“One of my main online shopping sites!”

I really like this store specifically for crop tops/tops, dresses, underwear, sandals, and jewelry. Been using this site for the last few years and never had any issues except the occasional out of stock product which has always been refunded. They always seem to be having different sales/promotions going on. I've spent anywhere between 6$ (with free shipping) and 100$ on a single order with no problems at all. Nice quality and cute styles! :D

“Poorly manufactured clothes”

I bought a pair of pants that didn't fit and was told by the sales associate who made my purchase that they didn't do returns just exchanges and store credit. But these pants are poorly manufactured with the lining in the waist and hip leg area and placement of buttons on the pants. One legs of the pants has more room than the other due to the poor sewing quality. I should have read the store reviews before making a purchase. I'll be donating these pants. Glad they were only $14.

I ordered a jacket online at the beginning of December. A few days after I placed my order, I checked the estimate shipment date online. It told me that my package would arrive on the 17th of December. The 17th arrived without a package as well as another estimated date online. The arrival estimate went from saying the 17th to N/A. After waiting a few more days, I contacted Charlotte Russe. They gladly refunded my shipment cost which was nice and told me that the package would arrive at the latest of the 27th. The package never came. I called and they could not order me another of what I wanted because they were out of the size I wanted. My guess is they were out of my size when I ordered the jacket to begin with. He said he would give me a 10% discount coupon and apologized HA. I then just asked for a refund which takes 5-10 business days. Do not order online from this company.

I ordered on mar 17. I ordered 8 items mostly shoes an 3 shirts. They came today on mar 20 2013. I had questions before bout my order and customer service was quick so i had no problem there. PLUUUSS i got a discount from my order so happy buyer here :)) the shoes are true to size and the shirts are also and good quality clothing made. I DEF recommend charlotte russe^__^

I ordered on 1/20 a winter dance dress for my daughter. On 1/25 I called to check on the order. Was informed that order was still in process even though they could manage to charge my card at the time of order. Was told that they are behind because of the popularity of their sale. I asked to cancel my order since it wasn't "processed" yet and was told that "no, can't cancel but you can return it once it ships to you". Seriously? I can't wait to see what the return fee will be. You have ruined my daughter's dance because the dress she had hoped to wear is "in processing". An 8 day order/ship/arrival timeline works for every other company. I will NEVER EVER order anything from you again and from reading the other reviews looks like this is commonplace practice.

I have been a client at Charlotte Russe for a very long time, and I really love their products. I have never had an issue with this company before, but my last order was a very bad experience for me. My order had the incorrect address, and even though I tried everything so that it got to the right address when it wasn't even my fault, because I had the correct address selected. The worst part is that the items are now going back to Charlotte Russe and according to them, they can't re-ship it to the correct address. It was my B-day this week and I wanted this items for my B-day party. I guess is not happening anymore since most of the items are sold out and they can't just sent my package back. I'm not the type of person who likes writing bad reviews, but I am very disappointed because I am a very loyal customer, and my product should have gotten sent to me again

I took a chance on ordering from Charlotte&russe after reading a few negative reviews, I figured if it wasn't up to my standard I could return it in store. I placed my order on November 8th, today is November the 14th. I originally went to look for cheaper boots, given that I wanted a couple of pairs. Both thigh high boots are great, and comfy. WAY better than forever21 shoes, who's always hurts my feet. The clothes were also, great for the price. I called ahead of time to go over my order as I've read people have received missing parts to theirs. Customer service was great, very helpful. They went over everything with me with no complaints. Definitely will be ordering again.

So this might be a little premature of a review but here it goes!
Today Charlotte Russe is having an awesome free shipping plus 50% off the entire site plus an additional 20% off clearance. I found the winter jacket of my dreams as every woman would say. Yeah it's Almost April in NYC but I know I can save it for next year and show it off for the remainder of this crazy "global warming" winter. I've ordered my plus size 1X fur trimmed puffer jacket. I layer up so this will work. It is a gorgeous jacket and its cinched at the waist with the bottom being skirt like and swoopy. Love it! So I got my confirmation but I'm sweating bullets because as soon as I paid I went back to see if the jacket was still available and ALAS it's sold out! Could I be that lucky? Should I stay peppy and positive or should I just accept my doom. I'll update u all on my CR destiny. Smile, sigh, shrug.

The merchandise was ok as far as what's trendy but the staff was rude, they offered no help at all so when I finally asked for help I was only offered rude and sarcastic comments. I asked to speak to a manager about how rudely I was being taken care of but low and behold the distasteful comments directed towards me were actually coming from a manager. I couldn't believe a company would allow an employee to act this way let alone a manager. Very disappointed in this store and would never go back and will never recommend it. I've I given it many chances and every time it's always the same negative atomosphere. Maybe it's just the management in the Springfield MO store but it reflects their entire image.

I placed an order November 4th and they sipped my order in 2 packages. I received the first one but the tracking number on the second package never worked. It's now November 29th and I still have not received the rest of my order that totaled $71.00. I have gotten 2 email replies both saying they were sending my issue to management. The last email said to wait 3-5 days, it's been 8. I have no idea where my items are of when they are sending them. I want my money back.

Received 2 of the 5 items i was suppose to get in the mail, terrible customer service, told me i had to file a police report which is bull$#*!! Took so long to get my items in the mail (my two items of the 5), i shop here all the time, will never order from you again you shouldn't even call yourself a company disgusting

I ordered a pair of earrings. They arrived with stones missing. I sent them back and nearly a month later I still didn't see any credit on my card.

I contacted customer service and "Wens'Da" the rep was extremely unhelpful. Supposedly they had issued half a refund and deducted shipping, which they should not have since the item was damaged. However, I had NO credit showing on my card, and the rep had no interest in solving my problem. I asked for a manger and she told me call the customer service phone number. I called the customer service phone number and "Willa" was equally unhelpful. I asked for corporate, and she told me look it up online.

So now after waiting a month I have no earrings, no cash back, and a horrible customer service experience. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

I purchased not one, but three new pairs of shoes from Charlotte Russe and a new jacket. I am leaving to Europe on the 21st and the shoes and jacket were for my vacation. Purchased some new clothes from Forever 21 on the same day. I got my order from Forever 21 in less than 3 days (w/ free ship!) and it's been a week with CR and my package still hasn't even left the warehouse. I leave in 4 days. Gotta cancel my order, get a refund, and go buy new shoes at an outlet store before I leave. The discounts aren't worth it if you have to wait, in some peoples cases, up to three weeks to get your package. CR has lost my business. Just go to Forever 21 or literally anywhere else. Hopefully CR goes the way of WetSeal.

Whenever they have a sale they online they ALWAYS oversell then send you an e-mail that your order was canceled. This happened to me 2x & I stopped shopping online from there for 2 years. Decided to try them again recently because they had a big sale online. I ordered 5 items that said were in stock. Each day afterwards i received an email saying items were canceled due to being out of stock. By the end of the week only 1 items was shipped. This is definitely a Bait and Switch operation & they should be held accountable for this deceptive practice!

I bought over $100 worth of clothes online on cyber Monday for Christmas presents. Three weeks later I get an email saying my entire order is out of stock and they are canceling it! Now it's too late to buy anything online for it to arrive for Christmas and I won't get those sweet deals. I phoned and they were going to honor me the deals but couldn't rush order it. Not worth it.

Tried purchasing an e-gift card online for my neice. First time, I didn't receive an order number or confirmation number. Called CS, they said something was wrong with my CC. Called my bank, nothing wrong with my CC. Tried it again next day, same issue. Called CS and they placed the order for me. Email received but CS never mentioned it could only be used online & the whole purpose was for her to use it on vacation. Called CS, said they couldn't cancel it. My first and last experience with this company. Will never purchase anything online from them again.

This online company is the worse. I placed my order on 12/02. I emailed the company and was told my order would be shipped within 4-5 Business days. Okay cool. I chatted with the company online and was told by an agent all the orders for 12/02 has already been shipped out and he doesn't know where my order is. I decided to call and was told by the agent that no the orders have not been shipped out and she couldn't give me a timeframe because there warehouse is backed up. This is ridiculous and it is 12/12 and I still don't have a tracking number. I will never order in the future

I bought my daughter 2 pair of jeans which totaled $30.00 plus $6.95 shipping and handling. They arrived and did not fit. I returned them in original packaging and had to pay an additional $10.90 shipppng. I was only refunded $30.00 not the original shipping of $6.95. I paid $17.80 for nothing. I also told my 2 daughters never order from them again!

If I could give negative rating I totally would, the online site which is back is such a SCAM! Do not buy anything online, don't get fooled by the sales! You will never get your items and they wont respond or refund yohr money. I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes on Nov 24 and they still haven't shipped it, also stopped replying to my emails. On the website they stated that it will be shipped next business day but its a LIE. WORST COMPANY EVER. No wonder they got bankrupt, it's sad I used to love going to Charlotte Russe stores. I just hope some people might save money by this review.

I bought an electronic gift card online and had it delivered to a friend via email. After the first week of my friend not receiving the gift card I called the company and they said they couldn't do anything for me as the gift card status was showing that it was being delivered. I've waited 2 weeks now and still the gift card was never sent. Charoltte Russe basically stole my money and never sent the electronic gift card. Highly frustrated. Terrible Customer Service! Will never shop here again!

I ordered some items from the web site on January 18th, it did not ship out until the 21st. I checked the estimated arrival time it first said the 23rd now it's saying the 28th. My first order arrived yesterday and one of my sweaters smell like a damp basement.

So I'm a plussized 20yo, size 16/18, and I have to say that I hate CharlotteRusse. They make plus size clothing but clearly can't get it right. This is my last straw with them. I recently got jeans from them and they have no freedom. If you make plus size clothes, make it for plus size women, if not just dont do it and waste time. I have other friends with the same issue. From poorly made to no stretch at all, This is the worst place to go.

The site is easy to use, good return policy, good quality of clothing most of the time. The in store set up i dont fully understand but everything looks inviting and colorful! The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The changing rooms are clean and roomy which i love. I absolutely love every visit!

I just recently order 2 shirts from charlotterusse and i am in love with that website now. I ordered 2 items and got shipping free with a promo code. Not only do i get free shipping i got a 30% discount on both my items!. I love the way that items got shipped they look excatly like the picture and they fit it me perfectly. AND they even sent me a return sticker in case i didn't like the items!. I love the website. 10/10 highly recommend

I ordered the "Qupid Low Profile Combat Booties" on December 9 as a Christmas gift. After almost three weeks, I finally received them on December 22 only to find out they weren't even the boots that I had ordered. Nor did they even have the boots they sent me on their website.

The first picture is the boots I ordered. The second picture is the boots I received.

Overall, I am very disappointed by this companies irresponsibility.

Glad I only ordered one pair of "high waisted cotton leggings" as there is absolutely NO ELASTIC AT ALL IN THE WAIST! They fall down to the crotch within 10 minutes and fall all the way down past your knees within 15 minutes - I actually timed this. They have to be pulled up every 2 minutes or less. What kind of apparel is that? If you are a living person, they will not stay up. Good only for dressing corpses in their coffins. If you wear these, you'll need suspenders.

Went online to place an order and they charged my card but kept telling me that they wouldn't place my order. My billing information was correct and I had more than enough $ to make the purchase. When I called the guy I spoke to was rude and refused to help me. Now I have almost $200 charged to my acct but no clothes.
