I walked into the Polaris store today thinking I'm going to have to pay through the nose for a repair and Zach told me my phone had lint in it and was causing a poor connection and was not charging. He cleaned out the phone within minutes, sent me on my way with no charge for the service. He could have taken me for some $, but instead was honest, fast and efficient. Thanks!
Got my phone fixed from CPR Cell Phone Repair the next day there was two black dots on the screen they just fixed. Went back the end morning they said they had to order and new one and they would call when it came in. They left a message on my son's phone. I went back in and they didn't know anything about it. I would not use this place again.

I went to CPR to have my Iphone 7 screen replaced today. Dylan, gave me a fair price and time it would take to fix. When I came back, the phone looked brand new and was done in the time he provided. Excellent, excellent, excellent service from Dylan. I will be a repeat customer.
I dropped my phone on Saturday morning at 8 am, it broke, I panicked as I was in the middle of some transactions. I went somewhere else, due to insurance coverage, they said they were really busy and MIGHT be able to get it to me by 7pm and said it takes 3-4 hours to replace a screen. I left and debated to go to CPR or just get another phone but I didn't want to take the chance and lose all my info. I went to the CPR in Brockton at Westgate Dr. and was immediately greeted by the owner, Abdi. He had my screen in stock, it was expensive (different for each phone) but then he said it would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half! I came back in an hour and it was ready, looking beautiful and he put on a screen protector as well. OMG, what a life saver. Best place! Highly recommend!

The CPR location in the South Ridge section of Charleston, WV is quite convenient - particularly for parking.
The technician who attended to me promptly,, listened to my concern, understood it immediately, attended to diagnosing the problem and completed the task in what I feel was a timely manner. He then explained it all to me. Thank you, Josh!
Absolutely excellent customer service! Husbands iPhone 6s phone was dead. Zero charge, would not charge. Tech cleaned debris out, got it to charge and gave us excellent advice about how to avoid buying a new phone and/or having them install a new battery when needed. We will go back to them 100%! Also DID NOT CHARGE us for his time or service!
They would not charge me, clean charging port and it is working great... Yes, I will go there again. The only falt is on their web site no button for reviews... Keep up your great work we need more like you.

I took my phone is several months ago, talked to the really fat lady. Asked her how much to replace my phone screen? She looked at my phone, went into computer to see how much to repair and she said $200.00 Well, I couldnt afford that so I took my phone back and left. I'm still paying on the phone can't afford that much to repair. I took my phone to a new place in genesee. Right next to the Marathon gas station, on Genesee road, yesterday. I took my phone in, he looked at it, said I had tempered glass, it cost me $10.00 for a new tempered glass. I couldn't believe it! Really? He was that honest he could of charged me $200, I never would of known the difference! Take your phones to him, not to this rip off business. I found it, they are called Genesee Communications.
James sucks. Told me he was going to call me. They replaced my screen on my iPhone 12 and the camera and charged me $300 and was going to call me back because my facial recognition doesn't work but never did. Tried calling him back several times but just getting the runaround. If he couldn't do it he should've told me. Just a kid running a business.
Tip for consumers:
James was suppose to get in touch with someone who knew what routine I needed to get my facial recognition back working. I wasted hours going back and forth to his business.

Brought a cell phone in because of a green line down the screen. Was assured it was fixed and was charged over $200. Less than 2 hours later there were 2 white lines down the screen and the charger port was damaged. It was fine when we brought it in. They offered to repair the defective screen they installed. When we called to find out if the phone was ready they said that they would not repair the screen because there was now physical damage to the phone. They would not refund ANY part of our money and our phone must now be replaced. I am very disappointed that they claim NO responsibility-even for installing a defective screen. Used to recommend them but not any more. They scammed me and I seem to have no recourse.

Horrible business, if I could rate it a 0 I would.we brought my sons PS5 in because Jeremy said he can fix it.my son called him 5 days later he said it would be done the next day.I called him the next day said it will be done.5 hours later he called, my son went picked it up and brought it home amd ot was NEVER fixed.I called immediately and he said it was fixed.I told him it wasn't, I said I want my money back he said NO I told him to give me a manager and he claimed the manager would call me.I have called everyday and they will not give me anyone or they put me on hold forever.they basically STOLE money off my son without fixing anything!
DO NOT GO HERE! I came to pick up my phone and they closed early because they were short-staffed and never told me they were closed the next day and can't pick up my phone when I am on call. They have my mom's number to call so I have no idea why they wouldn't have asked us to pick up the phone before they closed. I went there the week before to get my screen fixed and they didn't have the parts to do so. Honestly very unorganized and unprepared and deserve a bad review. If you bring your phone here, there is no guarantee you will get it back. The people that are in there are very nice and funny and that's the only good thing about this company. I suggest going to batteries blubs plus if you want your phone to be fix properly.
I visited the CPR store on June 9,2022 in Picayune, MS to have my apple xr screen replaced. Ben did a good job replacing the broken screen. I bit the bullet of the $199 for the replacement. A bit pricey in my opinion. Against my better judgment I purchased a screen protector for some gosh awful price. My total bill was $267.48. So that's ~$60 for the screen protector. Less then 48 hours the screen protector cracked. I don't recall dropping my phone within that time. I called and spoke with another gentleman and explained to him and they said that I had to pay $10 more dollars to have it replaced. At this point it's not the money, it's the principle. I could have purchased the same screen protector online or at Walmart that is 100 yards away. That was my mistake in purchasing such an overpriced product. I suggest this company find a better product in the future. Those screen protects maybe cost $3 a piece in bulk. I own four businesses locally and this is no way to do business. I wont be recommending your store to anyone. I believe in personal service and I believe this company is lacking

I purchased a charger cable today it doesn't work and they would not give me a refund they blamed it on my phone I did charge my phone when I got home with my charger stay away

I have never experienced such terrible service and the worst part was the owner. I brought my i phone 6 plus in for a simple screen replacement. The phone was FULLY functional and there was nothing wrong with it besides the cracked screen. I waited 2 and a half hours and then they told me somehow a circuit was disconnected or whatever and the phone wouldnt turn on. They told me they would send it off to their lab tech to fix it. This was on a monday and they told me it would be ready that saturday at the latest. Well saturday rolls around and theres just more excuses. Their story constantly changed and tried to blame the broken circuit on me. I run 2 businesses from my phone. One is private counseling so people's mental health was on the line since they had no way of getting into contact with me and the other is volleyball coaching. I missed out on a $400 training session. I asked if they could please get a manager in contact with me and they said she wouldnt be in until monday so i called monday and spoke to the owner. He was the biggest jerk i have ever experienced in customer service. He laughed in my face when i asked "so if the phone cant be fixed then would they replace it" and he said "no then you just have a broken phone and its your problem". I told him i was going to write a bad review because of how rude he was and this was his exact words: "Are you threatening me? I will come to your work and play this recorded phone call to your manager because you are the worst client ive ever experienced. You obviously know nothing about customer service". He said "my job (working at massage envy) is a joke and that no one comes her anymore" (which isnt true ive sold 50 memberships this month alone). He just laughed. I stared crying at work because i couldnt believe how an owner could be so rude to someone who cant run their business because his employees messed up my phone. I called my boyfriend to vent and my boyfriend called the owner. My boyfriend said"were you aware you made my girlfriend cry at work?" and the owner said "no and if you have a problem with it you know where to find me ill be here all day." when my boyfriend refused the owner egged him on and then hung up. I honestly couldnt believe the whole situation. My point basically is never come here. The owner is no better than their ability to fix anything
