Bought from this site before I saw the comments, personally, my experience was great. Bought a hefty amount of items throughout a couple of months and everything was pretty smooth. Quality is nice and sales are pretty frequent. Nice customer support and shipping is always on time, never had any returns
This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned it. They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews
Centtire is such a scam. They marked their products with a very low discounted price to list on Lyst or Farfetch. And it leads me to Cettire website, I try to purchased some products 5 times with 2 different cards on Cettire, and they kept rejecting me while I am very sure that is not my cards' problem. I think they just marked their products very low price to attract you to their website, once you actually try to purchase, they deny your order! Customer service is extremely slow and doesn't answer any of your questions!

I made a purchase in error (through apple pay) when I realized I emailed the company. They had not sent the shipment at this point, they said they were going to see if they could cancel (2 days after order placed) they replied the day the shipment was sent (5 days after my initial email). They stated I should have canceled within 24 hours, at this point I just had to send the item back, in order to get a full refund I would need to accept a gift card, so I agreed to that. The gift card is invalid - instead of making sure that the gift card is valid they send emails to ensure it's in CAD $ and site and log into my account which I have done. What they are doing is waiting for the year to pass so they can just steal my money (gift card only valid for a year). I am out of almost $400 and all the time i am spending to get the charge reversed through my credit card. This site is a fraud, customer service is non existent (only email and NO HELP whatsoever). Save your time and money and shop at a reputable place!

I bought from cettire last week for the first time Feraggamo sandals and then I read the reviews and I got so scared!
1. Firstly I sent an email to customer service to see if they answer back, and they did like in a few hours very politely answering all my questions!
2. Then the email came with tracking numbers from DHL ( whist is the most expensive and trustworthy) and the shipping country Milan Italy so I started to feel more relieved.
3. The package came today and thank god the sandals were not fake, perfect condition with protective sticker on the Feraggamo metal.
Honestly I was not in the mood to write but I feel the reviews are either not fair or they have changed.

Items were returned and received by Cettire. I have not received a refund for these items. I have proof from DHL that they received the returns. Whenever I contact customer service, I get the same response "Items are under review." These items were returned precisely how I received them. They now possess the items and have given me a hard time getting a refund to my credit card account. I will reach out to my credit card account and file a complaint. This is an absolutely abhorrent business practice! I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from Cettire. Not only is the customer service horrendous, but when you return the item(s), they keep the items and won't refund your money! In my opinion and from my experience, they are thieves!

I ordered Burberry stiped booties a few weeks ago. Cettire's current return policy is that the item has to be received within 14 days of receipt (not postmarked), and there is a $25 fee deducted. I was attempting to create a return receipt when their website crashed. I even tried emailing but the emails bounced back. Days later when I could access their site, I was told it was too late to get a return receipt because it was anticipated that the item would not be received within the narrow return window. I tried in multiple emails to explain that it was not my fault that their site and emails were not accessible and asked for an exception to their return period. Cettire refused to acknowledge that their site crashed, despite my having the copies of emails showing that the site was unavailable and the undeliverable emails. The boots that I received are slightly different in color from each other, and looks like I am wearing mix matched boots.

The products cost a lot, may be defective, and the company really does not want to make refunds so put together a very restrictive policy that almost guarantees they won't have to issue refunds. They will avoid and delay and then chose not to allow the return (even if it is within the 14 days) because it is not anticipated that it will be received in time to comply with their return policy.

I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times now regarding the shipping status of a 147,78 Jacquemus Turn Up Brim Logo Embroidered Beanie I have purchased in november. No response at all despite initial order confirmed on 7th novembre 22 and money taken from my account. They charged HKD200 fee on EACH refunded items without mentioning it when you arrange the return! I only realised it when I received the refund payment and then I check their T&C to discover that sneaky policy! That is very unprofessional. I purchased a Burberry handbag last December and was confident about it as a loyal/returning customer. Then the horror began when the item was delivered without the accompanying strap. I sent several emails but it has taken weeks, without a clear resolution. I'm given the only option of returning the item, essentially ridding them of accountability for the mistake and obviously it will take more painful weeks for refund since they don't reply at all. I was even blamed for replying to my emails (as followup) as it pushes my emails back to the end of the queue. The order costs almost $1000. It's a stressful shopping experience and until now I haven't used the bag since I can't remove the tag yet. I plan to pursue this and bring it to the attention of their country's trade office. Stay away if you can, if you don't want any headache. Update: When I floated the idea of a discount for a Burberry bag strap they are selling, they returned to me with an insulting 20usd voucher. Wow. Stay away from this site if you don't want the hassle.

I ordered two pants and while the clothes were not how they appeared in the images, what was even worse was the customer service. I was on a two week vacation when the clothes arrived and missed the 14 day return policy as a result. Even though I explained the situation, was willing to pay the exporbitant $25 return fee, displayed pictures of the item I wanted to return with the tags attached in the condition I received it, they did not have much flexibiity in their return policy and I was stuck with a very expensive pair of pants that I cannot wear. I realized that this is an Australian company so maybe they are not familiar with the flexibility I encounter with many American companies. I honestly hope they go out of business. When I say ZERO understanding, I mean ZERO.

I tried to return a pair of jeans that did not go with my shirt and they were too big being that they were in a Italy size, I requested to return the item via email and I sent pictures of the jeans with all of its tags, buttons, and bar codes etc attached. They refused to do a refund, and they lied to my credit card company saying I scratched up their jeans and switched out tags and security tag which is a HUGE lie because they just didn't want to refund me my money back after I spend over $500! I even had pictures I sent them which was proof! Who scratches up an item and replace tags just to return it back? That makes no sense! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE!
