I downloaded the software, and followed the instructions set forth by cell-tracker. Nothing on my phone, tried the download twice. Up to 4 downloads or 48 hours, well after nothing with the two separate downloads, I figured why not try again... 30 hours later my time had run out. Hmmm... 48 was what I read. Not to worry I was fool enough to purchase the warrant for future downloads at an additional cost. I haven't registered my warranty, because I'm sure it won't help. About like the no phone/email only tech support was no help. Or should I say no response? All under the no refund policy. I fell for the trick do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I have no pity for any of you losers who think it is OK to spy on people's private cell conversations. You deserve to get screwed for even thinking about buying such an illegal and EVIL product. Have a nice day!

I bought $30 credits and tried 5 phone numbers of US. Cell-Tracker provides zero on location. I ended up with another service provider who charged $0.99 per phone number and returned the perfect location.

Stay away from this Netherland company.

The cunning way of ripping people off by not allowing to try it once. Hell, no. You need to buy credit first, otherwise you will get nothing. And credit isn't cheap. It's like having another phone subscription without a phone, which is the same as my monthly subscription. I just wanted to see if it really tracks my own phone.

I too purchased this software today and was unable to install it. There is no phone number, nor did I receive a receipt. After reading the above post, I called my bank and found out they made an unauthorized purchase of $ 94.95, beside the original purchase price $ *******! Luckily, the amounts had not posted and was able to stop payment and block my credit card! This is NOT a legit company and I would NOT recommend them!

Keep asking you to down load with phone but the file can never be open. No matter if yr phone is rooted or not! It's there any where or anyone can stop this website to stop more people from falling into this?

To reiterate what most everyone on this review site has said, this is a scam clear and simple. There is no customer service, no support and no program or app that works. Save your time and money and run away from cell tracker as fast as you can.

I, the "wise" and careful gnome, had been had, as well! A similar experience as the others' before me. They now run the credit cards asap. By the time I called my cc company (the very next morning) they had already scooped up the dough. However, I might have some helpful info: The name of the company is -Pli*inet E solutions-. The merchant code is 3830. The phone number is *******473 which I believe is an inbound call center. Maybe named Plimus. An address I have is: ******* Marine Bridge Rd. Suite M-24 Madison, Alabama *******. I've been too angry to go forward with this negativity at this time. I will soon. I hope this actually helps and if it does, please share it with everybody. The site is a scam! The online help is always offline ie. A graphic on the page that does nothing. The customer service emails are provided by a third party, the software does not work, and despite continual assurances of a refund, it will never eventuate. STAY AWAY from this site and they're software unless u like parting with your hard earned $ for no reward.

This app doesn't even have a $#*! phone number that's a no no right there how are u suppose to receive help if they have no number. The instructions $#*!ing sucks and it's no way to hear calls and nothing happens it's like this app collects all your info for their personal use and once they have all ya info they use it probably to buy products of their own. I went through the installation happy as can be and when I saw this $#*! I'm like what the $#*! Is this nonsense which is why I asked for a canceled membership with them.

Don't do it! The file you get is useless. Exe files that won't do anything. Support doesn't answer. They pocket money from the incentives you do, and then give you a bonus software that can't even be open. If you do manage to get it open, the files are useless and can't even be installed on iPhone.

Did the free thing. Dowmloaded the file used different apps to unzip file will not open. Dont waste your time with this app. I spent 3 days trying to open. Contacted support 3days ago, still no reply. I like Hulu though.

DO NOT PURCHASE! 100% Scam. Not only did it not work, my bank contacted me and alerted me that this company gave my credit card information to others and they immediately shut down my card (not that I'd object, but they did it without my consent... thanks Bof A for looking out. I'm stating that fact so you can understand the seriousness of how fraudulent this company is). Celltrackers also added a bunch of international fees which they don't mention. Their online support is always offline. I click "contact us" button, nothing happens. There is another option to email for trouble shooting. So I type my question, it tells me my question is too short. So I keep typing, just random things. Over 1000 characters... still too short. Bottom line is they dont let you contact them because it's a SCAM!

The software is bogus as well as the tech support. I used a U.S. Postal Check to purchase the software package. I reported them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and because I utilized a U.S. Postal check/money order I was able to get a full refund. The BBB should shut that website down!

Payed 20 euro for nothing. Some one found the lost Phone, so i got it back. I opened the SMS from cellTrack and activated it. I recieved a mail from celltrack with the location about 30 miles away...
Also contact the company is difficult.

This is a total waste of money. My grand daughter was kidnapped by the sperm donor, thought I could find him with this service, did not work as advertised.

They will steal your money
The website states that you can track a mobile location in 5 seconds without any software. This is simply not true. You can only track its location after downloading a software which means you need to get hold of the phone you want to track. I have contacted the company for a refund as they cannot provide the service advertised and they are going far and beyond NOT to refund me. I am very surprised that their reputation is only worth £18. I have escalated the case with paypal and have a feeling that the cost of bad reviews ( I will leave them whenever I can) will be more damaging than the £18 that they should have refunded in the first place.
The info you get without installation is GDP per person in the UK, population in the area and some other nonsense. I found their product useless and their service and attitude disgusting. Please DO NOT buy from them. I would recommend mspy instead.

Also please read the 5 star reviews on trustpilot. Hilarious, all sound like robot written. Obviously not genuine!

Yes, I too fell for this *@#!. U know, we all wanna think that maybe, just maybe there r still honest company's out there that deliver what they promise. Plz know that this is a SCAM! From the get go. Hell, I tried for 3 days to just download the link, with no help from TRIALPLAY... Didnt happen, emailed CS with no help. Plz don't waste ur time or data messing with this bull$#*!...

It rubbish I paid £18 got two numbers traced it gave me nothing same result these numbers were off I gave another number that I know is ringing it gives same result its a scam thief they need to be repirted
