At first I was incredibly concerned as my order never are and I thought I had been scammed. BUT 3 weeks later it arrived and it's brilliant apart from my screen protector broke when I was trying to put it on. I will order another so no big deal but the case itself feel like ultimate protection.
I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.
I was very happy to receive this case. It for my iPhone very well. I like that it is clear so I can see the color of my phone. Very easy to put on. I even ordered a second one for my husband.
I love the case! Love the purple color! Feels good in the hand and protective. My only complaint is that the back (colored part) has the tendency to scratch easily. But other than that love it.
PHONE CASE WAS NOT WHAT IT SHOWED AND THE DETAILS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CREDIT CARD SLOT, CLIP SAID IT WAS 360 IT WAS 180 SWIVEL, SITE SAID IT WAS MAGNETIC ON THE CASE IT WAS NOT I DEFINITELY WANT MY FULL REFUND VERY UNSATISFIED FOR THE PRICE I EMAILED THEM ABOUT EVERYTHING LETS SEE IF I RECEIVE A RESPONSE ABOUT TO CALL MY BANK ALSO ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ITS ABOUT BEING HONEST TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

"Absolute $#*!e" the credit card slot isn't wide enough to fit a card in and if u put it in the long slot behind u can't close the case, it burnt well though when i threw it on the fire.

It protected my phone when I dropped it. But it feels bulky when I type. Great case. Very sturdy. Has held up well to drops. It is a little slippery in your hand.

I ordered a case for my mother when she upgraded her iphone and she wanted the same case she had (which i bought her from this company so, i was a repeat customer) and when i got the new case it wasn't what was advertised on the site. It was missing a place to insert a license or picture. I let them know and they wanted a picture of it. I replied saying "picture really"? It was $11.00 case and i had to be bothered with this? The reply was like no other i have EVER got from a company..."Yes, we require a picture (they could have stopped there and that would have been fine) if someone says something is incorrect. It is 2019. Snapping a photo of an item and sending it takes no more than a minute" - REALLY? I NEEDED TO BE TOLD WHAT YEAR IT WAS? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS PERSON SHOULD NOT BE IN THAT BUSINESS!
Great case for not a lot of $. I wanted a clear case to show off the color I chose. Extends slightly above the screen to protect screen first falls. Does the job perfectly.
I cancelled my order and they evidently sent it when I was waiting for a refund. Sent the order back and nothing. No refund, not return calls, or return emails. SCAM!

Great case - highly recommend - but you may also want to get screen protector. Case does provide a raised front to help protect screen but nothing is covering the actual front screen.
