I really like this store specifically for crop tops/tops, dresses, underwear, sandals, and jewelry. Been using this site for the last few years and never had any issues except the occasional out of stock product which has always been refunded. They always seem to be having different sales/promotions going on. I've spent anywhere between 6$ (with free shipping) and 100$ on a single order with no problems at all. Nice quality and cute styles! :D
I bought a pair of pants that didn't fit and was told by the sales associate who made my purchase that they didn't do returns just exchanges and store credit. But these pants are poorly manufactured with the lining in the waist and hip leg area and placement of buttons on the pants. One legs of the pants has more room than the other due to the poor sewing quality. I should have read the store reviews before making a purchase. I'll be donating these pants. Glad they were only $14.
I purchased a chenille sweater from here. The care instructions said to machine wash on delicate, so that's what I did and the sweater practically fell apart. I contacted them and explained what happened and asked if I could return the sweater and they told me to use the return label that was shipped with it. Since I liked the sweater before I washed it, I threw the return label away. I asked them to email me another and they said that was not possible. So when i told them to forget it because i would just write a bad review and take the loss, instead of just giving ne a refund, they sent me another horrible sweater! So I again followed the care instructions only this time I put it in a mesh laundry bag first, as I thought maybe that would hold it together better. It didn't. So in the end I got two horrible sweaters that fell apart in the wash that i ended up throwing away. Bottom line is terrible clothes and terrible customer service, hence the terrible review.
I don't mind that a few if the items I received were too big because I bought them for work. Altogether, I bought 11 shirts, but three of the shirts were like a tent. So disappointed! Does anyone know if I can go in the store to return them? I don't care if I just get store credit. I'm not paying to return them :(

I put the order in around midnight. I was so excited about the purchase that I checked on the order status when I woke up the next morning.
It was CANCELLED!
I did not receive an email or a phone call.
No heads up, but they still took my $500 out of my bank.
I had to call their customer service in the Philippines only to be transferred 6 times before I could talk with the "supervisor".
The supervisor told me because a manager could not confirm my billing address they cancelled my order. However my bank was CHARGED! Not a pending charge either. I called my bank and am STILL waiting on my money to return in my bank and it's been 17 days!
The supervisor told me the only thing she can do is resubmit my order but I have to pay the $500 again!
I purchase the Tube AllOver Gold Shimmer Jumpsuit to wear to a party, soon as I got home and attempted to put the Jumpsuit on the defective cheap zipper didn't stay zipped up. I'm truly glad I had purchased another item the same visit. The purchased item was the Sleeveless Mess Pieced Sparkly Dress and it was an absolute mess. The shimmering gold was all over my face, hair, everything it touched including the inside of my expensive leather coat, if I greeted someone with a hug it got all over them. I will never shop for anything of this nature from Charlotte Russe ever again. The quality is very very cheap made.
Finally! I ordered online and got what I asked for. The 3 pairs of shoes fit just right and the 4 dresses were the right size made of good material. I love everything and will be using them alot more. It's so hard and a bit scary to order online. Thank you Charlotte Russe.
I order from Charlotte Russe two weeks ago. I wanted to buy one get one for $10 shoe deal. After I ordered it told me my order did not go through. I went to call and waited 20 mins and to never get put through to someone. I then received an email that the order did, in fact, go through, but the pair of shoes I wanted was out of stock and they would take them off my order. Since I only wanted the pair of shoes I ordered and was only told AFTER I placed the order that I would only be receiving the other pair of shoes I didn't even necessarily want at full price I no longer wanted my order. I have emailed them a total of five times with no response and have called four times all waiting 30 minutes and never actually reaching a customer service representative. To top it all off the package was never actually delivered to me and no one will respond to my complaints. I basically paid them 40 dollars for rage and frustration. I will NEVER shop here again.
Definitely a one star at Christmas time. I order three pairs of boots on tuesday 12/10 and just this morning received the shipping confirmation email and an email stating that two of the pairs of boots I ordered were sold out and cancelled. Really? If a pair of shoes is sold out they should take it off the website asap. I was counting on those to be christmas gifts! So I decided to order two other pairs of boots, just now I checked those same boots on the website and one of them is not sold out in the size I ordered it. I called cust service asking if there was a risk that my part of my order was going to get cancelled again and they couldn't give me an answer. They told me to wait for any emails. This is ridiculous!
I just ordered 7 items off of Charlotte Russe last night... All of the bad reviews are scaring me into thinking I should have gone to the store, but I would have to deal with people instead of being in my pajamas. This is my first time ordering with Charlotte Russe but my mom goes there often and has ordered there and gotten everything she ordered. Hopefully it works out for me...
I was trying to buy some dresses and shoes during the easter break. It says that the order could not be submitted and asks me to check my payment settings. I have tried 4 different cards but it doesn't get through. I tried calling the customer service but it was closed due to easter.
I ordered two pairs of shoes, a dress and a pair of leggings. Confirmation was sent right away. 9 days later, I checked with Federal Express and it still just had a label. I emailed and, what do you know, I get an email that the order has shipped! I waited a few days and checked with Federal Express again. They still have not received. When I emailed again complaining, and asking for an explanation or I would cancel. They just cancelled the order and gave a refund... except they did not refund the whole order and left one item off! I've just emailed them again. This company is so frustrating! I will never order from them again.
I have bought things here in the past and been happy. You know you are buying trendy, juniors-priced clothing, so they aren't made to last forever. However, when a customer buys and pays for something, regardless of the fact that it was online, they should be expected to deliver that product... not send an email the next week telling you it is "out of stock" and you haven't been charged. First of all, be professional keep better inventory of your merchandise aka don't oversell items and screw your customers! Secondly, I was charged, and the funds were immediately taken from my account! Hoping that I'll receive a refund, but let's not be deceptive here! I can't believe how often this happens! Bad business practices and a good way to lose their maybe-not-so-valued customers!

Wanted to use up gift cards. With extra on credit card. Ordered several shoes, the most expensive pair never sent. Asked why was credit card still charged since overage for that pair was more than amount of credit card. Then kept saying they will look into and get back in 24-48 business hours, which is such poor business. It's been two weeks and despite calling them, no one has called me back. I'm disputing my credit portion although it is still not covering the cost of shoes they decided not to send. These idiots in customer service couldn't care less about customer.
Always enjoy buying great clothes and accessories there have great selection. Unfortunately they have the rudest, $#*!tiest employees. They are to say the least friendly, sighing and rolling their eyes as if you are inconveniencing them. I wish I had noticed the girls name but her cashier number on receipt is ******* in the Midland, Texas mall store. Hopefully she can get a class on customer service 101... she clearly needs it!

I loved shopping with Charlotte Russe, especially buying my jeans from them because I never had to try them on and knew it would fit. So when they went bankrupt I was understandably upset, because if I shopped anywhere for jeans I would have to try them on and the idea of having to try on jeans was never something I enjoyed. Once they reopened I was beyond excited and decided to purchase some items online, after placing my order I did a little research and saw the horrible reviews of the "new" Charlotte Russe. It was then that I was afraid because at that point it had already been 2 weeks and my items had yet to arrive. But when they arrived I was happy, everything fit and the quality was exactly how I hoped it would be. I may no longer purchase online because of the long shipping but I would definitely continue to shop with Charlotte Russe.

My order was supposed to come in multiple packages but the only problem is one one my packages never came in! I tracked it online and it said it was delivered. So I emailed them everyday for 5 days about it. No response. Then I called their customer service and they told me to get in touch with fedex, do of course I called for them to tell me I need to call ups. Yet again I made another phone call for ups to tell me they can't give me any shipping information unless I am the business that's sending it out and that I have to get in touch with them. So again I called Charlotte Russe and they told me I have to call fedex again! I had told them I already did that and they said that there was nothing they can do! How is there nothing anyone can do? My package that I spent my money on is lost and no ones going to take their part and so right for their customers? This is the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping.
I ordered a pair of "skinny" dress pants, size XS. Apparently the model in the picture is wearing a size small. When I got them they were the size of parachutes, still reading size XS. Have no idea how that model is wearing size small and it not falling off of her body. To the sewing machine I go. Super annoyed.
I used to shop at Charlotte Russe because I love their clothes. The shirts are really cute and I love their shoes but recently I bought two shirts and dress from there. I wore them out and washed them but hung them up to dry. As soon as I pulled it out the washer it had shrunk, one of my shirts looked like a seven year could wear it... it was tiny! From my experience I will never shop there again!
I order two dresses online. One dress was a two piece that was tight and the sleeves were way too long. The next dress material was way too thin, you could see the outline of my panties and bra although it was white like the dress. So I returned them to the store to get my money back. One dress I paid 29.53$ and the other was 26.20$ I was giving back 44.93$. They did not give me money back for the shipping cost or the sale taxes from both dresses.
Unbeatable prices. I only had one pair of leggings because they're over $10-25 a piece (I wear them under my pants for snowy days on mount Hood so layering leggings is awesome!) I ordered some leggings and some scarves. My order came in two weeks and was just what I asked for! I was super worried because all the bad reviews. I have ordered a second time and crossing my fingers the first time wasn't just beginners luck!
Only reason they're not five stars is because I'm a size 0 in pants and the xs leggings are 00-1, size 2pants are huge on me so I got xs. They are as tight as can be while still being wearable I think I popped a few stitches the first time I tried them on lol they're very stretched looking on me which is unfortunate because I love them other than that. Also, the customer service guy I talked to was super nice but unfortunately couldn't add the one more scarf I wanted (to avoid paying the shipping on another whole order)

You have 15min. to edit or cancel an order once it's been placed via calling customer service and be sure to order a little larger on leggings.
I have been waiting for 12 days to get my order, it should have been here by now, they said it will be here Saturday, and now I check again and track it the package now says the 11th so that's an additional 3 days. Plus they chose Smart Post which means the package will be delivered to some random place for me to have to go pick up instead of being delivered. It has taken me months to find the perfect dress for my sons's wedding next week and now I have nothing. I will never shop here again or step foot in their store, It's a shame because I like their store.
Order delivered to the wrong addressed. Same street wrong town. They told me to file a police report. Still won't credit my account until they recieve case number at their fax number. Customer service is the worst!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes Friday at 6pm paid for expedited 2 day shipping, called on tuesday to see where order was and they told me just because its expedited it could still take 4-5 days to process, and they are not open on weekends to process? Later on Tuesday I received an email stating that one of the pairs was out of stock, called again and they said it's in limbo so basically because my order wasn't processed more people could have ordered after me and received the shoe also the rep said it looks like we have one pair left when I asked to have that one she said she couldn't process the order... not happy with customer service or online, however I've never had problems at the actual store
When I purchased my merchandise online, it gave me a price that I would pay. When sent my confirmation the price increased by $16 for shipping. I feel that the shipping should have been included on my initial payment, not when the email confirmation when through. When I tried to cancel my order right after I saw this, it would not let me. I clicked it multiple times and nothing happened. Customer service and products are not worth it. I would never buy products from them again. Thank you for wasting Charlotte Russe for wasting my time and money.
I ordered 4 thing from charlotte russe. All we're in stock when I bought them. I checked my order today to see if it had shipped and it said the shoes i ordered were $0.00 so i got confused. I checked my email and it said they were out of stock and i have been "refunded" my order total was $41 and the shoes cost me $25. My new order total after the shoes were removed is $36. I will never buy anything else from them again.
