I ordered two cell phone cases for the Moto E4 plus phones, one for each of my kids. After placing the order, it never gave me an order number but immediately charged my bank. I emailed them, they located my order supposedly, sent me a tracking number for dhl that showed invalid when checked. I emailed back and eventually got a new tracking number. Several days later, the US postal service delivered my cases... For the Moto G4... Not what I ordered. I emailed them again and they said I could return them if I had an order number which they still never provided me and there wasn't even a shipping sheet in the package, so I don't have my order number because it was never provided to me but even if I did, I would still have to pay the shipping to return the incorrect cases PLUS 20% for restocking the items they incorrectly sent!

I had ordered a glass screen protector from this site 6 days ago. The site promised that the item would ships in 24hrs. It has been 6 days, i haven't received a confirmation email, order number/tracking number yet. The money have been taken from my account. Not even sure if it is a legit site. Attempting to contact the customer service has gotten no results yet and it has been over 48hrs now.

I like this case a lot. It's very visually appealing. I got the yellow which is not just yellow, it has a shimmer to it. The case seems pretty protective and has the slight raised edge on the front to protect the screen from scratches. It is slick to the touch but I always pair my cases with a pop socket so this wasn't a big issue for me.

If my phone cases are not here by Friday 7 April 2017 that's 1 Month from order date.
I will be reporting the site to the FBI and RCMP.
If that does not work I will be making an request to shut down the web site.
I strongly suggest others do the same, there is power in numbers.

I ordered a case and screen for my Motorola G7. When they arrived neither was the correct size. I emailed the company and received a ridee unprofessional email saying it was my fault and I would have to pay for return postage and a 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company.

Doesn't tell shipping time, no customer service number, sent wrong color case. Wish I would have saw these other bad reviews before. Clicked on order history and nothing shows up, there website sucks $#*!!

Worst Customer service ever. I ordered an item and cancelled it immediately after realizing it was the incorrect item. They charged me anyways and sent the item. Only a $3 item, but it still contacted them about the return. In response, they sent me an email personally attacking me. Wow! I couldn't believe it. Never experience this poor level of customer service ever.

Checked my email on 3/19/2021, no purchase confermation.on 3/20/2021 my credit showed the purchase. I contacted cellphone cases.com. Thier website did not recognize my email address and I understand my order was never placed.the site wanted a order number that I never received. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the payment. I will never deal with cellphone cases. Com again. I still have not heard from them yet.

Ordered a cell phone case for my LG V50 on a Monday. Received my order number but was unable to use it to track using the website. I sent two emails, one 3 days after my order and a 2nd email 4 day after my order. No reply... On the 5th day I sent a email telling them I was unhappy with the service. I then received a rude a totally unprofessional and childish reply from his team. No apology at all, just a rude child. When I finally did receive my phone it was crap quality! I would like to return this but I'm sure it will just be a fight. Save yourself the pain and just use Amazon.

Your company is conning people, you said you were in the uk, but your in the states. Thats fraud! I didn't want to buy this item from abroad. Why are you lying to people. I will make a complaint and tell everyone on a review that you are not a cochure company, if you do not reply to this email.

Perfect for my iPhone 11. I love the Rose Gold color and the kickstand comes in handy when watching videos on break. I dropped my phone face down on a hard tile floor and the phone was fine. I highly recommend this case for your phone.

Fits on like a glove! Since it's a clear case, I am still able to enjoy the color of my iPhone. It's a very thin case, but still provides enough protection in case I drop it. The case allows my phone to charge wirelessly as well. Highly recommend!

I order a phone case for the galaxy 10plus along with a wireless charger and screen protector. I didn't receive the screen protector but they charge me for it anyway and said they were going to send me a refund and I never received it and they have stop responding to my emails. I don't advise anyone to purchase anything from that website.

I've gone through many cases with my past IPhones to try and find the right one, and gave up after 2-3 different types. Ordered this one for my 12 and I couldn't be more impressed. Extremely comfortable to hold and very sturdy. Couldn't be more happier. Definitely a bang for your buck!

Bought it for phonepro. Fits perfectly. The clear case shows the beautiful color of my new iPhone. While playing with phone, I accidentally dropped my iPhone face down, but the lip of case protected the screen. Price is low but quality is high.

I love the feel and design. And the kickstand is a nice add-on. The color is amazing as well. It's easy to grip and does not slip while using. Great look and feel all around. I would highly recommend :)

They advertise a screen protector film for the Samsung Galaxy S7, but the film does not fit the full width of the screen, even though it says so in text, and is shown to be so in the product image provided.
This resulted in 5mm of screen width to not be covered by the screen protector. This of course not only doesn't fully protect the screen, but also disrupts the touch control where the edge of the film is, as well as viewing content, since there is now a line on either side of the screen where the edge of the film is.
They tried to deny this and tell me this is normal, and did everything they could to convince me otherwise with all sorts of nonsense.
Eventually after piling on the evidence in my favour including photos which I showed them on first contact, they told me to send it back and want to charge me a 20% re-stocking fee. This means sending to America for a cost which would nearly be the price of the film itself, since it was on a big discount... I wonder why it is.

This is a well made durable case. I thought it wasn't going to be that sturdy but it turned out to be super sturdy and it's not easily bent. I ordered a screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy S7. They sent a screen protector for a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus. I contacted them and requested they send a shipping label for me to return the item and that they also send the correct item. I got no response for 2 weeks. They then said they often send their items in mismarked packaging and I should check to make sure it wasn't correct. I did and told them it was too long and didn't have the right button cutouts. After several days they demanded pictures. I sent them a picture of the original box, a picture of the sent screen resting on top of the phone and a picture of the item side by side to the phone. That was a week ago and I still have had no response from them.

Not sure how they can tell what they're sending when they place their inventory in boxes that say the item is something else. They make so sense whatsoever and do not reply to fix the problem.

I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector. I immediately requested that my order be canceled and I ordered the correct screen protector. I never got any response or confirmation that my order had been successfully canceled. So the next day I tried again. Again I got no response. A week later I got the wrong screen protector delivered to me. I attempted to contact customer service so that I could find out what I need to do to return the order and get a refund as I was charged for the order. No response. 2 days later I got the correct screen protector delivered. I attempted again to contact customer service to see about doing a return and getting a refund on the incorrect one which they sent me even though I requested that it be canceled. No response. So needless to say I never got any refund for having the wrong screen protector delivered even after I requested it to be canceled. I still have never gotten a response back from customer service.

Had the older model of this case on my previous phone and thought it was great, so I purchased it again when I upgraded my phone. I love the addition of the kickstand. It's durable and has saved my phone from countless drops, even long drops, like stairwells.

I am really impressed by this case. It fits perfectly and it it not bulky at all. The feel of the case is very user friendly as well also it has a little bit of a lip to tect the screen from laying directly on the floor or surface. Especially for the price of the case it is well worth the price.

Placed my order and it said it was delivered but i never revieved it and i have a locked mail box. I contacted them and was told that they don't replace or refund when it is a confirmed delivery. So now i dont have myths cases nor do i have my money.
