The grates I ordered were the wrong size. Only have 30 days to return and they require you call to get an RA# in order to return... BUT they do not answer their phone and automatically disconnect you if you decide to wait on hold - which I did TWICE for over 20 minutes both times. Their website does not have anyone available for chat. They take emails but say it take at least 1o days to expect a response... guess we'll see. If you use this company, do so at your own risk and be prepared for NO CUSTOMER SUPPPORT or ability to get help. Good chance you'll end up just burning your money and having to go somewhere else. You've been warned.
Bought a Char-Broil grille and cover from Home Depot. The grille used an "infra- red" cooking system. Within a too short of a time the cover deteriorated quickly and fell apart. Then the temperature gauge failed. Then the temperature markings on the stainless steel washed off. Then the stainless steel grills rusted out. Then the body of the grill which wasn't stainless steel rusted out. I contacted Char- Broil and bought new grilles but they are also rusting out. Seems that engineering should have stayed with cast iron grills.
