Service is friendly and mellow so I like popping in and checking out the merchandise. Selection is above standard boutique, which is refreshing. I do not wish to buy an overpriced basic (as many places try to pull off), but I am willing to pay for a cute piece that feels original.

“Never order from them! Sketchy and awful return process”

I ordered some pants on 3-19, and received the product promptly. They did not fit, so I took them to my local Champion store in West Towne Mall (Madison, WI) to return them. The store looked awful, just a mess - dirty and disorganized, which was not a great start. The only employee said she was relatively new, and it took probably 15-20 min to complete a simple return with the paperwork. When she finished she simply handed the packing list back to me - no credit or refund slip. When I asked for the credit slip to show I returned the product, was told they don't do that anymore.? I said I can't leave with no proof that I actually returned the product. Now I have no product and no documentation of a return and credit due. So she wrote up a form - manually! - called a custom return form, and I asked her to sign her name and date it, which she did. I always check to be sure credits are issued, but felt this was going to be a problem. Two and a half weeks later - no credit. I called the 800 cust serv number, and was told there is a way I can return this through the mail. Explained I only order from stores where I can return in person, to save on shipping and time. After round and round with the gentleman, who was nice enough, but clearly not trained to fix problems, was told that it take a few days for the credit to process and wanted me to wait. It has already been 2.5 weeks, that is much too long. Then I was put on hold while he called the billing department. After being on hold about 5 minutes, now he just disconnected me. Called back, had to go through the whole story again. Next guy gave me a different story, asked for a supervisor, which he didn't want to connect me. Spoke to supervisor who acknowledged their system was the issue. Still no refund, but she is escalating. Very bad way to do business, will never order from them again, or but their product in the store. There are plenty of options from providers who have much more efficient systems.

Bought 2 gifts from Champion.com on 12/07/2021. Tracking came out on 12/08. By 12/20, tracking still shows in North Carolina. DHL never transferred order to USPS. Package lost. Champions uses the worst shipping company (DHL) to pick-up & transfer to USPS, because it is cheaper than the big 3 shipping companies. Poor business decision, as they lose customers like myself

I ordered on Jan 14 from Champion and its already been 2 weeks since and they still haven't shipped out my order yet. I still don't know when they are going to actually ship out, but even after that, I'll have to wait 6-10 business days for my items to come. > :( This waiting time is insanely slow.

This clothing line has a great website, offers easy access to buy anything and everything you want. I used to go here to get many pieces of clothing I needed for exercising and every piece I have been able to keep for quite some time now. One thing I must say is quite annoying is once you have purchased something from this website they keep sending you emails, even if you ask not to be part of their email subscription. Yet you always have the opportunity to completely unsubscribe yet I guess I've been a little lazy not to do so. So, if you are looking for good athletic clothing at a very good price and a company that knows how to ship your stuff off to you in a very convenient manner, then I would suggest coming to this website.

It's fairly simple to find champion around third party stores, but ordering off their website is the worst thing you can do! Shipping is backed-up because of Covid-19, which is fair, but it's expected to be shipped within 7 days. I'm on a week and a half now and it's still processing! Not to mention, I'm currently trying to get ahold of them through customer services, and I've been on hold for 30 minutes. I haven't heard from anyone yet, I'm so angry, that I'm writing a review about them, and I don't even typically write reviews. I strongly recommend buying they're merchandise other places, stay away from their website!

I ordered about 2 months ago for gifts. Received everything except one shirt that never shipped. Last I looked it was processing. I erased the email on accident and now I can't even check. Couldn't cancel it either. It's ridiculous to take two months and not give a heads up or chance to cancel. Everything else that came was very small and didn't fit. Will never order from here again maybe never buy anything from this brand again.

Tip for consumers:
That it would be over two months for an item and that their clothes run very small

I love their clothing, but it's unreal that they won't offer a price adjustment in a day when I haven't even received the item yet! Hack is to order the same sale item and then return original item and wait a few weeks to get original funds back. Senseless!

If youre going to purchase their stuff i would suggest buying in-store or more reputable place like amazon or walmart. Their processing time is long and with covid is has double or tripled. I ignored many reddit users thinking it was just old news but its still current. Also with a short return window and their return process taking two to four weeks after receiving it can take a while to even get your money back from them

Purchased items through the online store. I needed to return 2 items from original order. Returned items (both still new with tags) I am still waiting after 3 weeks for credit. The package was received weeks ago. I have contacted them 3 times with no response. Still waiting

I order a champion shirt over a month ago and just received it in the mail only to find that it is not the shirt I ordered and the front logo is black and the logo on the arm is blue and that makes no sense. I am going to keep it, but I will never order from their website again.

In February I ordered a sports bra online. The sizing was not accurate according to their site. I mailed it back and have a tracking number. The paperwork said it could take up to six weeks to receive my refund. I mailed it on February 15 and it was received on February 23rd. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company to see where my refund is but all the phone numbers have messages saying the phones are down but to call during regular business hours. I've tried calling at different times during the day but receive the same message. I'm at a loss as to what I should do, but I can tell you I will NEVER purchase their products again!

I placed an order on November 25,2022 and as of December 15,2022 did not receive my product. I called customer service on December 15,2022 and they informed me that they did not know when or if I would receive my goods. The resolve offered to me was that I can replace my order due to products in my order now being out of stock but they can not guarantee I would receive my order by Christmas due to the time of year. They refused to offer expedited shipping as a courtesy due to Champion releasing the product to UPS.

This company has horrible customer service. When you place a order itlle take over a month to receive but it'll take the m two seconds to take your money, When trying to cancel your order they will not. Do not order from them. Overpriced as well..

just don't order from here find the products in other stores

I have placed my order last November 29. And I immediately received an email that its already been processed and they will let me know once it will be shipped. It is now December 13 and I've never heard of them. I just don't know how I trusted their website when I normally do not trust anything online. Their site just pop out in my IG, tried to browse and its like i've got hypnotized. Spent $150 on 4 items. (3 shortsleeve and 1 hoody). The hoody is supposed to be a christmas gift for my husband. I could have bought it courir or go sports. Maybe its their super low prices compared to a shop. But all in all their website is a SCAM. You have to be aware of it! No way to communicate with them as they don't have customer relation contact numbers or email or whatsoever to help you with your purchases inquiry or follow up. I tried sending them messages in IG account with 5m++ followers but no response at all!

Placed an order feb 2,2019, checked on status on feb 14 and it was still processing i call customer service and they told me my order was back order... that's not what the website showed. I cancelled my order and purchase same hoodie from amazon. Places order on the 14th, got emailed that it shipped the next day and got the hoodie on the 17th. Thank God for Amazon. I will never place orders from champion website. Not to mention hoodie at Amazon was cheaper and free shipping.

I don't understand why over the last year you as a company have directed your target ethnic group so extremely. Not a great strategy in my opinion & good luck righting the ship.

These are the worst shorts I have ever seen. They are made out of the material with small holes - nothing out of the ordinary for sport shorts there. However, there is absolutely NO LINING whatsoever. If these are stripper shorts, they do the job. If you want to wear them OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM, you had better put on underwear, AND they better be the same color as the shorts, or you will look like a complete idiot. Actually, you will look like an idiot with matching underwear and these shorts. Don't be an idiot, and Champion, don't treat guys like idiots. These shorts are cr*p.

I just don't know if I'm going to continue buying clothing Champion clothing. When I was a kid I use to sport their clothing but now as an adult I'm unsure whether I want to continue. When I went online to the Champion website to buy clothes I was sadly disappointed to see that they had nothing to offer. The Champion store in New York City has a far better selection of clothing than the website itself. All the department stores that carry Champion clothing have a better choice of clothing than their online store. I personally would fire the current president of the company because this person does not know what's going on. The online store should display all the best clothing that Champion has to offer its customer's. Display all of their shorts, t-shirts, shirts, sweaters, pants, and hoodies in a variety of colors (orange, blue, light blue, black, yellow, red, green, grey, silver, and navy blue). Champion sends me a digital coupon for 20% off + free shipping for their online website but there is not enough product on the site to purchase anything. Please fire the content creator of your online website immediately. Now that the Pandemic is over things have finally got back to normal. So, When companies say that there is a delay they are lying.

Tip for consumers:
Champion needs to increase their online revenue by solving the problems on why customer's are so angry and disappointed with the current company. Customer and worker's satisfaction is the key to fixing everything. When a company has a lot of customer's but they are treating their worker's like crap the problems still exist. Management is the biggest problem in all companies. They let their ego either make a company better or worse. When a company has problems looks toward the Mngrs to solve it.

Products used:
i didn't use any of the products because there was none to choose from on your online website. the selection offered on your website is horrible. your website is a disappointment to the company. how does a multibillion dollar company allow their website to look this bad. plus, why does the company not fix the current problems that customer's are complaining about immediately? is the company more concerned about making money more than their customer's wants and needs. no company can survive without customer's. you can have a fantastic product but if no one buys it is then nothing. please remember why you created the company. you created the company to create great clothing that everyone would enjoy wearing. some how the reason why you created the company has been forgotten. when you start forgetting so will your customer's. there are several ways to continue to stay successful in a clothing business. you have to be creative, you have to stay current, and as time changes so should your company. things that use to work before may not work now. so you have to constantly evolve with the current time. please go take a look at your website and ask yourself what is wrong with it? if you truly can't see what is wrong with it then you should be fired immediately and replaced someone that knows what's wrong with it. from the time someone orders something online it should only take a few days to reach the customer. it shouldn't take weeks or months to reach them no matter what is going on in the world.

I bought some t shirts from Champion a few weeks ago. 3 were fine and I kept them. I sent 3 back with instructions not to refund me but to simply replace them with ones identical to what I kept.
I got a series of answers from their 'orders' department, asking for my order#, then for a return # and then one telling me I had ordered as a "guest', so I had to re-order, but with no further instructions.
So after 2 weeks of waiting for an answer, I contacted the bookkeeping dept and was asked, pretty much the same thing. "Orders sent to the wharehouse had to be confirmed by the main office" and refunds take 4-6 weeks!
I pointed out I wan't looking for a refund, just more merchandise. Nope, couldn't do it. She said she would have to wait for confirmation of return and asked for all my confirmation #'s again.
I said that surely they have better communication between their departments than that. But, if not, I'd simply contact my credit card company and ask for a full reversal of the charges.
She then said she would process my refund by the end of the day.!
I don't know what decade their system was designed, but it's why I buy from Amazon. Get it and like it? Keep it.
Get it and it's not right, refunds are made as soon as it gets a confirmation #. No hassle.
Clothing is a tough thing to sell online, but Champion better get with it or they'll be left in the dark ages.
Oh, and my review I filled out from them about their service was not accepted! Really?

Who ever designed a loop string to tighten shorts should legitimately be skinny by their own loop they designed.

I ordered four pairs of Champion sweatpants in a style that I have been wearing for nearly 15 years. When I received them, I found that the fabric was different and that the size that I am wearing now were skin tight so I applied to return them. When I purchased them online, the website that there was no charge for returns so I sent them back when I received the return authorization. A few days later, I received an email request to write a review so I wrote one stating that the fabric and the sizing had changed. Two days later, I received an email that they could not publish my review because it did not meet standards... in other words, it was not a glowing review.
The tracking number for the return indicated that Champion had received my return on February 24,2022. By March 16 I had still not received my refund so I called them. I was told that they were behind in issuing refunds (they sure weren't behind in taking my money out of my account) but since I called in, they would refund it right away. But, the amount they told me they would refund was not what I paid. When I asked why, they said I had to pay shipping charges. I stated that their website said there would be no charge for returns and they said that was correct, they would not charge me a fee to return the product but they do not pay for shipping.
So, the product changed, they didn't want to publish my review stating that it had changed, they neglected to refund my purchase in a timely manner and they lied about free returns. Guess I won't be using their online website anymore.

I had a coupon for a great deal. I decided to order 2 sweatshirts. One for myself and one for my (16 yr old) daughter. Only to receive "child size" hoodies.:-( complete fail!
