This company is the worst. Please do NOT spend your money here. My daughter brought me a bed and as soon as I open the box I thought the bed was not the quality I was expecting and called to return it. Talked a person named Tina and she said did I set up the bed and why didn't I like the bed if I had not set it up and I would be charged 20% restock fee. Having called in to buy the bed that was not on the receipt that was emailed but we did ask and was told we could return no problem but was never told about the fee. Talked to the manager (Thomas) a week later when no one had responded with fedex pickup and was told that I had been recorded saying that I put the bed together and that voided the contract. I told him the bed was still in the original box and was called a liar and they were not taking it back. For one thing I live in California where you have to be notified that your being recorded and I have pictures showing the bed in the original bed. This company should not be able to operate in such an unethical manner. Also they have their website blocked from receiving negative feedback. I called the BBB and disputed with credit card company no resolve yet. Run, don't walk away from this company!
