Didn't know they closed so long over the Holidays so I got my phone later then anticipated but they have been very helpful! I ordered the wrong phone so I need to exchange and I am waiting to see how that goes but so far they have been able to answer all my questions!

Never online have I seen a good and patient customer service! These guys are highly professional and the products they sell are high quality and very good price tags for each phone you find! They are the best and the cheapest around stop wasting time searching online and go and buy from them!

Very easy to navigate throughout the site. Customer service representative was very helpful and understanding and was able to answer my questions in a very professional tone and they were also courteous.

Had trouble finding exactly too found on web phone a wanted had to shorten exact name of phone then the same one a was replacing. Looked at other phones but no details of cost per phone per month. Ordered a second phone afraid that might be taken out of stock haven't even tried to use second one yet satisfied with first original same phone.

I paid extra for expedited shipping, but it wasnt mailed until more than a week later, so didnt get it for Xmas and wasted the extra expense - not good. You need to tell customers that you take a lot of days off and not let them waste their money like I did. Otherwise, am happy with the purchase.
