I really like this store specifically for crop tops/tops, dresses, underwear, sandals, and jewelry. Been using this site for the last few years and never had any issues except the occasional out of stock product which has always been refunded. They always seem to be having different sales/promotions going on. I've spent anywhere between 6$ (with free shipping) and 100$ on a single order with no problems at all. Nice quality and cute styles! :D
I bought a pair of pants that didn't fit and was told by the sales associate who made my purchase that they didn't do returns just exchanges and store credit. But these pants are poorly manufactured with the lining in the waist and hip leg area and placement of buttons on the pants. One legs of the pants has more room than the other due to the poor sewing quality. I should have read the store reviews before making a purchase. I'll be donating these pants. Glad they were only $14.
I placed an order back in September, I accidentally left out my suite number and called right away. I spoke to Sherrie and she refused to change my address or stop my order. I had to have my item return back to CR. Ugh! Two months later now in November, they finally emailed me with a refund... Two Months! On top of the late refund, I spoke to Sherrie again and disputed the $6.99 return fee since I made efforts to correct my address. She said its impossible to do anything about the fee. Impossible? Hmm or maybe just a lazy emplyee. Anyways, she told me it wasn't their fault I left out the suite number. Well, CR, I see where we stand... No Way Will I Shop Here Again.
In the past month I have placed 8 orders from Charlotte Russe and every time I place an order a lot of my items are cancelled due to out of stock as a matter of fact they cancelled 17 different items this month alone I called costumer service and the menager named Elvin told me that this is normal when you buy from the sale category you should know it's a hit or miss? Extremely rude and unprofessional costumer service
Very rude trying to put somthing back on a hanger and being questioned what I'm doing in a rude way and making me feel like I can't try anything on and very rude at the cash register telling me to read stuff correctly thinking I don't have enough money which I did and I had plenty of stuff in my hands and she made me try to put away instead of giving it to her and had a really rude tone. She judged me from the start thinking I don't have enough money.
I would make it NO stars but you have to select a star to write a review. I purchased a pair of sweat pants and a Jean shirt. I went home and the sweat pants had a hole in it and the Jean shirt had the alarm tag still on it. I thought, no big deal. I have the receipt! I went to the store in Braintree mail. (That is where I purchased it) I was told the shirt was not on the receipt, as if I stole it. I said I purchased this 2 days ago. The women said I was unable to keep the shirt because I did not pay for it. (Keep in mind I am a black women) another black women walked over and LOOKED at the receipt and said she did purchase it, the screw number is on the receipt. Then they said I could not exchange the sweat pants because it had an hole in it. I said I purchased it like that. They would not allow me to exchange. I asked to speak to a manager and they called her. She said the same thing. I explained if that is their policy then they need to check clothes out because allowing people to purchase. Long story short. I had to keep the pants that had a hole in it! I will never go to this store again. The managers were not helpful and seemed not to care.
I love CR, but we no longer have one in the city that I live so now I have to shop online. I ordered one thing and that came in perfect. The 2nd time I had $#*!ty experiences. The heels I ordered have two different colored of laces that don't match the description that is online. Then I receive an email stating two things I purchased were out of stock and now its been two weeks and I am still waiting for them to return my money into my bank. Kinda sucks that they aren't doing a good job on running the online website when they have so many cute clothes. They shouldn't allow you to purchase something and allow you to run your money if it isn't in stock. Hoping this store works on bettering the online website.
Okay so I'm cheap af first off and they hook me with getting adorable shoes for $15 or less okay and the clothes are amazing too I always shop th clearance and get lots of stuff so I get that free shipping on orders over $30 it's worth it too. So much stuff. I only once encountered a problem w my shipment and I called customer service was answered PROMPTLY and had my issues settled by having $10 taken off my order by a dope little dude named SHAWN (hope I spelled it right) who told me to keep slaying and got me off the phone in less than 10 minutes. Loyal customer for life right here
I ordered two dresses from them on July 20th, 2016. I instantly received an email stating that it was received. I ordered accessories, etc for the dresses... they came from ANOTHER company within days. Today, July 25th, 2016, I called to ask where my order is as I still have not received it. The customer service rep (reading from a script) told me that she was sorry but... my order had been CANCELLED because the items were not in stock. CANCELLED? I was not notified WHATSOEVER of this cancellation. I spoke with her manager who (again reading from a script) told me how sorry she was and wanted to know if there was anything she can do. I asked for the corporate number... she told me she "did not have it." I am LIVID. This order was for an event THIS weekend. NEVER buy from them. You are stupid for doing so!

Not enough people running the store in the Bronx asst manager was very nasty 3/5/23 long line 3 people running the store poor service aguementwith customer. The asst manager need be fired. I would never shop therhere again.
If I could they would be receiving a zero! I made an online purchase, returned it within the 30 days received a refund but they immediately recharged the amount of the refund! I have talked to customer service 5 times and they claim to have placed my complaint and would be hearing from them within 7 days and have not each time. I believe I will be contacting lawyers and 7 on your side news outlets! FURIOUS BEYOND BELIEF!
I bought a dress in the store i loved it. Loved it sooo much i bought another one on line the same style just a diff color. When it came it i put it on. OH MY GOD! It was way way way shorter than the one i got in the store. I was sooo pissed off it was the same size and everything just diff color i even put them side to side and boy could you see the diffrence. I ended up returning both of them
I recently ordered a pair of jeans and shoes online. Two days later I get an email saying the jeans are out of stock, but when I go online they ARE in stock, in my size! I bought them at a discounted price too, with free shipping so I wasn't going to purchase them again at the regular price. When I called to see why my order was canceled and 'out of stock' the wait time was obsessively long (for it being 9am). Decided to cancel the order. I'll stick to the mall.
Worst customer service EVER. They lost my order and spent 10 days giving me the run around before I was allowed to even discuss a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Plus their clothes are wicked cheap. TOTAL RIP OFF!
I ordered an item to be here by Christmas. The order at first I was told that it would be delivered by December 23rd next email was December 24th. From that point I knew it was downhill. It got worse when. I received the package. I ordered a size 10 brown boot received a size 8 black boot. It got worse lol the woman says we don't have the boot in stock so you can exchange it and it will take 6 weeks for your refund. Now my gift to someone I can't give and I have to wait to get my money back. Smh HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give a lower score I would.
They have the worst return policy in the USA they lie to make you buy and after you buy oh sorry only exchange or store credit and cus of corona you can't even try so once the item is out of the store bad luck and when you try to contact a manager they'll tell you sorry we can't do anything what kind of business is that
I purchased the buy one get one $5 shoe sale Tuesday and paid $25 for overnight shipping. The next day i received a email from them saying one of the pairs of shoes was out of stock :( So I called them Wednesday to see if I could still get the same deal on a different shoe. First she tells me no (WHAT?!) After having to argue they tell me they will honor the deal but it must be the same shoe or the same description. I lucky found the same shoe in another color. They still charged me full price for the shoe smh I called today asking why that was and she explained that after they charge the full amount they LATER make the adjustment like what NO! Also my "express" shipping never happened :( Still says it is being labeled and Im pissed! I called AGAIN and they refunded the shipping charge at least but I planned on having them by my birthday. I will NEVER shop online with CR AGAIN!
I ordered my items on december 3rd and they haven't even shipoed yet! Its December 11th now. And all of my orders from other sites made the same day as charlotte russe have already arrived! If You plan on wearing anythin you order from charlotte russe within a month of your purchase online you might want to plan a backup outfit. Because the wait time is absolutely rediculos! Still waiting on my tracking number as well. But I'm sure my clothes haven't even shipped out yet.
I don't know what happened to this company... I ordered in the past but my last experience will most likely be just that MY LAST... first off I ordered several items on 12-10-16... a few days later I received an e-mail that one item was out of stock... I went on their website only to notice it was still available for purchase... so I reordered and was told that I would get 3 day shipping for that top because of the inconvenience... the first order finally had a label created on 12-15-16... the package has NOT moved since that day, no tracking updates what so ever... I called several times a few days ago and was feed a bunch of lies... the re-order that I had done came back out of stock as well... I was told just 1/2 hour before that by a customer service rep that they had the top in stock. I was also told if my original order didn't come by 12-24-16 that I could cancel it... REALLY?... well I wanted those items so why would I want to do that... this is NOT a way to run a business... if they are busy at this time of year maybe they should hire more help and stop being so darn cheap... I keep also getting sale promotions through my e-mail... I like how they are having this big sale before the holidays but they can't even have it arrive by then... this was the worse experience I have had in my life ordering from any online site... this should be a NO star rating...
I am so disappointed with the customer service here at Charlotte Ruuse. I ordered an expidate order (1-2days shipping) 4 days ago and the order has not even shipped yet! I called customer service hoping to get answers and Wilma the woman I spoke to was unbelievablely rude. I tried to explain that I am leaving the country Friday and since the order has not shipped asked if I could speak to her manager and she hung up on me! I will never order from here again!
I bought 3 sweaters at Charlotte Russe at Scottsdale Fashion Square without trying them on as the fitting rooms were closed. I commented when I purchased them that hopefully I would not have to return them. I tried them on in another store and didn't like how they looked so went back to return them. Then I was told that they wouldn't refund my money - they would do exchange only. I said they should have told me that when I bought them. They said they couldn't tell every customer that and there was a sign. The sign said EXCHANGE POLICY in big letters and a bunch of small print which I never read. There should be a sign with the word NO RETURNS on it. I told another lady in the store that the fitting rooms were closed and she couldn't return anything she bought. The manager then started yelling at me and told me to leave the store.
Ordered 8 items. 5 days later 7 items from my order shipped, 1 item was sold out. When it finally arrived I received 4 items that I did NOT order & 0 items that I did order! That had sent me the wrong order! After calling customer service & waiting 30+ minutes to speak to someone & then getting put on hold for another 20 minutes I'm told they made a mistake & the 7 items that were supposed to of shipped are ALL sold old! Then they were actually stupid enough to ask if I'd like to order some other items!?! Uh NO THANKS! U screwed up the first order big time & have very poor customer service! Now 2 days before christmas eve, an incoming snow storm & no gifts for my niece! Plus 4 of the items I'd originally ordered are indeed still "in stock" on their site. And for what it's worth the wrong items I did receive are cheap, ugly & useless to me.
I highly do NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH CHAROLETTE RUSSE. This was my first experience & will definitely be the last.
Is obvious the company has totally given up.

Ordered on Weds the 26th, 2 items.
That night got order confirmation but didn't receive any update til SUNDAY, it was one tracking number as well as a cancellation of the other item due to inventory. Ok fine, Again label was created Sunday, its now Monday May 1st & guess what, its not in transit... Completely disappointing, so basically half of your order will be out of stock, won't hear about it for days and it will take them 4-5 business days before they even ship it.
FYI CHARLOTTE RUSSE, all these other places DELIVER IN 4-5 sometimes much sooner.
If you can't keep up, close down completely.

I purchased a swimsuit and they sent me an entirely different suit! I returned it still in its packaging with tags. First they charged me postage for returning it when it was their error, then they DIDN"T REFUND what I was owed. I paid $25.18 and they only returned $13.19 saying the difference was the cost of shipping! DO NOT EEVER SHOP THERE.
I placed an order two weeks ago and on my tracking history it says it was delivered at my house last week on Monday yet I HAVE NOT seen that package. I call customer service and they tell me that I need to place a police report in order to get my money back or for them to re send it. A POLICE REPORT? That's so stupid. Not only am I mad because I spent so much money on this but I wasted my time. I WILL NEVER shop here again. It was my favorite store seriously would buy so much from here NOT ANYMORE.
No confirmation email to my purchase online. I waited, not knowing there's no record of my "order". Just shut down the website if you don't wanna let people buy from you!

Stay away from CR! Unreliable! Poor customer service! Buy from H&M, F21 so much better! Overall i had a great experience with them.
