At first I was incredibly concerned as my order never are and I thought I had been scammed. BUT 3 weeks later it arrived and it's brilliant apart from my screen protector broke when I was trying to put it on. I will order another so no big deal but the case itself feel like ultimate protection.
I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.
Worst customer service. Wrong product, lousy quality and super rude! Mean emails and refuse to help customers. Better Business Bureau id investigating them. Stay Away.
Fits very well feels good in your hand can use any type of charging cord. Most cases scuff change color with wear and tear this one seems to hold up very well

Love the fact that is it clear but also protects your phone. I have dropped my phone a few times and have not had any breaks, cracks, etc. I can charge on magnetic bases as well.
SURVIVED MOTORCYCLE CRASH. I landed on my right side, with phone in my right pocket. I slid 35 feet and ripped open my pants entirely on my right leg, this case not only protected my phone but maintained the safety of my thigh from road rash. I'm still using the case because it's awesome just a little rough to touch on the back side. It saved my left and phone from severe damage
Great iPhone case. There is nothing to dislike about it. I've been using it since the iPhone 11 came out and so far it's protected my i phone from drops. Would likely buy it again.
I bought 2 cases for my cellphone and one of the cases broke when it was shipped to me. I tried to contact the company, the phone number on the website does not work, no voicemail and no person to contact. I think they only respond to email, I tried to process a return, the site asked to upload a photo of the case. I tried several times and it said the file was too large. I contacted them through email and the person was very rude, I tried to explain that the site wouldn't let me upload the photo. I drove up an hour and a half in traffic to Chatsworth from Long Beach to talk to an employee, their address is a UPS store/mail box that they use as their address. No one at the UPS store could help me?
I will Never buy anything from Cellphone cases in the future.

It's pretty good but when it came it had some scratches on it. Great case for the price. Very sturdy and has yet to show signs of yellowing like many other clear cases I have had in the past.
Ordered cases fot s21 5g but they were for a smaller model didn't fit my phones. Tried getting a hold of them no response and their phone number is not working. Went to BBB and they just informed me the no one has responded to them. Ihad good luck with ordering screen saver so i decided to try their cases that didn't work out so well. Good luck on trying to return to get the order fixed.
Sill waiting on my order. Oh and they are not who they make themselves out to be. Based in California only with cheapest/slowest shipping they can find.

So far, so good. I come from the land of Otterbox Defender, but as I have to carry two phones (this being my work phone), I needed something a little slimmer.
It has been 5 days since I ordered my phone case and I have not received it or received even and confirmation email from the company I have tried to call them and didn't have a phone number I want to send him an email it's been 48 hours and haven't received a response from them back.
I bought iPhone 12 pro pacific blue and this case is shiny and very solid. It has a great feel and looks really good. It's thin but the rim is high enough for the protection!
Great fit, love the little stand so I can set my phone down and be hands free. I have dropped my new phone many times and not even a scratch! Highly recommended them to everyone.
I was not happy with my order! I called 3 times, with no response! They screwed me out of 30$, for a very low quality case! Go to amazon, they have way, way, way better prices and quality!

Super clear, sturdy and easy to use. I was afraid it would scratch my new iPhone but it didn't. Whew. It's a very good case and it's not heavy either.
I ordered a case, took 3 weeks to arrive, had to return it, 6 weeks later they claim they did not receive it.
As I sent it airmail, I find that hard to believe.
I wish I had searched reviews before I orderred from them.
Terrible communications, bad attitude.
They might as well have pulled a gun and stolen my money, obviously a rip off company.

I ordered a cell phone case and the sent me the incorrect one. I mailed it back, asking for a refund or the correct item. I did not hear from them. I emailed them and they replied asking for the tracking number. I had not kept the receipt. Finally, TWO MONTHS after sending me the wrong one, I received a refund LESS $3.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
