My flight coming home from Jamaica was canceled. Could not get through to the company to book a new flight. Booked one myself and paid over $600 to get home. Called the airline who was extremely nice and refunded me for the upgraded seat I purchased. They said the actual cost of the 2 flights would have to be refunded back the way it was originally bought (so through cheap Caribbean) and that Cheap Caribbean would be refunding me. I've called over 8 times and each time on hold for over 2 hrs and NO ONE will call back. The one and only time someone called back once i said i was calling about a refund they said they will "transfer me to the correct department" who also WILL NOT ANSWER and NO ONE CALLS BACK. I have sent countless emails to customer service and 3 other email addresses I have found and NO RESPONSE EVER
