Purchased a phone screen protection plan through this company. When uploading the evidence to the app, I inadvertently sent a picture of myself due to the poor usability of the app. The company stated my claim was denied due to this, even after providing them with the intended picture and the timestamp of when this photo was taken. This company is not standing by their protection plan that I purchased.
Poor customer service and rigid policies. Follow the rules, don't make a mistake or NO $$ claimable.
Similar to other customers - bought the product at Ubreakifix, who recommended it strongly. It withstood many drops and performed well. Phone fell out of my pocket... when I looked for my purchase using IMEI and ESN, their system said "no record matching". I have the registration email! And it says "lifetime warranty all over the site... Not a good way to do business. I selected the wrong date when I registered - and they denied the claim due to that. Also denied and reimbursement for the policy. SO basically they are saying "you made an error and it cost you several hundred$ " AND "we aren't giving you any $$ back. Confirmed by "Annie" at Olive Bridge Financial, their 3rd party administrator (she claims she is the top level to appeal to). Just a horrible customer experience.
I made a mistake. It's unfortunate they've chosen to punish me for it. I would have grudgingly accepted if they refunded the policy, but they're clearly not interested in any sort of customer satisfaction.
