Bought from this site before I saw the comments, personally, my experience was great. Bought a hefty amount of items throughout a couple of months and everything was pretty smooth. Quality is nice and sales are pretty frequent. Nice customer support and shipping is always on time, never had any returns
This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned it. They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews

I brought a Bottega bag on sale and I was really excited because I got it for a really good price. I noticed after I purchased the bag the bag became out of stock so I thought I got the last one, then I saw the bag back on the site the next day for DOUBLE THE PRICE! Shortly after the price increased I received a email saying "your order is being prepared" I was over the moon! So I was expecting to receive my bag within 3-7 working days, please tell me why it's been 2 long WEEKS and I've still haven't received my bag. I emailed customer service countless time and for them to now email me saying "the bag is sold out" after it being 2weeks and the bag is still showing available on their site for a higher price. Funny thing is I saw alot of customers reviews complaining about the same issue am facing but I was hoping i would have been the lucky one I guess. Cettire is a lying scamming company! Cant believe a big company like this can treat their customers like this and not have a care in the world, disgraceful! PLEASE PROCESS MY REFUND!

Bought a £400 pair of Dolce and Gabbana Trainers on the 27th of February 2023 which were delivered on the 1st of March 2023 and as I wrote this we are currently on the 20th of March so I have had the trainers in my possession for 3 weeks max but my actual complaint to them was in the 14th of March so 2 weeks I had a pair of designer trainers. I messaged them to say that the item was faulty as the glue that hold the trainer to the sole had failed as was peeling away and also on both trainers the sole was coming away from the shoe. This was backed up by me sending photos and videos.
What I have had back from this companies customer services is nothing short of appalling. Including asking me to take them to be repaired externally at extra cost, asking me to contact Dolce and Gabbana directly, accusing this incident of being wear and tear rather than a genuine fault and basically trying to wash their hands of the whole incident rather than offer an exchange on a faulty item.
They don't properly read your emails as one agent started advising me rather hilariously that they don't sell fake items to people and these were genuine items when this point had never been made by me in any of our communications. I have of course had to get Klarna involved who I made the purchase with to provide them with all the photos, videos, emails and dates because this company refuses to accept blame or deal with its customers in an acceptable manner.
I will of course be posting all of these pictures, videos, emails, order dates on every social media and review site that I can to detract people from falling foul of your shady practises.
I wouldn't expect a pair of £50 trainers to fail after 2 wears in 2 weeks never mind a £400 pair of designer trainers and my bet is either would anyone that worked for Cettire.
