At first I was incredibly concerned as my order never are and I thought I had been scammed. BUT 3 weeks later it arrived and it's brilliant apart from my screen protector broke when I was trying to put it on. I will order another so no big deal but the case itself feel like ultimate protection.
I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.
Do not buy these products, worst service I've ever received. The item I purchased was a Samsung note 10+ screen protector, cost me $15AUD. It took almost a month to arrive and no tracking advice whatsoever was given so it was a guessing game when it would arrive.
The product was not what was displayed on the net, was alot smaller than the actual screen size of the phone and the top left hand side didn't even stick down because of the ill fitting! They told me that's how their covers are and bad luck basically.
Never an apology or any type of genuine customer service. In the end I got a copy n pasted note on how to return the product for a refund to California USA with several disclaimers why they don't have to refund me if they see fit. Also, I live in Melbourne Australia, to return this and get a refund I'll be waiting another month plus. Seriously, don't bother buying from here.
People be warned..., Google should be ashamed working with such no office, but a fake ups address as office, no phone but just an email address to contact and be contacted, where issues would not taken care of this "company". This "company" is a scham with all the bad thing doing then having a customer relation.
They take your return and dont reship correct requested item. Sent back original receipt with new item order for even exchange. All you get back is a generic reply via email only from an unknown source. Have to wonder if this is a one man operation. Very shady! Doesnt try to resolve and no phone number, just a so called physical address. Again very shady and took a long time to get in the first place. Reported them to BBB, as still havent received replacement item nor refund.
Terrible service. This is a one man show business with UPS store address. I received the wrong item. According to them, they sent what I ordered. Their website is confusing. Assuming I made a mistake, I still expect assistance and replacement. No response after 2 emails and 2 calls. Phone is voicemail only.(I wonder why). They only responded after I involved PayPal and they did it with a sarcasm, pretty much calling me stupid. Then they expect you to pay 8 bucks return for a 10 bucks item. Not mentioning terrible reviews on the Internet which I definitely should have read first. Check out Complaintsboard.com, sitejabber.com, scamadviser.com, even Better Business Bureau and Yelp... this site is slammed with complaints... Pathetic.
There is no customer service, and their products are not worth the cheap price. The case did not fit, so it was returned. I am deployed overseas so just getting it to them was a job. Then, they continued to say that they never received the case, so would never give a refund. They are just cheap and so are their products.
One of the lowest price and best looking phone covers I've owned. It's the least expensive too. I've paid as much a $50 for covers but this one is better. I drop my phone every day, this one has survived them all.

This case is amazing and very worth the price! It fits my phone like a glove and provides great protection. I love how it's clear so I get to show off the color of my new phone! I highly recommend this case!
I ordered a phone case for my iPhone XR. I received a case labeled "iphone9". When I wanted to return it they told me it would be a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay the postage! Such an unethical company!
I ordered 2 tempered glass screen protectors for the Samsung Galaxy Prime G530 phones I recently bought. After waiting 14 days (web site says 5-10) I received one for the G530, but the other was for a G360. There is no phone number to call. Several emails only get me the same response that I have to ship back the incorrect item at my expense before they will send me the right item. Just horrible customer service.

Steer clear of this company. Prices are reasonable, but you'll get no satisfaction if something goes wrong with your order.
Gets the job done. Has lasted me a few months with many falls, no cracked phone. Love that it has a space to put a nice keychain/phone charm. Great color, looks amazing with a white iPhone back. I got my keychain from@ y2k. Candy on Instagram.
So far this case lives up to 5 star expectations. I wanted a nice clear case so I could still see my new phone plus and this definitely accomplishes that. It seems very sturdy and durable as I've already dropped it once and nothing happened. Would recommend if you're looking for a clear case for the new iphones.
The company has no phone no customer service the only reason they sent me a refund because I ordered threw pay pal they told me don't send anymore rEmains about my refund no quality control sent out damaged cases
Do not buy case! Cracked my phone within 4 days of buying it with this case on. Seems very protective but is not. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy this case! I am taking the time to write this review please listen!
My wife has a knack for dropping things and dropped her iPhone 11 in this case the same day she put it on. Thankfully the case did its job and withstood the pavement, protecting the phone with only a small mark on the case.
This is a deceptive company - I wish I had not used them. They advertise at though they are in the UK and yet they are in the USA. No shipping time when ordering. 10 to 20 days to UK. Read other reviews. Not good.
After waiting over a week, the first temper glass came to me broken. They said they would send a replacement right away, but waited over another week just for that. After I sent them an email of keeping me updated, they shipped the temper glass that day(what a coincidence). When the replacement came, I thought the temper glass would be for my galaxy s10. Again, was sent incorrectly for a galaxy s10 plus. Temper glass is so much bigger than my phone. I am very disappointed, as I waited over 2 weeks to recieve a cracked temper glass to a replacement that was again sent incorrectly. I would not waste my time on this website. I am in the process of getting a refund now.
I just ordered a phone case and it turned out to be the wrong size. I'm not sure who made the error but to send ot back is costly and convoluted. Should have read the details. You have to pay return shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. They don't want returns. The procedure isn't clear. Wouldn't answer my message and got very snarkey when I finally emailed. I will never do business with them again. And I don't recommend them to others.
This case is great! I've had this case for a few months now and I still love it. I drop my phone far more that I care to admit and this case has held up well. It also still looks very clean which I appreciate! At this price point I'd definitely be willing to buy again once it starts to look dingey.

Better quality than most cases in this price range that we've tried. My 13yr old goes through cases faster than TP, so this is perfect! She recently went from the 11 to the 12 so we had to start all over with cases. This is thicker and has a more "solid" design than the gel type but it is still alittle flexible. It has a good fit, easy on/off & great side protection. My only complaint is that it shows fingerprints but after using it for a month it has not "darkened" or changed color. Definitely Worth The Price.
Very sufficient for the price. The kickstand works although I don't use it much. The edges seem durable and I have drop my phone on the ground a couple of times with no damage. The feel of the case when holding it is not as smooth as other cases that I have had but certainly not a deal breaker. I would recommend this case.
I made an error when I first ordered. And they changed it. The site said ships in 24 hours... been over a week so I emailed them to cancel. So I got this email telling me that its insane to try to cancel an order that they have already HAD to go get from some bin and switch it. I was also told to not email them again. Jerks customerservice sucks! Takes u 3 days to answer an email telling me it shipped yesterday! Save ur money I hope when this case arrives its not total garbage. Go to Amazon and order not this business.
I purchases a screen protector from this company. It stayed on my phone only 4 months. I contacted the company. I was told I'd have to buy another one. $12.00 wasted. Going to contact the manufacturer of the screen protector to see if they stand behind their product. This company doesn't. I, like others before me, should have looked for reviews of this company. I wouldn't have ordered from them. Buyer beware!
I order a cell phone case for my SE2020 on 7/6/20 and still have not received it as of 7/22/20. (best guess I will never get it!) I know the amount of money for the case was not that expensive but they have NO way of tracking and did not reply to a number I called. Whether it is $10.00 or $300.00 - I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
