Bought from this site before I saw the comments, personally, my experience was great. Bought a hefty amount of items throughout a couple of months and everything was pretty smooth. Quality is nice and sales are pretty frequent. Nice customer support and shipping is always on time, never had any returns
This company is the biggest scam. I bought a product from them that was described as white. When I received it, it was pale yellow so I returned it. They received the return and "refunded"it, except that I never received the refund. I had to contact them multiple times and got nowhere. Three weeks later I decided to file a dispute with the bank. To my complete shock, they sent the item back to me stating that I had returned it damaged. I didn't even try on the item because it was not the color I had ordered. I'll NEVER buy from this company again and I am not surprised to see they have terrible reviews
Before the holidays, my daughter ordered a pair of shoes she knew I loved as a surprise for my birthday. When she received them after about 10 days, I was in vacation and when I returned, i tried them and they were too big. But they didn't let her return it saying that their policy is the item has to be returned and in their facility 14 days after delivery! The other problem is that not knowing she ordered them for me, I also ordered them but a size smaller and when I returned from vacation, i tried them and they still didn't fit!
They wouldn't accept the return for the same reasons! So now we have 2 pairs of the same shoes that don't fit and no way to return them! They have the most horrible customer service I've ever seen for a luxury website! They lost 2 customers but don't even seems to care! Never shop there!

BUYERS BEWARE! I did not receive my $1200 item from DHL and Cettire did nothing to compensate or help me. I have emails from them saying "there is nothing we can do". Now I am out the money and have NO product I ordered. I have proof the order was rerouted from DHL to another location and still no help from either parties.
This is a fail in customer service for both Cettire and DHL.

Lost over $1300 in duties and taxes when returning an item that didn't fit properly.
No where on their site does it mention they do not refund duties and taxes.
Also took them well over 2 weeks to refund my item which I had to email twice about.

They have an awful customer experience. I have returned the item after one day if receiving it due to wrong size. It's been over 10 days no news from them to give the money back plus they are charging me 100$ return cost and duty still no money back nothing but threats from their customer support that they will do that.
It isa scam. Please do not buy from them.

Never buy from this webstore. They are totally unprofessional. A refund could last months here and their answers are unacceptable.

Complete scam! They sent me the wrong item, on the way I received an email from DHL that I have to pay Customs fees to receive my items, even though on their site it clearly said that all the customs fees were included. I returned it the next day. Cettire received it, accepted it, and after that never refunded my money. I sent them many emails but they always responded that the refund is processing, It's been almost three months. Don't buy anything there!

Awful! Do not buy! I bought an expensive bag on their website, used it 5 days and the handle ripped. I contacted customer services and basically was told it was my fault. Well I've had dozens of bags over the years and none have ripped after 5 days; especially since I only used it a few hours each day and I am very careful with my things, so the bag was clearly defected. I tried to get customer services to take some responsibility for items they sell and was told to take it to a repair shop as this was not their concern. I even got attitude from a Manager who replied to my email saying she would no longer reply to me! Rude! Honestly! Avoid!

This company deliver the item but have a terrible returns policy. Returns must be received back within 14 days (acceptable) but there is nothing in their returns policy that states that this must be initiated within 10 days and initiating after 11 days will result in a refused return. I bought an item as Christmas present, obviously needing to arrive a few days before the 25th, in my case the 19th, leaving just 4 days for the return but I had no idea it had to be initiated within 10 days as there is nothing that states this. Return refused.

My fourth time ordering from Cettire. Yes shipping is slow, but it's worth the wait. Purchased an Alexander McQueen handbag and it arrived brand new, in the original box with dust bag and paperwork. 100% authentic. No issues. Love love love it!

Long story short, I ordered a boot 3 different times after it showed that it was in stock. Each time, about a week after I made the order I was told that the items was not in stock. I did this two more times and then finally gave up. Their customer support is only via email and it takes 2-3 days to receive a response each time. The reviews here are truly representative of the experience you should expect. This place has great deals, but horrid customer service.

I am positively surprised with my experience on this website. They shipped the product next day (Friday) and I had my Miu Miu shoes on Monday. Maybe they took the reviews into account and improved their service. Who knows... But great prices and for me at least, it was super fast shipping.

They shipped the wrong size shoes. They charged me for shipping ($50). They claim the shoes were the correct size. I am size UK 9 US 10 EUR 43. They sent UK 10 US 11 EU 44. Shoes were too big. My online order showed US 10. I think they get confused with the different sizes ( their site in the U.S shows sometime U.S sometimes UK sometimes IT sizes. I sent them back and after 3 weeks I was told I will be refunded. The kept the DHL shipping cost ( both ways) so I complained that this was their fault so it shipping should be on them. Waited a few more days for a reply. Finally some guy who goes by the name of Cooper sent me an email... HIS TEAM checked the shoes and they were the side I ordered so I am screwed and they will keep the money. Stupid excuse, if they were the size I ordered I would have kept the shoes. Liars to cover their pathetic performance!. I cancelled every order I have scheduled with them. I am afraid they will mess up again. Of all the websites I buy from this is by far the least reliable. They do have good prices, but that is not good enough to risk my money. They deserve no business from anybody.

Just be very careful when ordering shoes. If they send you the wrong size, do not make the same mistake I made. Take photos of both shoes, the box showing the size so they will not rip you off and keep your shipping money ( they did that to me). They even told me that the shoes were the correct size when my order said size U.S 10 and the send me UK 10 ( US 11). I lost.....they kept $50 from my refund. Be careful !!!

I purchased boots 2 days ago apparently. They deducted the funds (credit card) and within 18 hours advise they didn't have them in stock, or their partners didn't. I requested a refund as an option. The other was to receive an online credit voucher with 10% extra value. They had already lost my trust so option 2 only meant more opportunity to defraud me. I quickly discovered that the boots were still being advertised though with a higher quantity available now. So they are continuing to take peoples money in the full knowledge that the product is not available. This is an old scam where they use your money to manage their business when they have fraudulently obtained it. They haven't acknowledged my request for a refund, and therefore have not refunded the $. I am reporting them to ASIC, Consumer Affairs, and Scamwatch.

They sent the wrong item entirely. Hoping they will be willing to send the correct shorts, however their website now indicates they are out of those shorts. Who knows if they were ever in stock in the first place though, might have been a scam to get buyers.

I have done an order on a Balmain bag for my wife, for 2 weeks I got nothing!

I've send them an email and they respond that the bag doesn't exist!
I got my refund after 3 months!
In addition I ordered another bag 5 days ago (1.600€).
They reserved the money, and today they replied that Unfortunately, they payment processor has flagged the transaction as high risk and we are unable to process high-risk transactions. I never had a problem with my cards in other sites like luisa via Roma,Farfetch or my Theresa!

I purchased a Burberry shirt from Cettire, and absolutely loved it! The packaging was a little disappointing as it just came in a cardboard box - no luxurious unboxing experience for the buyer. However, it did come super quick, and they do sell authentic designer at a cheaper price if you purchase them on sale, so I can't complain! Selling items that they can't fulfill and giving me the run around. Order placed on November 10th, today as I write my review, the date is Nov 19th...after several emails, I finally get a reply saying:
