I really like this store specifically for crop tops/tops, dresses, underwear, sandals, and jewelry. Been using this site for the last few years and never had any issues except the occasional out of stock product which has always been refunded. They always seem to be having different sales/promotions going on. I've spent anywhere between 6$ (with free shipping) and 100$ on a single order with no problems at all. Nice quality and cute styles! :D
I bought a pair of pants that didn't fit and was told by the sales associate who made my purchase that they didn't do returns just exchanges and store credit. But these pants are poorly manufactured with the lining in the waist and hip leg area and placement of buttons on the pants. One legs of the pants has more room than the other due to the poor sewing quality. I should have read the store reviews before making a purchase. I'll be donating these pants. Glad they were only $14.
I stumbled upon Charlotte Russe (online) about five years ago.
I since then have discovered that there is a Charlotte Russe store in the mall about an hour away from my house.
Anyway, I still prefer to shop online there because the clothes are true to size, the quality for how much you pay for the items is amazing (I don't wear my clothes to death, I dont know about some of you but I really only wear a piece a handful of times before I get tired of it) and the shipping has ALWAYS been on point for me!
I placed my order and got it confirmed June 27th. I am leaving for a long weekend in Austin on the 30th.My clothes are scheduled for arrival this afternoon.
It's been over a year since I actually ordered anything online (weight gain, confidence issues, was afraid that my stuff wouldn't fit. The works.)
So I was very hesitant to try and buy from here after periodically checking in on the reviews for shipping and seeing that they were HORRIBLE.
I then remembered that every other time I have ordered I have had fast shipping and I have come to accept the cancelled items when buying from the sale category.
It is a hit or miss. And that's okay with me because I am not CHARGED for them. It's as if they were never on the sales rack to begin with!
Anyway. 10/10 from a loyal customer that does a lot of research and will not order from a company that has done me wrong.

Went back to order after 6 month's, NO REFUND, CHANGE ORDER #, HASSELING ME ON INFORMATION THAT WAS SENT PRIOR to the DEPT. WHO WAS SENDING IT OVER.
THIS SHOUKD OF BEEN POSTD IN MY SIGNED IN ACCOUNT OR EMAIL, WAITING FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE.
NOW I GET A RESPONSE TO WAIT 6 WEEKS to BE HANDLED, 6 months not enough.

I didn't read the reviews here or on other sites until after I'd already placed my order. The reviews made me incredibly nervous, but there was nothing I could do to cancel my order at that point.
I placed my order very early in the morning, and the package was delivered in only six days. I hadn't received any emails about items being out of stock, something I'd notice was common in reviews. I went through my package to make sure everything I'd ordered was in there. I'd ordered fourteen things. There were fourteen items. One however was not something I had ordered, and something I had ordered was missing. The missing item was a dress I found in the clearance section for $6. I was pretty excited about it, as it was a beautiful pink dress. In it's place was a pair of high waisted distressed jeans. I'm a bit disappointed as I'd much rather have the dress I ordered, I'd never wear the jeans they sent in it's place. It was only $6 though, not enough to waste time trying to return the jeans.
I ordered 2 dresses and when they arrived one was exactly as pictured, the other not so much. The only thing that looked the same as the picture on the website was the color. I called Charlotte Russe, explaining that they had sent me the wrong dress. The woman I talked to was extremely polite and helpful, she immediately sent out a replacement, and I was hoping it would look like the photo online this time.
Fast forward to today as I receive my package only to see it's still the wrong dress. It turns out the photo on the website is 100% inaccurate and looks NOTHING like what you will receive.

I checked their whole website and I couldn't find a dress that looked anything like it at all.
I don't recommend ordering online from this company! BEWARE! Because now I have to go through the hassle of returning these dresses and hoping I'll be able to get my money back for false advertising!
Also, they claim that if you sign up with an email you get a 20% off coupon. IT'S ALSO A LIE. Never got it no matter how long I waited.
The website doesn't even allow customers to review products, also another red flag. I bet everyone who has ordered and received a completely different item would really put a damper on business._.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes for a buy one pair get the 2nd for $10 promo on Dec 16,2013. My order was shipped on Dec 22 but one pair was out of stock and was cancelled. I was upset and called customer service because the shoe that was out of stock was still showing as in stock online, the rep said the warehouse does not always update correctly so I could reorder but there was a chance it would be out of stock. If that wasn't hassle enough I would have to pay full price for the shoe and call back to get it price matched to $10, they did upgrade my shipping to overnight for this pair. This was the only pair of shoes I received! The tracking information never updated for the original order, I believe it was never shipped as fedex never said it received the shipment. I called back on Dec 31 and was told to call back on Jan 2 which would be 10 business days after shipment and they could then give me a refund or reship. On Jan 2 the rep told me they had reshipped the package but had no tracking number, it seemed very suspicious! She told me to call back on Jan 7,10 business days from the date it was reshipped. I called back on Jan 7 and was finally given a refund and was told the 10th business day would have been Jan 3 which makes me believe the previous rep had lied to me about my order being reshipped. Overall this was a big hassle, I ordered these items as xmas gifts and they never arrived. I know the holidays are a busy shipping time but I can't help but feel there is some serious shadiness going on at charlotterusse.com! Beware!
I purchased a pair of heels and put them on less 24 hours stepped out my car and they burst right off, they wouldn't take it back

Checked the status again on the website which stated it would be here November 7th, it never arrived. I called customer service which took me 5-6 times to get through and there was a loud fax noise each time I called. The rep told me she wasn't sure where my belongings were and to call back November 8th if I didn't receive it, I never received it. I called back November 8th yet once again it took me 13 times to get through because the number was out of service. The rep advised me my items would arrive November 9th. I asked for manager the rep said none were available. I asked for corporate information and the rep said she couldn't give that to me. She assured me November 9th I would receive them, which I finally did. I purchased 8 items and they only sent 7. I called around 9 p. M and could not get through, office closed at 10. This by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I just want my money back.

I made a purchase during their black friday sale and was so excited but then I received an email that weekend saying that my order was cancelled. I finally got a hold of someone the following Monday and they told me that my order was cancelled because my address had changed. However, my contact information was exactly the same so they could have called to confirm that the address was correct and that the purchase was in fact done by me but they took the lazy route and just cancelled my order. Then I asked to have my purchase reordered and they said they would but that 6 of the 10 items I picked out were no longer available. Later I went online and saw 2 of the 6 that were "sold out" on the website marked as in stock. And now I just received an email saying that two of the four items that were "available" are actually unavailable and my second attempt to order them has been cancelled. I contacted customer service AGAIN and they said that they would price match similar items of equal or lesser value for me. Excuse me? I picked out items that I liked, 1 why would I want items that are only similar to the ones that I like, and 2 why would you price match items that are already of equal value or even worse of lesser value. If I wanted a similar item I would order it in the first place and I certainly would not want to pay a higher price for it. I have shopped with this company for years, I've moved a few times during these years but never has my order been cancelled because of my change of address. I've also never had my order cancelled because the items I ordered weren't actually in stock. I'm not sure what has happened to make this company so incompetent lately but I will not be shopping with them anymore because of it. If an item is sold out, don't make it so that customers can order it just to later get disappointed and if someone has a different address contact them before you just cancel their order. I am so angry at all of the wasted time spent trying to purchase the products that I wanted when I could have been shopping with a company that actually has their stuff together and would get me the products that I paid for.

Ok so I placed an order 3 months ago and I never received anything. I called and went through the process but I never got refunded
This was my first order and it will be my last. It took me over 5 hours (yes, you read right), between on the internet and dealing with 2 customer service representatives. First of all for us Canadians. Even though your shipment comes from the Canadian warehouse, you will pay for 20.00 shipping, even though their website says FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $50. First customer representative told me everything was in stock. I had the order done online and did it great but she cancelled the order and redid it because she was going to take the shipping off. So we verified back and forth, yes, my order was all right and everything was in stock. I get my confirmation email afterwards, order is not what I ordered, she put on 3 pairs of the same boots. LOL I call back again, SO if you don't call back within 15 minutes to make changes, I believe he said, you will be charged and that order will be shipped. Lovely, what I am going to do with 3 pairs of the same boots in the same size. LOL. Anyhow, got my order yesterday, half of its wasn't received cause it wasn't in stock, no boots came, and they had it shipped it in two different bags, and billed me 20.00 EACH bag! Rotted I am! And their size charts are off, the clothes were bigger and honestly, they are not of very good quality, dresses and t-shirts are flimsy. I was counting on this order for Christmas presents for my daughter and most if never came (when I told it was in stock) and the rest was too big. So yes my advice, is STAY AWAY from ordering from Charlotte Russe online. I have about 200.00 worth of useless clothing that will probably cost me a fortune to send back.
Zero stars. I've shopped at Charlotte Russe several times but I believe this will be the last. I placed my order on a Monday when the whole website was 25% off. I typed in my debit card info and submitted my order, which then the website took me to the confirmation page. I do remember it saying that my order was confirmed, but pending. I was on my way to work so I just logged out, assuming my order was complete. Tuesday rolled around and I never got a confirmation email. I called them Wednesday morning and they said that there was no transaction showing up on my account but I know I made that purchase. They said they couldn't give me the 25% off my items nor did they ask me if I wanted to reorder my items. I was very upset because it was a good deal and I was on a budget. All they said they could do for me was give me a courtesy discount of 10% which is the same thing you get for just signing up to receive emails and txt. I just told them no forget it, I went back online and tried to find all the items I had ordered and removed some so I could still make my budget, but when I tried to check out this time the website gave me an error message telling me to call my bank because my card declined. I called my bank, come to find out Charlotte Russe did debit the money out of my account so again I couldn't order my items. So after that I called Charlotte Russe customer service back and told them about this and the person I spoke to claimed they didn't know what happened or why the website did that. So because of their website I didn't get my items, my money was taken out of my account, and they didn't even offer to let me reorder my items with the 25% off. I'm still waiting for my money to be put back onto my debit card and if it doesn't then I will have to call them and go through the hassle of getting my $138.83 back. This will be the LAST time I ever shop with Charlotte Russe.
