At first I was incredibly concerned as my order never are and I thought I had been scammed. BUT 3 weeks later it arrived and it's brilliant apart from my screen protector broke when I was trying to put it on. I will order another so no big deal but the case itself feel like ultimate protection.
I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.
Item did not work. I ordered a phone adapter for a tripod and the attachment peice does not work. Shipping was on time and website was easy to use.
Durable case that has held up for months now; the kickstand feature really is super helpful and the case feels nice and sturdy in the hand

I Purchased a mybatt for an older phone and it protected the phone until I traded it in, which was several years.
Very durable and feels so good.The color is beautiful. It is thick and tects the phone well. Does just what it is meant to do.
Good protection for phone. Kickstand is good for watching phone in landscape but seems a little flimsy and could break if you are not careful.

I like that all the ports and the pen are accessible through the case. I also like the collapsible kickstand that folds back into the case.
