Bought from this site before I saw the comments, personally, my experience was great. Bought a hefty amount of items throughout a couple of months and everything was pretty smooth. Quality is nice and sales are pretty frequent. Nice customer support and shipping is always on time, never had any returns

“Cettire is a scam”

This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned it. They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews

Class Action lawsuit against Cetire

This company sucks. Their 14 day return policy is ridiculous. I got a Christmas present that was the wrong size a can not get inTouch with their customer service.

Tip for consumers:
They are very difficult to get in touch with. There’s no customer service phone number and it takes them days. It’s very vague answers. They are no help at all.

I order 3 t.shirts with these people they sent just 1 they keep 2 for them. They dont reply, no one is there to help you like they completely forget you. You can email them 2000 times, they never reply

BUYER BEWARE! I have purchased boots from this company and attempted to return from receiving. The system has not generated a return. I attempted for weeks. I have emailed Customer Services and they are now refusing to accept the return. Do not buy from this company-the goods are very expensive and you may be left with unsuitable goods.

Order a shirt on the 17th of April, two weeks later shirt ever sent out so I asked for a refund. Refund was allegedly processed on the 30th and would take up to 10 working days to return in my account…today makes 13 working days and I still haven't got my money. I reached out to customer service and they barely respond!

I placed an order on August 31 under number #251****, but have not received anything yet. The order is taking too long and above that as A customer i do not receive any updates of my order. So i send them A mail that I like to cancel this order and credit my money back to my account. I am still waiting for my money! Fedex tracking order never worked and status never changed since a month ago. I receive zero response from Cettire and Fedex as to what happened to my order. They are scammers and I am going to report them to the police. User's recommendation: Do not order by Cettire

I ordered 2 t-shirts. CETTIRE charged me twice and sent me 4 t-shirts. Charged me almost $900 total. I sent back 2 t-shirts. CETTIRE acknowledged that they had received both t-shirts but refused to refund me any money at all. Took my money and my t-shirts. I had to open a credit card dispute. Total fraud! Don't buy from them. CETTIRE deserves zero stars.

Made an order for 2 items. In 5 days they send email that one item is unavailable and i should cancell it in my account. For cancellation they took 25 usd. So they took money for not available item, and took 25 usd for cancellation of it. Furthermore, they dont answer any emails. They are complete robbers and there is nothing to do with them!

Second time I buy something in the store, second time I have a problem.
The first time I bought a product and they sent me another. I had to wait a month for my money back.
This time I bought two products that charged me at the time of purchase, but I only received one. I have written numerous times and all I get are excuses and apologies, but I still don't know when it will arrive. In the end I decided to request a refund, which will probably take another month.
I don't think I will ever buy again.

I have ordered dolce gabbana sicily bag for my girlfriend. As a result i received bag without box, without documents, without receipt, with awful sewing and it seems like both used and fake. I am attaching acreenshots, by rhe way the girlfriend was shocked that i could gift her something like this and I look like an idiot… this cannot be called anything than fraud. Bag was delivered from Sicily, paid almost $1.5k to be called a headless idiot…

I read so many bad reviews for their return process but I could not believe them until it happened to me as well! This is by far the worst website I have ever shopped from! I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. The first I returned the next day I got them and they told me today (which is 13 business days after they received them back) that the sticker on shoe box is teared! I didnt even try the shoes on! The second I paid Dhl on my own to get the shoes back to them on time since they were not replying to my emails and I have proof of delivery and they are telling me that they cannot find them!

I have shopped from many websites before but i never had such a terrible experience!

Stay away!

It's sad because I genuinely thought they are good company. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and i received the wrong colour. So I emailed them and first person asked for me to send them photos and I did, then they asked for me to send it back. I thought it was suspicious why the only option was for their carrier to pick it up. Anyway I sealed it back in the box and returned it. It arrived to them and I kept emailing cause I didn't hear from them for a week. After a week I get an email to say hey the box arrived without the glasses. I am beyond frustrated with this company and I am pretty sure they took the glasses and claiming it to be stolen cause I saw a few reviews with similar stories. I can't believe a company being getting this much backlash and still running? How are they still allowed to take peoples money and get away with it?

I'm leaving my review everywhere, and i see everyone is saying the same thing for the most part! They are scam artists, do not order from them! They don't reply to emails. They accepted my order, took my money and are refusing to process it due to verification reasons, but yet they still have my money in their possession because they have not processed the CANCEL. Cancel my order so my bank can release my funds and stop holding onto my money so I can take my money elsewhere! Order #*******

Tip for consumers:
Do not shop with this site!! No matter what kind of sale is going on , just spend the extra few dollars elsewhere . This is not at all worth the trouble.

Having purchase one item from cettire it came with the wrong color! After seeing not being the one I look to buy, I decided to return the item but was return label included and also no invoice. After communicating wanted to return the item, only silence from Cettire after knowing my decition. Terrible experience with them so far, do not advise purchasing anything from Cettire!

I ordered two items. I waited for both items to arrive before deciding to return so I could return them together. I waited for to get a shipping notification but never did. They notified me 1.5 weeks after placing my order that one of two items I ordered was out of stock and they had that cancel my order. Then they told me I can't return the other item because I had missed the 2 week return window, even though it took them 1.5 weeks to even tell me they couldn't complete my whole order.

This garbage company's business model is sending you crap quality stuff and forcing you to keep it through their deceptive practices.

I figured most people only write a review here when something bad happens, so I had to say something about my transaction. I recently made a purchase from Cettire for a pair of Veja sneakers. The price was extremely competitive. Even after shipping, it was $100 cheaper than anywhere else. I did my research and came upon this site and saw all the negative reviews. Despite that, I decided to take my chances, because my credit card is very good about denying charges for online venders who swindle their card holders. I placed my order and within 24 hours, I received a notification of shipping with tracking information. Within 5 days, I had a package at my door. It was well packaged. The contents were pristine in an original Veja shoe box and all the original packaging. The shoes were clearly brand new and authentic and had never even been laced. I tried them on and the fit was perfect as expected. I'm very happy with this purchase and would consider this site again in the future.

Cettire charged my credit card for the item, but it was never shipped. The Order says unfulfilled. They too changed my order date to January when I ordered the item in March. Cettire will not respond to any of my e-mail communications.

I sent an email requesting cancellation on 1/7 and these jerks want to charge me 25.00 claiming it was not within 24hrs!

You have to basically ship back within 10 days for return… bs return policy and it comes in a black plastic garbage bag. Customer service is really slow to respond. Never shop again.

Terrible. My purchase was never delivered to the shipper. I ordered the items 8/8/23. On 8/18/23 they still have not given my order to the shipper. All attempts at contacting customer service with emails have resulted in them telling me they cannot issue a refund rather than trying to find out why the shipment has not been given to the shipper. I need these items for an event in 2 weeks. I left plenty of time for them to ship me the items (It has been 10 days) and the shipper still has not received the items from the store to ship to
No one at Cettire is trying to locate the shipment and get it to me. They are just telling me I can return the shipment once it gets to me! What if the shipment does not get to me because it has been lost for 10 days till Now?!

Poor customer services following…

Poor customer services following sending incorrect size. Cettire had advertised shoes with a US size, when ordered size in US the shoes arrived and were actually a UK size meaning they were too big. Cettire had cut off the euro size from box. When customer services were advised they failed to understand or accept their mistake, taking a stance shoes come in different sizes depending on designer. Still not resolved and I would certainly not use again.

SCAMMERS - they don't have exchange policy, and if you want to exchange the item - they want you to return it, BUT they keep shipping and tax $, charge extra $25 for each item... and then suggest you buy it again.

From their policies:
Returns will incur a fee of USD 25 per item. Duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
We do not currently offer exchanges.

The first time I placed an order on Cettire.com I had no issues because I loved and kept the item however the second time I wanted to return (within the return window)... boy was I in for a shock. Firstly it took forever to receive a Return Authorization and label and then no follow-up for weeks from the company after I sent in my return.They ended up refunding me 2 months later which is ridiculous and I was shocked to find out that not only did they deduct $20+ from my refund for returning the item they also refused to refund the tax and duty I paid of $160 to them directly! I would understand if I had paid to a shipping company like UPS or DHL but no... they collected the tax and duties so it is their responsibility to refund that back. After many failed attempts to contact them I am out almost $200;( Will never support this FRAUD company.

Ordered bag in one colour. Got sent the bag in another colour. Their website says they don't do exchanges, only refund on return of goods less a fee. Twice I explained in detail, together with links to my order etc that they had failed to actually select and dispatch the bag in the colour that I had ordered. I expresslysaid I expect full refund given error was theirs. And they finally admitted in email that the error was theirs and asked if I wanted an exchange, despite that their bloody FAQs says they don't off et exchanges. I declined to allow them to bugger it up again. Took 3 weeks but finally got refund but less about AUD$32! I know it's not much money but the cheek of these cretins to charge a customer a handling fee all because they cannot organise to do the simplest task correctly. Infuriatingly bad customer service and appalling attitudes. Avoid Cettrie at all cost.

On October 24th I placed an order for 2 pairs of sneakers from Cettire. I received a confirmation email after submitting an inquiry via the website. Then I received an email that the items I ordered were out of stock.

The site should state 'sold out' once the last pair was sold but Cettire still had the items on the website. Apparently they sold more than they had access to via their 'affiliate'.
They offered a site credit that I declined because they might be selling other items that they cannot access pre season. I am still waiting for a refund which should have been automatic once the items are sold out.
Don't get scammed!

Tip for consumers:
I wish I knew about other negative reviews before my purchase. I found other Cettire dissatisfied consumers on other websites in the UK and the USA.
