I like everything about this platform; it has a huge variety of assets to trade with. You can even set up your own alerts and indicators, the trading tools are amazing and you should try them out. Their account managers were helpful and communication was quick and effective.

Communication was quick in getting back from account managers who were all very helpful whenever needed too which is great because you want your customers' needs met quickly during emergencies especially when those emergencies can happen at any time.

I like this platform, its design and customer service. I'm not a professional trader but it's easy to use with so many educational materials provided on their website as well as webinars that will help me learn more about options trading or any other financial markets opportunities they offer!

Charter Dot has fewer payment options compared to other cryptocurrency trading platforms. They also don't have a PayPal option which might be a problem for some people. I think their platform could use a bit more color and variety in terms of design - it's a bit dull and boring in my opinion.

PayPal is not supported, which makes me sad because of how popular it has become lately for people in that niche market; also their account managers didn't really answer any questions I had about beginner traders like myself who are more experienced than they initially thought- let's just say there was a lack communication on both ends here!

I like this platform because it has a great user interface and the customer service is top notch. They provide lots of educational material for novices on their website, as well as webinars you should attend if interested! Their account managers were very helpful when I needed help getting started with investing in cryptocurrency trading bots or understanding how market volatility affects my investments - they responded quickly to any questions that came up during our communication which made things easy peasy lemon squeezy (I hope)!

The theme of the website isn't amazing, they need to work on it. Also, their educational materials are limited and not the best either.

I love this platform because it's free to trade with no hidden fees. It felt so safe and secure, even my assets were protected!
