Does not locate a phone, simply uses the information that is registered to the phone. I've been having my phone for over 5 yrs, pulled up every address I've lived at but not my current location!

Scam! Scam! I bought this product with extension. After I downloadn to my computer then I tried to transfer to my phone 3 differennt wy to my Iphone 3gs ( jail broken). Not thing happen. Email them? Yes! No respond, no refund. I was stupid.

These guys have the worst software ever and no customer service. If you want to loose your money quickly buy their software like I did... WHAT A F ING mistake.

Total scam! They took my money and it doesnt even work. I wanted it so i can check up on my elderly mother at times to make sure she is ok when she doesn't answer quick enough

I have tried to install this product on three different kinds of phones. I requested assistance and received an automated reply, reiterating the same information in the user manual.

The instructions tell the customer how to download and transfer the software to the phone. It does not, however, tell you how to launch the application or offer troubleshooting tips if the software does not work.

Their website clearly states they offer a 30 day money back guarantee and 24/7 technical support. The terms and conditions refer to a no-refund policy and their help document states that they can not help you with the specific phones and to contact a computer administrator.

I would not ask for a refund if I received a working product and was not happy with it. However, I never received a working product and feel I am entitled to a refund.

After receiving the automated email, I searched for this company online and found a couple of customers who have registered complaints about the same issues. I am gathering data for a class action suit to obtain a refund for all customers who purchased the product from Cell-Trackers.com and were not able to get the software to work.

That's why it's downloaded onto your phone because they are hacking you! They are getting all the info from your phones. That is why there is no customer support.

Absolutely misleading and disappointed. I cannot get info I needed, and they won't refund me the money I paid within 10 mins. $28.86 to get nightmare.

This is such a scam. Tried downloading for over a month with no results. Tried contacting cell tracker by e mail some bull crap response. DON'T ORDER THIS PRODUCT. Big disappointment and rip off

I click the track botton try check track then it always said ："check your input" Im already input a correct cellphone number~

It does not transfer data, even after filling the money, there is no detail in my phone.

Do not give this company any personal information or credit/debit card information.

I should have seen the reviews before spending money on this app. Nothing works, like absolutely nothing.

Do not trust this SCAM company they have charged me $40 and do not refund. They have a number in the US but no one answer it. I am sure it is a scam who is in another country! SHAME ON YOU THIEVES!

The track is not anonymous and it doesn't work at all. Nothing is actually working as described. Do not purchase, save your money.

Does not work. Do not give them your credit card! A scam from a foreign company. They will charge you for services even if you unsubscribe.
