I really like this store specifically for crop tops/tops, dresses, underwear, sandals, and jewelry. Been using this site for the last few years and never had any issues except the occasional out of stock product which has always been refunded. They always seem to be having different sales/promotions going on. I've spent anywhere between 6$ (with free shipping) and 100$ on a single order with no problems at all. Nice quality and cute styles! :D
I bought a pair of pants that didn't fit and was told by the sales associate who made my purchase that they didn't do returns just exchanges and store credit. But these pants are poorly manufactured with the lining in the waist and hip leg area and placement of buttons on the pants. One legs of the pants has more room than the other due to the poor sewing quality. I should have read the store reviews before making a purchase. I'll be donating these pants. Glad they were only $14.

I ordered something about 2 weeks ago and all of a sudden I'm notified that I won't be getting 2 of the items that I ordered... but they refunded my total, so I was like okay. But for my Christmas present, my boyfriend just decided to give me the clothes I wanted so I was excited because Charlotte Russe has the best deals and I love their clothes, turns out that they charged my boyfriend 138 for nothing, because for one, It didn't confirm my order, 2, it constantly told me that I had to validate his card, which I did... TWICE. And its just such a mess. Unless you want to be stressed the f*** out, then I recommend to not use this site.
I love the quality and beautiful outfits, on the other hand I hate the shipping part it is slow most of the time! Also when there is a sale and then they send you a message saying the clothes is out of stock but then it is still on the website as in stock.
This use to be my favorite store because I'm a very small petite woman and it's hard to find xs clothing with my style and Charlotte Russe always has the perfect affordable clothes that fit me. I ordered tons of pants since they changed owners and I literally couldn't be more disappointed. They claim they "fixed" their sizes. For what?! That made it so much worse I literally ordered everything I'm xs or xxs and I get a whole bunch of crap that literally look like a large and will NEVER fit me in sooooo disappointed, if your a small girl and you use to buy from here forget about it their a worthless company now. The photo I posted, the red pants are from Charlotte Russe and claim to be "xxs" next to them are pants in a regular small that actually fit. Please explain to me how this is suppose to fit someone who wears "xs". HORRIBLE
I bought a few items from Charlotte Russe and it said it was delivered but I never received the order. I called fedex and contact the usps as well but no one can locate my package. I called Charlotte Russe and explained the situation. The only thing they told me can be done is for me to file a police report since my order was over $50. I told them I did not wanted to do that and they are responsible for my order. Since I don't want to file a police report, I basically lost my money. Charlotte Russe is responsible. This is bad customer service. Thanks for nothing CR.
I Ordered 2 pair of shoes from charlotte russe. I received a conformation order that night and then received a tracking ID from FedEx. 2 weeks have gone by and still no shoes. I track the shoes everyday and the shoes are still at the same location. I had to call customer services to see what the problem was. The rep on the phone sad that they are stuck in transit. She said that she can issue me a refund or order the shoes again. I really wanted the shoes so I said lets order the shoes again because I wanted to wear them in my vacation. But they did not have the shoes in my size. I had to get a refund and have to wait up tp 7 days before the money is put back on my card.
If I could I would give them a negative number! I placed in order for only two items. I completed the order and got an order number and all. Of course I took a picture of it for proof and so I know my order number. I even had an account so it would already be there for me. I never received an email to confirm my order and now they say my order does not exist, but they pulled the money from my account. I am beyond pissed and I have tried call customer service but I stay on hold for over 30 mins literally. I will never shop here ever again and I would not recommend anyone else did.
So I usually have no complaints about Charlotte Russe. But the other day I went in the store for a specific pair of shoes. In store they had a "Buy one get one 12.50" sale for shoes. The original price for the shoe was 38 and online it was 25. So when I got to the counter I showed the cashier the page online. I asked her was it possible for me to get the shoe at the price it was showing online. And I flat out got a no. I would understand if I was asking for a price match to a whole different store! But it was a current online ad for them. It just bothered me because I work at a department store and we meet the needs of the customer no matter what
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, even paid for expedited shipping. They sent me a skirt and blouse instead. Obviously they screwed up, and besides I didn't get the shoes I needed in time. Called customer service and was told that I needed to take the items to the store for refund. At first they told me I needed to get a police report! I said hell no! This is your fault. I am NOT getting any police report. So after asking to speak with a supervisor the agent then tells me that their policy states that I need to go to a Charlotte Russe near me and return the items and ask for a refund. This is bull$#*!! I'm NOT doing that. They screwed up, so they need to fix this. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
I placed an order on the website on 12/19/2016 and paid for expiated shipping. I spoke with a representative and was told that shipping would take 2-3 days. Today is 12/22/16 and the package hasn't even been shipped. I've been on the phone with them for 1:43:33. I was 1st told that I had no option but to wait until 12/27 to receive my items. After requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was told that they could replace my order and reship express however, I was still not guaranteed to have it by 12/23 which was the date I needed it by. Needless, to say I will not order anything off of there website again.
I order online ALOT from many sites. I love Charlotte Russe! I have never had any issues with delivery or product! In fact most orders have arrived before expected. I have the app for this store and love it!
It's almost been two weeks since I ordered my 5 items and I asked for 3-5 day shipping. I have yet to get an email with my shipping confirmation and no one has replied to MY email asking them when the hell I will get my shipping confirmation/tracking number. I needed two of those items to wear on December 7th and looks like that is not happening...
I tried to buy 15-20 items online, it charged me and it went through. However, apparently they only had 5 of the items left when they went to make the order. So I ended up paying $20 for my order and $20 for shipping, PLUS they didn't even bother to message or call me to let me know this occur so I could cancel.
Love the store but I will NEVER buy online again. I am so upset.
I LOVE CR. I always shopped in store and never online. Recently I found that there were a lot of online only sales and it was much easier to just shop online. Christmas time rolls around, my mom tells me she LOVES this jacket from CR. I go to order it and its out of stock within minutes... okay. I messed up. So I stay up all night to see if they restock it. They do, I order, it was left out of my order. I call they say it was accidental and they will reship it out no problem. 3 weeks pass, nothing. No word. I called today and got someone telling me "it was never on its way. I'll give you a refund but thats all I can do". The point wasn't the money, the point was the jacket. $#*! this place.
Got ripped off on this one, one pair of boots not in stock for the buy one and get 2nd at $10 (even though site said they were in stock) but had no problem sending me the one pair they had... will not send me another pair for $10. Customer service said there site wasnt updated when we ordered, so while I was chatting with them I looked up same exact pair and they still showed in stock... hmmm, rip off? So instead of getting my two pairs of boots for $60 I got one pair for $50... I am returning them to the store and will NOT deal with them in any way in the future, terrible customer service. They also told me to order another pair and when they ship that I should call them and they will price match them at $10, yea I almost believe that one
I placed a order to the Charlotte Russe website about oh 13 days ago and I still have no tracking number which means it hasn't even been shipped out yet! This company needs to get it together, I LIVE IN THE U. S they say it should only take 4-5 days to get your products. Lets just say I am never ordering from Charlotte Russe ever again. Worst experience ever.

If I could rate any lower than 1 I would. I ordered some items during a sale 2 weeks ago. I got the 7-10 day shipping so I knew it would be atleast a week before I received my items. I was patiently waiting for my things to arrive in the mail. I got an email YESTERDAY saying that all of the items that I ordered are out of stock so I won't be receiving them. This was almost 2 weeks after I had ordered! Most decent websites will tell you when an item is out of stock before you check out, not 2 weeks later after you've been waiting for the package. This was my first order from Charlotte Russe and it will be my last.

Bought a 15 dollar looney tunes sweater that was originally $40. Received it today and the quality of the print was not the best. Then I looked at the TM print at the bottom corner and it looks super bootleg. It has a TM print with another TM print over the 1st one. Good thing I didn't pay the full price but still wth! 40 bucks for this type of quality, not cool. Definitely can't give this as a Christmas gift.

This has happened to me more than once. Please do not put all hope in getting what you ordered online because you are going to be mad when you receive an out of stock email. -They do not update their online site and goods already out of stock are still there. Then the customer service do nothing about it and just refund your money. THATS FALSE ADVERTISING. If I could rate lower I would!

This was back in November 2018. I never heard from anyone from the "store team" and wasn't refunded my money. Horrible customer service and company!
The store has looked so much better since management changed and (Charlotte You can just say the store has looked so much better since management changed and that we (Charlotte Russe staff) helped you find what you were looking for Russe staff) at Castleton Mall location helped me find what me and my sister what we were looking for. Shout out to Selena and Priscilla that makes this happen! Keep up the good work guys! By the way music in the store was awesome! I will definitely come back!
