window in the middle of the night. They promise the moon and deliver nothing.

Let me assure you that their reply to this is going to be 100% fake. All I want is my money back for an unusable product and they told me "Too bad". Unprofessional
