Charmfros

First some of my order was out of stock have yet to receive my refund then the items that I did get were horrible sizing! One of the dresses was unlined and completely see through and it felt like a shower curtain. Fabric was garbage, sizing was so off and they're a pain to respond to anything and are saying I can't return the item even though the site says nowhere that you can't return. If it's in new condition then it says it's returnable but their customer service is saying no. I'm fighting right now and not giving up.

DON'T ORDER FROM CHARMFROS formerly Charmfro! First they sent the package with an incomplete address and it took weeks before I was able to get the dress. Then it was WAY to small and was made of cheap, shabby looking fabric. Also the color was very dingy, unlike their picture and had long sleeves instead of half sleeves. I have emailed customer service 3 with a return request and they won't respond. They just shut down their website and changed it to Charmfros and now I have no account. How convenient for them. I wish I had read reviews before I wasted my money here.
