Bought from this site before I saw the comments, personally, my experience was great. Bought a hefty amount of items throughout a couple of months and everything was pretty smooth. Quality is nice and sales are pretty frequent. Nice customer support and shipping is always on time, never had any returns
This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned it. They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews

I was very worried after I ordered an expensive Gucci dress from a website I'd never heard of. Is it really worth a $500 discount to get an in-season item that may be counterfeit? After reading negative reviews I was even more worried. I was so pleasantly surprised when the dress arrived and it was perfect. I didn't have to return anything thankfully - or maybe my experience would have been different? But the item was authentic, fit just like the one in the store, and did save me a significant amount of $. It didn't come in beautiful packaging or even a garment bag - but neither of those things are worth $500 in my mind so I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

Terrible big online shopping, i havent read comments before purchasing. Im so worried when they just accept credit card payment only instead of paypal. I think they are refused by paypal because their service is really bad in goods and services. They havent send me my goods for 3 months and still keep my money. I purchased the Jacquemus pants on the website for a good price when arrived the pants were just huge, you need to have at least 2 meters to use it so I returned. If you are in the US dont even bother to make your return! The package took more than a month to be delivered to their warehouse in Italy. It already passed 2 weeks that they received my package and no refund was issued! When you ask about the refund they say we are still checking... they dont give your refund back! Terrible service! Dont recommend!

Do not buy from here. The store sends faulty products and then says you have damaged the item and it will not refund you the money. Even if you have an excellent track record with purchases and returns. I have also been waiting two months for a refund for a skirt. They have emailed me to tell me 'case closed' while they are refusing to return a faulty skirt they sent to me.

After being a loyal customer and never returned any purchase back. I bought Saint Laurent earrings that I loved. I found out that the clip and post defect were too lose in one earring. I immediately contacted customer service and reported the poor quality due to the obvious defect in earring. They refused to replace them, after numerous email back and forth, they offer to take 5% of my purchase which is 35 dollars and the earrings were over $700.
I am contacting our state customer support representative then will take them to court perhaps they will change their abusive customer service. By the way I never wore the earrings because they were damage and I contacted customer service within their return policy time frame.

They have the worst customer service ever. When you return an item, they fail to disclose that they won't refund your duties and taxes (which feels like theft), and on top of that, they charge you $30 for each return. I strongly advise you to exercise caution and consider alternative shipping options to avoid these issues.

Don't buy from them. Never had such a bad experience... They respond 10 days later, I received the wiring item, had to send 15 emails before I got the first response. They refused to reship the item I have originally ordered, because on their website the price went up due to availability. I had to to discuss over three weeks, but the resolution was not in my favour. They had the item I had ordered still in stock in my size, but refused to send it. I will never buy from them again.

I'm waiting since 15 december for an estimate delivery date. Its seems that nobody works in the costumer service but only in marketing as no one can help me but everyday Cettire uploads contents in social networks.
Already requested a refund but no one replies.
One year ago Cettire used to work well, this time has been the worst shopping experience ever.
It seems that I will not receive any order neither a refund. Even if it is not intended by the company, in this moment I fell like I was robbed!

I made a couple of purchases with this company that went ok, BUT they have gone really downhill.
I feel they are trying to steal my money hoping I will give up the fight to get it back. Almost three months back I paid for some Burberry Trousers. They have not been sent yet and I have been trying for nearly three months to get my refund. Be very careful it really feels like they are trying to steal my money by waiting for me to tire out and not ask. In my opinion do not send these people your money you might not get the product and then they make it impossible to get a refund. I need advice should I go to the Police or my bank? What should I do. I have all the correspondance and screen shots these people are really bad to deal with.

I will join the many negative reviews on this site. I bought a shirt from Cettire, and used their own published sizing guide to determine the size to order. When it came the guide was off by 5 inches in the chest and the shirt was much too big. I didn't want to pay their $25 return fee given it was their error that led to my dissatisfaction so I wrote their customer service. They didn't reply after many emails. Then finally I heard from them. They claimed to have sent emails to me but either they went to spam or I never received them. They refused to accept the return because it was outside of their 14 day return period. I appealed and they continued to refuse a return on a $325 shirt I can't wear. They are not inside the US so there are no laws or safeguards. Just buy somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle or expense.

I received my order on 13/04 and immediately decided return them back due to size issue. 10 times i tried to create return label with no result, I wrote several emails and chats support. No one answer. I received the answer 25/04 at 05.00 am with information that returning period is expired. At the same time I order the same shoes, but bigger size and lost 430 euros for the first pair. NEVER AGAIN

If you buy something on this site plan on trying it on quickly and get your return OR EXCHANGE turned around within 14 days. They will not help you even if you are a few days over the 2 week policy. I need to exchange sneakers for 1/2 size up and they refused because it was 7 days after the 14 day exchange policy. This is not a reasonable or customer focused policy especially for those that travel for business

These people are scammers! Prepare never to get your item or your money back! They do not respond to emails after they tell you your item is out of stock. It just ends there. Like it's your fault. NEVER TRUST CETTIRE! As it turns out, many people experience this, and I am anxious as to how my case would turn out. I am still waiting for them to refund my money.

I bought a pair of $475 sneakers from them. They arrived while I was on vacation, so when I returned and tried them on, I realized they were one size too small. I attempted to exchange them, but they "do not do exchanges." How do you sell shoes and not offer exchanges? I even checked the sizing to make sure it was right, but they were too small. They told me they had to be returned and a new one purchased. By this time, their VERY SHORT return window had passed and they would also not let me return them. Their customer service is AWFUL. I purchased JW Anderson rhinestone birks from Cettire. Size was too big, returned shoes the day after, expected a full return. I received the package back a month and half later, had to pay €10 to accept the package. I sent them an email asking for a refund and their response was it was too late for a refund? This website is a complete scam. I paid over $600 for a pair of Balenciaga shoes. Received completely different items from what I ordered and wronf size. Tried to issue a return online, couldn't login to the online account, nor process a return online, kept showing errors. I wrote many emails to customer service. Got no responses. It's saying the return expires after 14 days. Now it's been expired according to them coz I got no response. I disputed the charge. Horrible shopping experience. What a waste of time and money. The only problem I've ever experience is with the DHL the shipping company that they use to deliver their products to the United States. Stay away at all cost. I got two Ferragamo belts from them first off they come in a fake light red box they obviously created for the belts. Also the belt itself just doesnt feel very heavy or quality at all, its clearly a knock off. The only way they continue doing business is most people do not authenticate them. Do yourself a favor and pay the additional mark up and get it from a real vendor. These guys need to be stopped by a lawsuit and put out of business.
