Do not use this rip off company to buy anything from. You order online with free shipping. Then they charge you tax and almost 6% of your order total in insurance, which is crazy.

Then when you cancel the order within 24 hours for a full refund because of these ridiculous charges. They lie and say it already shipped and you lost the insurance cost and are charged a 50 dollar package return fee. However, when I asked them for the UPS tracking number I was told we don't have to provide me with that information(because the package was never shipped.)

This place is a total scam and customer service is rude and terrible.

Bait and switch artists. They also asked me to verify an order made 8 days previously by calling their toll number. When asked why I was required to verify an order for which I had already been billled, they cancelled the order and I have yet to receive a refund. This company is bad news... Stay away.

This is a scam. I ordered a Canon t2i from them. After 2 days of no order confirmation I emailed them and got no response. After 4 business days and still no confirmation I called to see what was going on. A rude man answered and said it was going to be processed today(the website said within 24 hours) He then went into a sales pitch with for batteries which I refused. After refusing he told me the battery that comes with the camera is a 2 hour non-rechargeable battery and it doesn't even come with a charger. These are default in the box items for this product which means they are either taking new products and removing items from the box or they are actually selling refurbished products as new with generic $2 batteries. On top of that they charge an insurance fee($50 in my case) which is not listed in your checkout. In the end you are getting a rip off item at a rip off price. Never order from them.

Finally got my order canceled but only after accepted a $59 fee to do it. Here's a link everyone should see http://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/business-reviews/electronic-equipment-and-supplies-wholesale-and-manufacturers/certified-digital-in-brooklyn-ny-*******/. I think their grade should tell you everything you need to know about them.

O I ordered here a video camera, whose price was cheaper on this site than on others. I swallowed their bait. The next day I ordered the camera at 1899 $, but I was surprised that I didn't get the confirmation of my purchase. The next day they phoned and said that the camera would cost 2190$! They explained that this money is charged for delivery insurance. I said that I would think it over and call back 15 minutes later. I called them but nobody answered. I left a message that I wouldn't buy the camera and asked them to send me on my e-mail a confirmation of cancellation of my order. But I didn't get either a letter or a call. I called them every day. But in vain. Some days later I called them from another telephone number, they answered and cancelled my order. As a result I wasted lots of efforts, time and nerves. I lost my job as I didn't get the camera on time. I don't advise anybody to make purchases from this shop!

After placing an order for a Nikon S8100 at $209, I received an email asking me to phone their "confirmation" department. Certified then tried to sell me additional equipment and extended warranty for the Nikon. I refused the additional equipment and warranty. Certified then said it would impose an "insurance" fee on the order which was about $15. If I did not want to pay the Insurance fee, I could cancel my order which I did.
