I really like this store specifically for crop tops/tops, dresses, underwear, sandals, and jewelry. Been using this site for the last few years and never had any issues except the occasional out of stock product which has always been refunded. They always seem to be having different sales/promotions going on. I've spent anywhere between 6$ (with free shipping) and 100$ on a single order with no problems at all. Nice quality and cute styles! :D
I bought a pair of pants that didn't fit and was told by the sales associate who made my purchase that they didn't do returns just exchanges and store credit. But these pants are poorly manufactured with the lining in the waist and hip leg area and placement of buttons on the pants. One legs of the pants has more room than the other due to the poor sewing quality. I should have read the store reviews before making a purchase. I'll be donating these pants. Glad they were only $14.

Ordered a few dresses 2 weeks ago. The dresses haven't shipped yet. Can't get replies to my emails from their customer service. Fortunately i paid through paypal so I wont be charged until item ship. If they ever do.
It was my first time ordering online from them. I ordered 4 boots on 12-21-15 while they had the $20 sale. I was so worried after reading all their bad reviews but i have to say everything worked out wonderfully! I have no complaints at all! My orders shipped the very next day and the tracking was always upto date letting me know where my package was. I received my order in 4 days! I dont understand why everyone is having problems. Im a very happy customer! Also my shoes came brand new and without any mistakes.
Charlotte Russe used to be nice, but now with the new management, it has fallen to pieces. I spent over $100 and was not made aware of their new return policy. If you buy it online, you must return it via mail. Oh and if the item you purchased is less than $6.95, even if you're sending back $50 worth of product, they won't accept it. The customer service team really does take 2+ days to respond to one email, and they never answer your questions directly so there's always still confusion. Then you email them again and have to wait another 2+ days. I would never recommend shopping here anymore. Half the clothes I ordered were cute and fit well and the other half were terrible.
I've been ordering online from Charlotte Russe for the past 5 years or so and they use to be great but past 2-3 months, online ordering has been horrible. One of my orders took a full 2 weeks to even get shipped out after emailing them twice about it. And their response both times was so generic I don't even think they read my email, just the subject line. Two times I've gotten emails about 8 days later saying my items are now out of stock. Why would it take that long to notify me? Now my current order that I placed Nov 25 and it's Dec 5 and still nothing about it being shipped. They've definitely changed something about how they handle online orders it was never this bad, nor do I have any of these problems with any of the other stores I order from. This is definitely the LAST time I will be buying anything from this company!
I'm in the same boat with everyone who tried to order a package and have it arrive before 12/24. Now it's 2017 and my package was never even brought to Fedex. I've called their customer support over 3 times already, emailed them multiple times, and yet they refuse to cancel and refund my order. So my word of advice is to dispute the charge with your credit card company. This falls under the categories 'merchandise never received' or 'service not as expected'. Never ordering online from here again after this nightmare.

I have shopped here for years, the plain black leggings here used to be my favorite! They no longer carry those same leggings and have filled their stores with cheap material leggings that not only are see through but look scratchy. I used to buy a ton of stuff everytime I stopped by, I'm not sure whos picking the styles they now have but I am not a fan at all. I can barely find anything I like anymore. The quality in their clothing has definitely declined, and the swiftness of shipping online orders has as well. I'm very disappointed recently as I've always loved this store, it has been my go-to for a very long time. If something doesn't change, I will no longer be a customer.
I tried to buy some things on thier site recently only to have my credit card not work. Does not tell you why, just shows red and won't process. I know my card is fine. I tried to call customer service only for the phone number to be disconnected! What? So I email them, and it says will respond in 1 business day, it's been 4 and nothing. I wrote them again and nothing. They obviously do not care about thier customers. No use going to the store either because thier plus size section is literally that, a section. It's a small corner in the back with horrible selection. It's obvious what kind of customers they cater too. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
I have ordered from CR many times over the years as well as shopped there. It was my favorite my store and I've never had a single complaint. WHAT has happened to this company?! I was missing an item from my order so after days of being on hold with customer service their response was literally, "I don't know what to do." how about refund my money?! They said they would email me a form to fill out to get my money refunded OR be charged again for the missing item then be refunded "later on". Seriously. BEWARE. Also, with my order I received a random pair of boots I didn't even order. Sigh.
Very bad customer service. This girl named Jackie was really rude and unprofessional. That's why she will always work where she works for $10 or less. No good company will tolerate how she talk to customers. They cheated me, they charged me three separate $6.99 shipping for three items that I returned in the same return box. This makes no sense at all. I was told a manager was going to call 24-48 hrs, no one ever called. Charlotte Russe has the worst customer service. I will make sure everybody that I know never shop there.
Charlotte Russe takes ages to ship products, the quality is poor, and they refuse to credit returns, inventing policies at will to steal your money. The customer service is useless and claims to have no contact with their shipping or return warehouses - which, perhaps that's the case, but that doesn't improve my overall feeling for how they do business.
I always order online because i purchase on their plus size line. I usually buy items on sale but otherwise their whole site has reasonable prices. Have not purchase shoes, or intimate wear so i cant help with that but their clothes is great contemporary and i love shopping at this site with all the promotions they offer. Charlotte Russe was one of my favorite clothing stores. I've never had any problem with my shipments, never ran into any rude workers, etc. What's frustrating me about Charlotte Russe is how they've updated their website and they do not have an option for E-Gift Cards anymore, nor do their credit card years expand past 2020. I've spoken to many of their associates and not one knows when this will be fixed. I've been missing sales and cannot get a refund! They literally need to get their s@*t together because they've lost my business!
Charlotte Russe is usually my go to shopping store. Recently, I've ordered 6 dresses and 6 sandals on their buy 1 get 1 $12.50 deal. When I got these items, they didn't give me the right dress and the dress they did give me was very ugly. All except for one of the dresses either was too small or too big and I ordered them all in medium. With the shoes, same situation. I was extremely disappointed with this purchase but I'll still shop at Charlotte Russe because I love their jeans, jackets, and dressy tops. I learned my lesson with ordering dresses online and I recommend that anyone who does order online, make sure you know your size in certain garments
I've been shopping online here for years and have always had positive experiences. The most recent time one of my items I paid for was not in my order, I called and they gave me the credit for the missing item by the next day and they didn't question me at all, super helpful and friendly. My only downside is having to pay the extra money to have it shipped to Canada as it adds on a significant amount but other than that I've always been happy with my orders, I was surprised to see so many negative reviews
Love doing online shopping from charlotte russe. I've made 3 orders in the past 2 months because of all their sales and all have arrived super fast, within 2-3 days :) I've never had any problems. Also i'm usually super picky with shoes but i got a pair of boots during the $25 sale and i just LOVE them, they are super comfortable & cute & best of all, the perfect size.
I just recently made my first purchase online. Charlotte Russe jeans are my absolute favorite and they were even cheaper online than what I normally pay for them. In addition to the jeans I also ordered sweaters, jewelry, and shoes. Everything was delivered very quickly, exactly as described and packaged very well. I will definitely be placing another order.
Charlotte Russe has been my all time favorite store for YEARS. Until now. I have noticed they have changed their styles significantly recently and I am not a fan of their new stuff. I recently placed a very large order online and out of the 14 items I got, I am returning 13 of them! I am not that picky when it comes to clothes, but everything was see-through and fit poorly, despite being my size. The dresses and skirts are WAY too short. I am 5'3" and a size small and every dress and skirt I tried on completely showed my butt if I bent over even slightly. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I can tell you that their clothes did not used to be like that. It makes me so mad because I absolutely adored this store and now I can't find a thing that fits right and isn't see-through. I am done shopping at CR for good.
Do not shop from them ever. I've never experienced such a bad order as I did right now. Ordered two boots from their website, one regular price and one for $8. I was happy with one of them but the other arrived stained and with the right boot completely missing a buckle. I called, expecting to get the return these and get an undamaged pair. Nope. She said I could return these, get back $8, and put in a new order for them at the current price of $45. What on earth? First of all, they send out damaged products and then they dont even attempt to fix them? I'll be returning both pairs as soon as possible (in the store or else I have to pay for shipping for the undamaged ones) and never shopping there ever again. A pity since I always liked their physical stores.
I ordered the crochet trim off the shoulder dress in white. As you can see the material is soft and silky! When I got this thing it literally had the texture of a plastic bag and was see through as HECK. Will not purchase from here even though prices are low, but they come low with a cost!
I recently ordered a jacket online, Ive had it a month and the lining has already shredded. The quality of it is absolute garbage! I contacted customer service, the only thing they would do is give me 20% to re-purchase the item. Ive been shopping with this company for 10+ years and at one point was an employee. The fact that they refuse to bend their return or refund policy due to QUALITY of products is absolutely ridiculous. Because of this I will no longer be shopping with Charlotte Russe. Their customer service and how they handle quality issues is pathetic!
Ever since they closed down and re opened, the clothing in there is cheap looking and the poorest of quality. Very non trendy! It's pure house/ Lounge clothing! Please bring back the originals! Please! Look at the ratings! Do you guys even care? If not close down! Let it remain a phantom of our imagination of what was once was!

Charlotte Russe used to be one of my favorite stores to shop in. Now all of their clothes look trashy! Who the hell decided that ratty looking clothes were in fashion?! I would rather have sweaters that did not look as if moths had been munching on them. I don't want jeans that have tears all throughout them. Hello! These clothes will not last, and then guess what happens! You have to spend more money buying MORE clothes.
In the past I have made many online orders at Charlotte Russe and they have turned out well. However lately Charlotte Russe has been terrible. The app logs you out, they say they have clothes in stock that they don't and so on. I placed an order Almost a week ago, and I was curious why it hasn't shipped. So I emailed the company a few times and they said "it will ship in one to two business days" but it didn't either time. So I finally decided to call customer service. I waited on hold a long time. When the lady answered she said the same thing, that it would take a day to ship. I AM VERY UPSET. So I ask "is there anything you can do, I ordered it so it would be here for an upcoming even and planned on it being here, but now you're telling me it'll be up to another 11 days" and she didn't seem to understand and just told me it will ship tomorrow. I was too frustrated to explain again. It's very annoying to have this happen and the company has not helped whatsoever.
