I really like this store specifically for crop tops/tops, dresses, underwear, sandals, and jewelry. Been using this site for the last few years and never had any issues except the occasional out of stock product which has always been refunded. They always seem to be having different sales/promotions going on. I've spent anywhere between 6$ (with free shipping) and 100$ on a single order with no problems at all. Nice quality and cute styles! :D
I bought a pair of pants that didn't fit and was told by the sales associate who made my purchase that they didn't do returns just exchanges and store credit. But these pants are poorly manufactured with the lining in the waist and hip leg area and placement of buttons on the pants. One legs of the pants has more room than the other due to the poor sewing quality. I should have read the store reviews before making a purchase. I'll be donating these pants. Glad they were only $14.
I had a wonderful first experience. I placed an order at the begininning of the month and recieved it on the 9th. The clothes fit better than I expected and I recieved awesome prices! I will be purchasing again.
DO NOT SHOP AT CHARLOTTE RUSSE! I had a dreadful experience. Part of my order arrived damaged and I wanted to return the entire order because it went together. I was told I would receive a prepaid shipping label via e-mail, which I did not. I did however receive another call (the next day) from customer service requiring more info and then they renigged on their initial promise. Natalie, their manager, was terrible and I will never shop there again.
I placed my order on December 5th and paid for 3-5 day shipping. After calling on the 10th to see if my order shipped yet, I was told my order was in the mail. However, on the 13th I got an email with a tracking number saying that my package had just shipped. My order just got delivered today... almost TWENTY days after I initally placed my order.
Just like the earlier comment, today Charlotte Russe had sale for 20-50% off the entire store, plus free shipping. Great! Just a few days ago I went to their store to look for light colored distressed jeans, but they were too expensive, about $33. So I decided to wait until they had a sale. This is my first time ordering online from any store and I really want these pair of jeans. After reading these reviews, I am scared if they are even going to arrive. I usually do in depth research before even just thinking about buying from a online store. But because I've been to CR so many times, boughten several tops, and tried on the jeans I purchased online, in the store, I briefly looked at the reviews and then just forgot to look into it more. I doubt that these reviews would even stop me from buying these jeans, which might be silly, because I love the light color, distressed look, and SUPER affordable price. I am all about saving money. In total the jeans were about $20, including the extra 20% off coupon, which I think is a great deal. I checked several times to see if the item says out of stock and it never has. CR is one of my favorite stores, I hope this doesn't make me rethink that. I hope they come in because I want them badly and to arrive in at least a week, as stated. Anyways, I'll probably have an update about this.
1st time ordering some items and when I received my shipment I was missing a pair of boots. Called they said they don't "reship" items I would have to fill out a form to get my money back 2 weeks later still no money.
Last week I ordered some more items looked at my account and seen I was charged twice. Went to my email to see I had two order numbers. No biggie I'll return the second shipment at the store once it arrives right? Wrong! Got first shipment (which was also missing an item) didn't get second checked my email to track it never received a shipping confirmation. So I thought maybe they flagged it on their end so I call customer service. Nope they didn't well can I cancel my order. No it's been longer than 15 min. So you mean to tell me that I had two orders that were made literally within min of each other with the exact same items one arrives and other is lost in the air and its nothing CUSTOMER SERVICE can do about it? No I have to wait the 5-10 days Makes no sense this will be my LAST time ordering from them
I was shocked to see my 4 items all arrive so quickly considering I live in Canada! They all fit, are as described and will definitely be ordering again!

After reading all these reviews I decided to place an order on Charlotte russe on black Friday. I was so hesitant. And I should have been. I ordered two items. Only one came but the invoice said they were both there. No way. Two pairs of shoes could fit into one box. So immediately I called to let them know. I had a 7 min wait, which in my opinion was not bad. Eventually I spoke to someone who explained to me that they were really backed up and behind. I explained what happened. She looked to see if other item was in stock still which was. She offered to ship me the item or refund me. I opted for reshipment. Easy as that. My order is now pending as placed. After reading other reviews I'm super surprised it was so easy for me to get this problem fixed. Kinda upset it took two weeks for my order to come and then only half at that. But glad they fix the problem super easy within five mins. Hope they ship soon. And hope others get as fortunate as me to experience the good side of the Charlotte russe customer service.
I absolutely love the clothes at Charlotte Russe. However, I want to make everyone aware of my recent experience. I tried on clothes and noticed that $40 had fallen out of my pocket onto the floor. In my head I guess I told myself I would pick it up after I was done trying clothes on. 2 minutes after getting out of the fitting room I noticed I never picked it up. Keep in mind only employees can unlock the fitting room plus the store was empty. Well, long story short I looked for it in the fitting room, purse, pocket, etc. And after much replaying the situation over in my head, I am 99% sure the fitting room attendant took it. I work in retail and I would never steal like that. You are always supposed to act with integrity. Also, while ringing my stuff up, the cashier stopped completely to talk to another employee. This upsets me because I would never dare stop helping a customer to talk it up with someone. I can understand talking and working, but she literally stopped ringing my stuff up, put it all down, stepped back, and preceding to gossip about some guy. All of these stores would be so much better with some values put forth and more emphasis on customer service.
I order alot from charlotte russe and i rarley have any problems with them. Except this one time when i ordered 2 bras and only one came. So i called customer service and she told me it was not in stock but she told me to order something that matched the price. So i did and she just had my items be overnighted shipped which was good. I always recieve the products that i ordered after rhat incident lol. Sorry for everybody that is having such horrible experiences with them. Overrall great customer service, my orders usually ship in 2 days.
I place a order today I called back in 1. Hour to cancel my order because web ordering I sent it to the wrong address the agent told me I can't cancel because it wasn't within 15 mins so I said what do I do she told me to let them bring the item to the wrong address one I don't get it for me
To call back in report it I told her he'll no why would y'all let it go to the wrong address if I'm telling you now it's not correct she said there's. Nothing they can do I ask for a manager she said sorry don't have one you can speak when I said wow so y'all don't have manager to take escalated calls she said she would have to send him a email to call me
Back I ask when would that be she said she don't know because she don't know how many People he have in the front of me to call. I told I never heard of such thing. But I will never in Life Oder from them again
Went to buy an outfit on Saturday 11/27/21 for black Friday they have a nerve to have the dressing room closed and say NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES I threw all the clothes I wasted my time picking up and and walked out! Just go out of business and stay out of business if you going to do bad business! This is ridiculous I would never shop there again! RIPP OFF SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! THIS IS A SCAM!

Okay. The reason I'm writing this is because I want people to know how this store has been for me. I have a "STUFFED" closet of Charlotte russe clothing and shoes! Sometimes I'll get a shirt that has not so great stitching and "Charlotte russe brand shoes" are always small and title on me so I always look at discription to make sure its another brand. I love the prices and most of the time, the quality! If and when I do have something sent to me that I don't like, I call them and they send out another item and always tell me to keep the first one instead of returning it! Lol They will do that usually the first few times you order from them but maybe because I shop there "every week" they do that for me every time so far. I've been buying from charlotterusse.com for over 6 years and still buying from them! Everyone is gonna have dif experiences sometimes but I can say charlotterusse.com has always been great to me. Note: If your nice to people, you will get same in return. For the people that have problems with any store customer service.

I made the order on 6-27-2015 and got my order 7-01-2015 GREAT SHIPPING shoes feel very comfortable... I Love CharlotteRusse Shoes they ALWAYS have a nice sale and they are a pretty decent price.
Terrible customer service. They do take advantages of teens and not letting them return. They where very hostile and rude. Clothes are cheap my experience there was terrible.

Of September. The last update through UPS. Was on the 12th of Sept. I found it strange that I did not see any changes in the status about a month later from my purchase date. I reached out to Charlotte russe customer service via email and of course. They seemed helpful at first and made it seem like they were looking into it... they even mentioned. If my product did not arrive some time between Halloween. They would issue a refund. Well that was not the case. They then send me some form I need to fill out. As If it was from my end that my merchandise has never arrived. Please save your money and do not buy from Charlotte Russe. Whoever bought them out. Is a complete scam! They just keep giving you the run around. That they are looking into it. BS! Finding more reasons to buy themselves more excuses.
Really Upset- I decided to purchase some clothes from Charlotte Russe for my little sisters birthday a week before her birthday- It has been a week after her birthday and I have not received the package yet- Disappointed, I will not be shopping here again!
I have been shopping at Charlotte Russe forever. They used to be my favorite store to shop and as of today they will no longer get my services. I am going on vacation and ordered a few dresses that I was in love with. I ordered last week Wednesday, Thursday I got an email that my order was cancelled, I called and they stated that my address was incomplete. I gave them my address again and then had to reorder my items that had increased in price because the sale I caught was finished... (first bad sign). Estimated delivery was yesterday 6/24/15 then it was changed to today. Came home excited to try my clothing and finalize my packing when I noticed there was no package, after tracking my order again, it said that my order is being resent to the sender because of incomplete address... sigh. I called again, very upset as you could imagine, vented and explained my frustration and disappointment and was told that after the package has been returned I will be refunded. The a$$ hole that I spoke with decided to tell me to watch my language after I dropped the f bomb... is he serious?! You just ruined my vacation to Jamaica!
Ok, let me calm down... I checked the address on file and noticed that the address I entered was indeed correct but somehow throughout the process the rep I spoke with last week decided to not use a digit for my apartment #.
How does this even make sense that you do not try to satisfy your customer after they are loyal to your company?! It's quite baffling. However lesson learned.

I ordered an E-card as a gift and after a week it still has not been delivered. The customer service has been horrible! How long does it take to actually send and E-gift card?

Ask for my refund, on the 16 September 2016 they said I will see it on my account in 5-10 business days.

HORRIBLE!
It has been a month since I send my items back and still no refund. They finally said they received the package and I was told that I would have to wait yet another month for my refund to process!
I gave CR 12 days to process, ship and deliver my order, but nothing happened. I had to call the customer service to cancel it and waited for 11 days more, and nothing happened, too. I called them again and THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 5 DAYS.
KIDDING ME? THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE SH**!
Honestly, I love Charlotte Russe clothing, but I've had two negative experiences with online ordering in the past month. Recently, I ordered a pair of booties, and out of nowhere I get an email stating that due to a "technical issue," my order had to be cancelled and I'll receive my money back in 3-5 days. Then come to find out that indeed it was not cancelled and the shoes were sent to my place, however because I thought they were cancelled, I went ahead and ordered a new pair. Now I'm stuck with two of the same shoes! And I have to make the time to go return them in store and as a busy student I don't have that time! Then when I call customer service (who was really nice about it) they said they couldn't find my order in their system at all, like it never even happened. Iv'e had this happen twice, where they cancelled my order but charged me anyways and then they couldn't find my order number in the system. The CEO of Charlotte Russe needs to hear about this problem or scam or whatever it is and fix this right away because they are losing business because of it!
***In short, ordered 15 items. No tracking for 6 days. Items went out of stock. Got a "fake" tracking that did not update. Received refund email w/ 10 items out of stock. Incorrect refund amount in Paypal. Got new tracking numbers for the remaining items. Poor communication.
I placed two orders. The first one I received a tracking number within 3-4 days. The second order I placed a day after the first one. I waited 4 days before contacting them. No response. I received a shipment delay email from Paypal. I waited 6 days, tried again and got a tracking number from Charlotte Russe. It had a shipping label created days prior. It still has not updated by the 8th day. I get a partial refund through Paypal. Customer support has NOT explained what was going on. I get an official email from Charlotte Russe that a dress I bought was out of stock. I get another email for the partial refund. With a huge list of items that suddenly became out of stock. Like the others, I see that some of these items are still up on the website IN STOCK. I have contacted Charlotte Russe through emails and twitter. I finally got a customer support email response that was generic. No explanations and ignoring my questions. I have repeated my questions and I'm not expecting a response. Lost my business for good.
1/31/2017 I got an email stating that some items can be reshipped. I received tracking numbers.
10 items out of 15 were cancelled. I also received an incorrect amount for my refund. I'm missing $13.99
At this point I would have preferred a proper email with an explanation so I could just cancel the whole order instead.
