Bought from this site before I saw the comments, personally, my experience was great. Bought a hefty amount of items throughout a couple of months and everything was pretty smooth. Quality is nice and sales are pretty frequent. Nice customer support and shipping is always on time, never had any returns

They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and after one week from when I placed the order I still had not received an email notifying me that the sunglasses had shipped. They eventually responded and said there was a delay but they were looking into it. I didn't hear back for almost another week and so I had to email again. Again they told me they were looking into it. This repeated two more times until I had no choice but to cancel and get a refund. I really wanted the sunglasses so it was disappointing to say the least. There was no explanation provided and if I hadn't followed up I may have never heard from them and never received the sunglasses. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM CETTIRE!

Just take the money for return and always find a reason. I sent you proofs with the package and for nothing. What you are doing is theft. All the customers complain. It is full of bad reviews about you on this thread. I will do my best not to keep things like this. No, you cannot steal indefinitely.

If I could give them a 0 star I would do that. I ordered a Burberry scarf from Cettire website & at the time I purchased it there was the mid season sale going on & the scarf went down from $494 to $467 & there was also another Burberry scarf that I liked & it was cheaper but I preferred to buy the more expensive one because it was was written in the description printed so when I checked on Burberry website it was showing the same scarf & it was written the brand on it so I decided to buy the expensive one, after I received my order I realized that it is not printed & it is exactly the cheaper scarf that I didn't want to buy so I went online to double check & they sent me the cheapest & not what I paid for also I was shocked when I saw that the scarf that I ordered went down in price $122 & became cheaper than I other scarf. After going back & forth with their customer service by email, they refused to make a price adjustment giving me stupid reasons so I decided to write a review online so people can take care, never ever buy from them. It's a scam & they are misleading their clients & the problem is that they don't have a customer service phone number to call, it's only by email. I am not sure who to contact to escalate this subject!"

I placed an order, eagerly awaiting my item, only to have it delivered to the wrong address by their courier. When I reached out to Cettire for assistance, hoping for some type of customer service, I was met with a dismissive response instructing me to deal with the courier directly. Fine, I thought, I'll give it a shot. But surprise, surprise, the courier couldn't recover the package.
Feeling like a ping-pong ball bounced between Cettire and the courier, I followed up with Cettire again, as the courier had advised. But what did I get? Silence. Absolute radio silence. It's infuriating to deal with a company that washes its hands of responsibility when it's clearly their mess to clean up.
Cettire's lack of accountability and abysmal customer service have left me not only without my purchase but also out of pocket! Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Cettire unless you're prepared to gamble with your money and sanity.

I bought a new Ami Paris jacket from Cettire and I received one that looks worn out on the collar part. The jacket also looked pretty dusty and wrinkly which makes me question if it was a try on item from the store.
On top of that, the quality of the jacket is questionable which makes you question if it's authentic. (Stitches coming out here and there for example)
When I asked Ami Paris about it, they just said that Cettire is not an authorized seller of their clothing and they can't confirm it's authenticity.
I contacted Cettire about this and their customer service is a disaster.
Okay, So I bought a jacket that was advertised as brand new and received one that looks worn out, so it's not my fault, right? And I shouldn't have to pay for the return, right?
Well it turns out, I have to PAY almost $90 for the return fee, tax, etc.
So they made a mistake sending me a faulty item, and I have to pay for that.
How does that make sense? I wouldn't have to return it if they sent me a brand new looking jacket.
Okay, so I tried to contact them about this and every single time you answer back you'll hear from different agents every single time who has no understanding of the situation. They wouldn't read your email and just tell you to return it.
So before you make purchases on Cettire, make sure you understand what you are getting into. If you ever have to deal with returns or customer services it's going to be very, very painful.

They took 3 1/2 months to get me my order and then wouldn't refund my card when I returned the item. They and withholding my cash, and only gave me a gift card, even though my return was within the window and wouldn't have needed to be returned if it hadn't taken 3 1/2 months to get here. Purchased a Salvatore Ferragamo Gancini Reversible Buckle Belt for $569.05 from Cettire and it didn't come with the original box. Contacted customer support, no apology or explanation but that it should be included implying that I might have lost it. Why on earth would I be contacting you if the box was included. I was then told to open a return claim and pay the fees associated with the return which is absurd since this is a fault from your company for not providing a piece that should be included with my purchase.
I have purchased many luxury goods, 3-4 from Cettire and i have never received them without the original box. I even have an alternative Salvatore Ferragamo belt that was purchased from another supplier and that came with the original red box.
As luxury goods owner know, without the box, if you want to resell it, the item isn't worth no where near as it should be.
All i requested is to organize return for your product or provide me with the original box. This isn't complicated but Cettire is making it.

Plus they deduct £20 per item for no reason

They have no UK call number only one in Australia so very hard to get hold of them

Ordered a jacket from this website at a discounted price. Days after my order was confirmed, I got notified that this jacket was no longer in stock because it was an old season. I noticed that when I received the email, the price of the item had skyrocketed to hundred of dollars more. When I submitted to proof to the customer service that the item I purchased was A) from the new season B) ordered and confirmed at a specific price; they told me they would not honour the order. SHADY - DO NOT TRUST THEIR PRICES! They will not fulfill items that are discounted after they mark the price up.

They have 24 hours cancellation policy, which they won't obey.

After struggling the customer service I managed to return my order
After 20 day they refunded my order but they withholds 30% of my original payment. There is not explanation why that money were not refunded
Please do not deal with them. Cettire doesn't show any respect for the customer.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Their return policy is completely misleading, as we have to return an item no later them the 10th day from the delivery date, but then they say we have 14 days to return it. This strategy to deceive the customer should be illegal.
The customer service only has standard answers, don't really care to understand and find effective solutions for the client. Only luxury outlet with such a bad experience. I feel completely fooled and impotent. Never shopping with them again. Never.

The Companies "Return Policy" makes no mention of how difficult and impossible it is to return an item. They purposely use their website to trick you into thinking their "Return Policy" lists everything needed to return an item but it does not. Buyer beware! I will NEVER use this site again.

I've regularly spent thousands with Cettire but they've lost my business permanently. I bought an expensive jacket during their Boxing Day sale which just never shipped - it took over a month of being ignored by their terrible customer service department and had to copy their legal department to get a response and refund. Finally they just claimed they didn't have the piece in stock, even though it was still be advertised as available in the same size on their site (and still is as of January 2024!). No accountability, they advertise and charge you for products their vendors don't actually have, then they hold your money hostage while you bang your head against a wall. Nightmare company.

Their returns portal online wasn't working and I contacted customer service and it took days to get back to me to help with the return which put it 2 days past when it should have been shipped back. They then send it back to me and I emailed them and they said the skirt was dirty. And showed a picture of a pink fabric with an ink dot on it. Not of the full shirt, not of the full skirt/size/box. I didn't wear the skirt, only tried it on. This is some kind of stunt they are pulling to not process the return. They lost a customer and I hope anyone else that reads this understands that this can happen to you too. Buyer beware!
Update- got a response email, nothing like being told you are a liar. I did not wear this skirt and they are standing firm I did. I hope this company goes out of business. I cannot stand being accused of something I did not do. Terrible customer service.

Don't ever buy from them. They have the worst customer service. At Christmas my husband bought shoes and we were a few days late returning since they were a Christmas gift. Cettire wouldn't accept returns and wouldn't even talk to us on phone. They are awful. They told us via email to take pictures of the never worn shoes. When we emailed asking for a response they ghosted us.

I ordered twice from Cettire. Both times I got authentic products, relatively fast. Second purchase was close to $3k so was a bit anxious. Customer service responds generally within 24-36 hours given the time difference. I have no complaints around product quality with the exception of their rigid policies around anything after you placed your order: order cancellation before you got an email about your order being shipped, price adjustments (there is none and never), flexibility on returns - return window, price of return (you are paying back all the taxes, custom duties, etc - you will never want to return basically) etc. I wish they reviewed their policies to get a loyal customer base, especially in the US where we are spoiled by a certain level of service and customer commitment. Offering as much as a store credit could move the needle. I would be their loyal costumer if they changed their tone. Otherwise I don't want to spoil my shopping experience, even for lower prices. Wish someone from Cettire would read these comments and take action.
