I have signed up for it and paid for the subscription but they did not send me a product.
They took my money without providing services. I have applied for the refund and it is taking ages to process that.

I bought from them the 300-410 dumps. I sent them a question regarding some missing questions but never got an answer. I contacted them again (3 or 4 times) but still no reply from their side. Bad customer support
Tip for consumers:
Customer support is terrible, I have tried at least four times to contact them (chat, online form, email) but after their initial reply that they will check it no one got back to me after three weeks. I do not know about the quality of their product but I would suggest to find another site.
