At first I was incredibly concerned as my order never are and I thought I had been scammed. BUT 3 weeks later it arrived and it's brilliant apart from my screen protector broke when I was trying to put it on. I will order another so no big deal but the case itself feel like ultimate protection.
I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.

Glass protectors were cracked and shipping took 10 days. They take your money really fast but good luck if you have a problem with the product

The case is well made and the kickstand works both vertically and horizontally good for watching video hands free.
This is a sturdy, heavy duty case. It was too bulky for my needs. The kickstand was very flimsy compared to the case.
